Park Campground Rv park

😐 Nice but very basic camping. It was clean and the quiet. The bathroom was located down the hill on the entrance end of the camping with laundry room. It was very clean as well. They don't have lots of amenities but the night we spent here was very quiet and the other campers we meet were very nice.... People often mention clean,

Nice but very basic camping. It was clean and the quiet. The bathroom was located down the hill on the entrance end of the camping with laundry room. It was very clean as well. They don't have lots of amenities but the night we spent here was very quiet and the other campers we meet were very nice. If your looking for a theme park this is not it but if all you need is clean quiet restful night that is easy on the pocket book this works.

Nice, basic city campground. Parking lot with trees. Very reasonable prices. Full hookup’s. Walk to museum and downtown. EV charging station. Bathhouse is clean with shower stalls. Laundromat on site as well. Easy in and out. Online reservations only.

Great little Campground! Clean, quiet and convenient. They have onsite laundry, bathrooms, a bike station and their doggy bags are biodegradable! Campground is located next to the museum of mining. We stayed in the upper section in a 34 ft 5th wheel.

Wonderful host within the city limits yet takes you far enough out to have secluded camp fires. Perfect for the r.v. or if simpley tenting. Bike trails very close with clean showers and a laundromat on property. Museum of Mining is just a short walk or bike ride around the corner, which is a beautiful place to spend time with the family. Plenty of room to roam but not without safe and secure fun. Learn abit about the rich iron history at the Museum or up the highway at the one of a kind marvel which is the Minnesota Discovery Center. The Redhead bike trail has beginners and highly advanced riding trails. Also, the A.T.V. trails are second to none and need be mentioned, are within the area.

I give it 4 stars as it was a quiet place to stay, had very clean bathrooms and hot showers. Will come again. Tried to reserve online but couldn't so called the campground and the person on phone booked site for us immediately.

Wouldn’t be my first choice of campgrounds. Sites are packed in too close I was afraid to even have a camp fire in fear of lighting my neighbors on fire. They need to invest in a laser and grade the pads correctly. I had to block my trailer up 6” on one side and still wasn’t level. hook ups are it terrible locations. The pictures online don’t do justice to how small the sites are. Got the job done for a place to ride from and price was decent, and seemed clean at least. Looks like they have started making some improvements but could improve on some more things

This is an ok camp ground, could use some bathroom wipe downs through the weekend and better control with late night fireworks. Close to everything.

Small, so not too noisy. Ownership changed from private owners to the city of Chisholm just before our stay, so things could be changing. The previous owners are the ones who help with our reservation, and we're FANTASTIC to work with. Indoor bathroom and shower rooms as well as laundromat on site. Basic camping with no playground, pool or any activities on site but located right in town. Walked to multiple restaurants, 2 gas stations, parks, library, playground and mining museum. 1-5 minute drive to McDonald's and Minnesota Discovery Center.

We had such an amazing time in Chisholm the campground is perfect it shares a fence with the Minnesota Mining Museum. Our campsite was perfect you can bike to the Mesabi Trail you can walk into town grab a cocktail and something to eat at a number of places. We truly had a wonderful experience staying at the campground and in Chisholm.

My site was 4 inches low on one side, the park is presently under construction, and the sites are narrow. I've done a lot of the underground work that's ongoing and I really think this will be a better place for the work being done. Further, my tongue jack was so far extended that I was worried about it.

Nice city campground with all the amenities you would expect. Kind of close to the highway though.

As mentioned earlier wouldnt be my first choice of campgrounds. Sites are packed in too close. I was afraid to even have a camp fire too in fear of lighting my neighbors on fire as well as myself. The pictures online don’t do justice to how small the sites are. Got the job done for a place to sleep and explore from, price was decent, and was clean with great laundry facility. We were going to stay 4 days but cut it short bc it wasn’t peaceful as packed in as we were…didn’t feel like just sitting outside because your neighbors were 2 feet away.

👍👍 Personally I think this is one of the coolest places to ride in the area or even if you don't ride you can hike or even take the trolley and still view the old mine pits. The bike park is a fairly new addition to the already existing park. A lot of history behind the place and it's so cool they have...
