Sprawling good sized park with onsite casino, bars, restaurants, ocean area, buffet and water park. The pools are lovely one has a sunken bar and others are good. Food at the buffet is great with good selections and at Havana by the sea it’s good but the best part is the location and ability to relax by the ocean with inside and outside dining and nets that overhang the bay that you can sit in and relax

We actually went here before the Pandemic or a few years back! This is a very well-maintained resort with amazing amenities that guests will surely enjoy. They’ve got everything you need for a short adventure. They have deliciously diverse food choices and drinks! Service/Staff were also very friendly and approachable. This is a perfect place for those with big families or with kids… If you want to get a little quieter accommodation, you can check their magnificent Villas! The only 5-Star Resort in Cebu, will surely come back again soon.

My family and I went here on a day pass, and we absolutely loved it! We got there early and our first impressions were that this place was beautifully designed and so pristine. There was going to be plenty for us to do and discover. Thankfully, it did not disappoint. Food was really good here. The offer at the time was to go for either lunch or dinner. We opted to pay for the lunch and go for the buffet dinner in the evening. The selection and quality of food at the buffet was top notch. Highly recommended, fun for all ages, whether you want to rest or play. We will definitely be doing this again.

Overall it’s a very nice hotel with the main attraction being the Waterpark of course. I was really impressed with the facilities with how clean it was and the variety of things to do. However there are many problems that needs to be solved which doesn’t warrant the high price and 5 star rating. I stay at hotels 100 nights out of the year, including all-inclusive resorts and I’ve never been to a hotel that nickel and dimes you as much as Jpark. Pretty much everything will involve a fee, apart from the main pools and slides(which are only open on weekends btw 😅). I was even charged a fee to use the business center to use the computer to check emails, ridiculous! Also for some odd reason, hand towels are not standard in the room so you have to call housekeeping to get them. Which takes them 1 hour each time. Pool towels were often not available as they said they were washing them. The food here was overall tasty but service is very slow. This hotel has been open for a while and very popular so these problems are inexcusable! Especially given the high rates and 5 star rating.

Absolutely awesome resort! Definitely a place for kids and kids at heart like me. The buffet was sumptuous! The slides and pools were amazing. Definitely a must visit. Pro tip - if you wanna go to Pororo Park, make sure you bring a kid with you.

I love that it's a whole new world with splendid activities for families. Great memories surely worth every penny spent. The staff is friendly and great for families with children, for couples spending quality time even for honeymoons. I would have love to spend my honeymoon the second time around here. Its my 3rd to come back here. Its a great place to feel home away from home.

My thoughts vary on this place. Firstly should it have a 5 star rating ? I think not, I think this is more a 4 star for westerners, maybe 5 star for locals. The room we had is nothing better than a 3 star room. That being said the grounds and water park of this place is certainly 5 star. It has amazing gardens and water play areas to cater for every age. They are very vigilant in people's safety. However there is also a negative side of that. This place has a 99% ratio of Korean tourists who I have found to be very mindless of others and extremely selfish. They will go down and put towels on the deck chairs to hold them for themselves, the floating tubes they will take them back to where they are sitting instead of leaving them in the pool for others to use. This means these tubes are getting used for about 10 minutes once or twice a day and then no one else can use them. The resort needs to add more tubes for a start and then stop letting people remove them from the pool. Plus enforce the one hour sunlounger rule. (Where if a sunlounger has not been occupied for over an hour the items are removed to make way for others to sit and enjoy) many times I witnessed sunlougers with towels on them from 10am when I arrived at the kids area to never see any one use the lounges, but only to see some one come along at 3-4pm take their personal items and leave. It infuriates me seeing people so selfish and mindless of others. They still advertise a wave pool as of September 2023 but there is none in existence at the park, they will tell you it is being repaired, but there clearly is nothing at the location of it. Now the breakfast buffet included with your room rate, Would you expect half hour waits out in the heat at a 5 star resort? The food itself was ok with a huge selection of foods to choose from not very hot or fresh tasting. Some items run out quickly and can take a while to get replaced, I noticed the jam near the toaster didn't get replaced at all one morning so I settled for just butter. As for the pricing, we took advantage of a special in September and got a Deluxe Room (lowest quality) for 7000php about $195Aud per night, which includes the water park entry and JPark entertainment zone. Now walking around this place wanting to experience most it had to offer, we discovered that pretty much every other activity incurred a further cost. The Pororo room (catered to Korean cartoon characters) was another 1500php per child (about $41Aud) 0-12 years old. This means you still pay for a baby that can't even crawl yet, let alone play, still has to pay the entry fee. Another disappointment was to find after paying the 1500php entry fee, some attractions were not working. The train ride is only every half hour so you only get limited rides in your 3 hour play time. It operates in 3 hour sessions, so make sure you arrive at the start of a session to actual get 3 hours. Food and drink was definitely not worthy of a 5 star rating. Except my coffee and cake in the lobby that was exceptional. Although there was many options to choose from and the pool side service was fantastic, the food was bland and expensive. A child size serving of nuggets and chips cost $370 PHP (about $10Aud) a burger (no fries) will set you back $680php or $18 Aud and no, your not allowed to take a long your own food. The wifi is terrible, it's very hard to make a connection and it usually drops out a lot, we were unable to connect for nearly a full day at one stage. The staff were in abundance though and were mostly attentative, but did a fantastic job, if they were not serving they would be cleaning and tidying up etc. Over all it had many 5 star services but performed in a 3-5 ster way. Prices were 5 star and I felt I did not get what I paid for in the end. The water park being included makes the value apertising, but would I stay again ? Maybe, but I would be better prepared and I would only stay 2-3 nights not 4 like we did. The convenience of having the water park outside your hotel was great expecially when you have 3 young children in tow.

A short drive from the airport, the waterpark resort is a very welcome refreshing place to stay. It was clear with was still recovering from pandemic and typhoon, with only limited number of guests. It was great that it felt we almost had the entire place for ourselves, but it also meant some restaurants, facilities and pool bars were not opened. Not a big deal, still plenty available. The 2 bedroom room is amazing, with a lovely view on the bright illuminated pool at night and the sea. Dinner at sea side is lovely, with live music and fresh cocktails. Just one area for improvement would be the lazy river, it's not lazy and relaxing with so many water water jets. If they would turn of 90% of the jets, it would be refreshing AND relaxing! :-) The water slides are cool, and managed my life guards. All in all a lovely place to stay

Facility needs better maintenance. There was one time when my tita got locked inside the bathroom because of the faulty sliding door. It wasn’t really a great impression as we booked 4 deluxe rooms that time. Breakfast was good but not great. Staff were courteous and attentive to our requests. For the price I paid (although it was on promotion) it was ok, but I wouldn’t recommend it if paying full price.

There was pubic hair on the tub! I didn't notice only until after the tub had been almost filled. Staff discriminates. The room we reserved and paid for months ahead was not ready when we arrived. So they decided to send us to a room with one queen sized bed when I had emailed them ahead that we have a kid and we'd appreciate 2 beds. The room they sent us to also had a non functional jacuzzi that was filthy and looked like the perfect breeding place for mosquitoes! We had to wait more than 20 minutes for them to get us a new room! They new that room was faulty and they purposely gave it to us because they probably gave our room to other guest especially because the resort was packed that day particularly koreans. This resort discriminates locals, at least, that was what the staff had made us feel. Would we be treated the same if we were foreigners? I dont think so. The servers at Havana and Jlounge were nice though. Pools were not clean with leaves and dirt floating and too much chlorine. The surface of pools especially the kids' pool were rough, hurts your feet. Breakfast buffet was limited and meh.

Good location. Pool was well maintained. The coral seafood restaurant ambiance is fantastic at night on blue hrs except the seafood being served was not really my liking. It was served a bit colder. The room was huge but the carpet flooring puffing up. T&B & Bedroom were clean.

We throughly enjoyed staying at this resort. It’s very relaxing, enjoyable, clean and in a central location and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. All the staff is so nice and helpful. Service with a smile! Special mention goes to Darwin who went above and beyond to make our stay here so much more memorable. His impeccable service, warm, funny and friendly. Thank you Darwin for looking after us and giving us lots of tips on what to do and see! We will miss you!

The hotel is a lovely and gorgeous place to relax and enjoy. It is fun for the young and the old with slides, pools, a beach, restaurants, a wonderful view, and comfortable rooms to explore and stay. I’ve been visiting for multiple times now, and it never stops to amaze.

Spent two nights here, room did not have great views but 40% off so not complaining. Facilities are great, beach rocky under water so sea grass and urchins [wear shoes I'm water] . Pool and slides fun. Very busy. Breakfast was good, buffet style. Very nice

The room that we had was in their new wing which is a bit far and too dark when we walked through it in the early evening. The corridors were only lit around 9pm, I think. Rooms are clean and spacious. We had our breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Abalone Restaurant and their servers are attentive when not in peak hours. Breakfast time was filled with people so we had to queue for our turn which took less than half an hour. Make sure you are not wet when you have breakfast otherwise you can't enter inside. They are strict with visitors and you'll pay for extra person. Overall experience was okay. I love their Amazon River themed pool, beach was okay, and food was okay.

Hi, I would like to thank Jpark for making my sons birthday a memorable one. Me and my husband were away and my son was with his tita and grand parents to celebrate with him. But the buffet staff led by Ms. Janet Omalza was great and amazing. They really made my son’s birthday a wonderful and memorable. I would like also to commend your employee Ms Jaycel Calonia-Java for making the booking for us. I am so happy and grateful with the service they provided to my family even though I was not with them but it was worth the price. Thank you Jpark♥️♥️ All the best

First rate recommendation for your vacation plan in Cebu. My family spent two days in the resort and enjoyed every part of the services there. Servers there were friendly and professional. Electronic Karts provide near distance shuttles within the resort. It has good quality breakfast, well maintained swimming pools and slides, and clean guest rooms. The evening concert and Amigo's fire show is a must have romantic experience there. Recommend grabbing a seat in the center of the main pool to enjoy the show with drinks and small plates. The yards and villas are good looking. Beaches are in the back of the resort for sea lovers. Shangs mall is located right across the entrance equipped with a supermarket, currency exchange, and gift shops. Traffic is easy to malls and restaurants in other towns.

The main building has good air conditioning, but the D-E building is terrible, so the room has been replaced It was good that breakfast was available free of charge as room service and room service was available in the evening and early morning. Especially, the fruit plate and beer were very good If it's a suite room, it doesn't make a big difference whether it's a sea view or not. You can see it in the hallway, lobby, or swimming pool so much that you don't need it

Our stay was really fun, the hotel staff were all polite and smiling. They have plenty of amenities in the water park and also sporting activities in land like bikes, golf training alleys, and the huge chess board. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices, and best part is it's hygienic. Good value for money. I look forward in coming back to @jparkisland.

Please avoid staying here overnight. The pools are really good. I would suggest day use. However do not stay here overnight. It is overpriced for what you get. You have to pay for everything other than the pool - mini golf, billiards, table tennis etc. Our shower only has cold water. You can imagine how much fun that was with a 2 year old. The lift is really slow and even when I was holding down the ‘door open’ button, it still closed on our daughters fingers, causing her to cry. The staff are nice but some discriminate against the locals. Rooms are old and carpets are dirty. The food is overpriced and tastes really bad. The beach is shelly - advise to wear flip flops or crocs. Can’t believe this is a 5 star resort. It’s 3 at best.

Great for family and groups. Rooms are old and basic - one room’s air conditioner wasn’t working, another room’s heater wasn’t functioning. Staff is wonderful from front desk to restaurant, to housekeeping and waterpark. Very accommodating manager and chef at The Abalone - much thanks!

A nice clean up-to-date resort. The rooms are nice, though the bathtub/shower isn't really designed well. It was still perfectly usable though. Everyone is very friendly and professional. There are both 110 and 220 outlets in the room, so if your device isn't universal they still have you covered.

If you have kids and are contemplating a resort in Cebu, look no further than JPark. We have a 1 and 3 yr old. There's water slides for all ages, toddlers to adults, great restaurants, multiple pools and shade options too. Safe swimming area in the ocean as well! All the rooms are suites so you have a living room, wet bar and then the bedroom. We had enough room for the kids go run around even in the hottest parts of the day. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous too. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Location is understandable, rooms are clean but old. You might see some broken things due to the recent storm, Odette. But overall experience is worth it. Must come during Friday - Saturday for their activities. They only have 2 restaurants and a small one located in the middle of the pool, which has the best service if you want to drink coffee while admiring the weather. If the menus are not up to your palate you can go to Nonki which is located at their entrance.

Bathroom with no bidet sprayer. sad. They need to update their room. There is no good hotel scent, at least get a cleaning products that makes the room smells good. parking is hard. no vallet parking either.

Loved the pools, especially the river! Huge and clean beach front. Greatly enjoyed the fire dance!!! Would have preferred better options for the breakfast buffet. Nevertheless, Great place! Will be back again!

The staff at JPark Island Resort are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They greeted us with smiles and made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. Whether it was the receptionists at the front desk, the waitstaff in the restaurants, or the housekeeping team, everyone was attentive and always ready to assist with any request or inquiry.

This is a happy place to be! The island pool and the pool slides were so much fun! Buffet breakfast is fantastic, plenty of food choices. The room is comfortable, the bed and pillows are so soft. There are night shows too! The staff are also very welcoming and warm. Highly recommended resort!

Beautiful facilities. Glad they let us in to the lounge to order drinks even though we were not guests, unlike the other pretentious hotels around. Allowed for some nice pictures, even if the shakes were almost $10 a pop.

The place was nice except it doesn’t allow guests to park motorcycles within the facility as if I’m not paying. Anyway staff were always courteous, room was alright, I had the most basic which costs around 9k/night but was given discount courtesy of my friend. Breakfast was good, coffee also good, lobby was big and airy. One turn off was the noisy music in the pool area, also no comb in the toiletries kit. Overall it was a pleasant stay, props to the kind crew of JPark, always keeping guests cheerful 👏🏽
