comfortable room, good location, price around RM 180 is very valued, but I really hope that it can upgrade the network, it's too slow I never had for a long time ago.

Lovely place to stay. Prime location for person who want to walk around heritage zone. Right in the middle of everything. Owner and manager are super friendly and helpful. Give me every informtion needed to enjoy Georgetown, street art, place to visit, where to eat. Room itself is large with 2 beds, best suit for 3 person (1 king bed, 1 single bed). Breakfast included in price which you can enjoy your choice of breakfast from cafe opposite the facility.

Great location, great service. The hotel is located quite centrally, within walking distance of the Clan Piers, Penang Street Art, Steel Art, Night Market, and more. The man running the hotel has a very friendly vibe, and will introduce you to Penang via a number of maps after he’s checked you in. He also offered to bring us to have a local breakfast, and bought “penang’s best nasi lemak” for us - all compliments of the hotel. Do note, though - the local breakfast is decent but not remarkable, and the nasi lemak is very very spicy!! If you don’t want to eat it, just tell him “no thank you”, to prevent food wastage. The room and hotel is very nice, although the shutters are attached to the windows, so the rooms can be a bit dark unless you leave the windows open. The rooms have one bed on the second level of the hotel, as well as another bed in the loft area (small upper level). Bring mosquito repellent just in case; we got bitten quite a few times.

This is a very special place. Best location for all the Georgetown attractions. An old building lovingly restored within the last decade. Mr. Chang is the perfect host. The rooms are large, maintain the old world charm and are very comfortable. Highly recommended.

As seen from the other reviews photos, outside doesn't look promising, but inside is nice and cozy. What's good: - very spacious room, loft type, fit for 3-4 people - water dispenser available - location - clean - AC and fan available and working well What's need to be cautious: - no staff stand by, need to call (can be via WA call) to the number that they put outside. Staff will come in 5 mins. - room is loft type, 1 king size bed and 1 single bed. If you have any concern, please request which bed u prefer in the loft/downstairs. - located on the big street, so might a lil bit noisy if u are sensitive Overall I enjoy and love the experience here. Will choose to stay again if coming back to Penang.

Stayed for two nights. Booked 3 rooms. This is a fairly small boutique hotel with total of seven rooms. It is made up of 7 heritage shop houses in Penang converted to boutique hotel on the second floor. The good: - Very friendly and helpful owner and hotel manager - Very centrally located. Museums, street arts, historical sites, and cafes are within walking distance. - nice interior decoration - clean rooms - special local breakfast The bad: - the last time (room #7) is next to the main road. Can be noisy at night. Avoid if possible. Will recommend to families and friends for future stay.

The owner, Mr Chan and his staff are extremely helpful and friendly! Their place is super comfy and I highly recommend this place to stay as the rooms can accommodate 3+1 adults (with additional bed). Maybe some might not like the fact that they don't have a pool, a gym, or their own dining area for breakfast (it is a shoplot, afterall), but we don't mind walking just opposite to the coffeeshop (kopitiam) for breakfast (included in our room booking). Thank you for your hospitality, Mr Chan and Crew!

Good service, very friendly, located in the middle of all the tourist attractions, spacious rooms, very homely and very quiet because there are only 7 suites, will come back here again for sure, and the price is super affordable

The place was a rare find for me whilst looking to stay in Georgetown for the weekend. My room was very comfortable and chic, the area outside it atmospheric & relaxing, but the highlight of my stay was definitely Mr. Chang: Friendly, accommodating, well-spoken. My stay felt so pleasant that it felt like I was staying at a relative's house. From check in to check out, Mr. Chang attended to all my needs with patience and always a smile on his face, even pointing me to any interesting spots or eateries nearby as I was not familiar with the area. Downside would be the noise from the road outside the building, most notably vehicles honking, however it did not bother me as much as it did my roommate. Parking availability was limited as Little India is close by, but was easier to find a spot at night. Additionally, traffic was almost always congested in the surrounding area(maybe due to it being the weekend) so I had to make my way to any destination on foot, however this did not impede me from enjoying my stay. Overall, I would definitely go back to Palm Mansion Boutique Suites, and to Mr. Chang again if I am ever to stay in Georgetown. The pros outweigh the cons and I hope more people will discover this hidden gem in the city.

I had an excellent time. The room was spotlessly clean and lovely furniture. Chang was AMAZING, so kind and helpful and friendly. I highly recommend stays here. Great location too close to all the restaurants.

The hotel's locarion is very near attractions such as little india, armenia street, teo chew cendol etc. The staff were very helpful with late check in. Room is clean and surprisingly the instant water heater gives quite a hot water and im happy with it. Stairs for duplex unit is a bit steep therefore family with young or elderly do take note of it. Parking is not provided but you can park by the street and free for sunday and public holidays.

This is an amazing hotel! We actually checked out early from a nearby hotel that wasn’t good and into Palm Mansion, and loved it. There’s a lot of space, it’s incredibly clean, and the charm of the place makes it amazing. The owner will give really great recommendations for places to go and eat, and it’s in the absolute perfect location. A+ towels (they’re soft and fluffy), and A++ beds (incredibly comfortable with warm but still cool blankets) If I’m back in Penang, 5000000% staying here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL EVERYBODY IS AMAZING AND THE ROOM IS CLEAN AND GOOD
