I was admitted for a minor surgery and from the admission process until towards the end of my stay, everything went well and smooth. Great hospitality service provided by the nurse from Ixora ward level 4 ( Ruaida , Nurul Izzati, Sabrina) who took care of me from the start with great caring and patient. Daily and frequent housekeeping which helped to keep my ward clean always. The food here was delicious and came with choices which allowed you to choose with your own preferences. Not to forget to thank my Dr Lim Soo Soo and her nurse, the surgery went smoothly and the healing process is exceptionally well with no pain. My Anaesthesiologist Dr Chong briefed me well on the anaesthesia procedure with the operating nurse Lee assisting him during the surgery prep assuring me everything is okay and made sure I’m at ease.

Customer service from GL Counter is very bad and rude. We don't always carry the patient card around. Is it wrong to provide ic number of patient to request GL? The receptionist at GL counter always behave rudely when I give ic number instead of patient card number.

4.3.25 approached by Nazrin as ward management was nice, soft spoken and take note about patient's feedback. Also with CA Keshani and all the staff nurse here was good, talk nicely and helpful. This is my 3rd time admitted here and got the great services and smooth admission. Thank you for the care, support and being humble with patients. Big thanks to my fav doctor, Dr Gan and thank you Daisy Ward!🫶🏻✨

We’re incredibly grateful to Dato’ Dr. Tharu for the exceptional care he gave our 1-year-old baby. He was extremely caring, explained the surgery clearly, and took time to answer all our questions. His attention to detail, especially with the stitching, was remarkable. The surgery went smoothly, and the recovery was better than we expected. My baby is very active and tend to loosen his own bandage. Dato has been putting effort in thinking a way on bandage himwell so it can last until next follow up. Truly a skilled and compassionate doctor — we couldn’t have asked for better care.

GL counter. Always need to wait long even no patient is waiting or next is my turn. Every time needs to chase or ask then only being called (my number) and being served. Reason given always the same - they are serving others patient (via call/phone). Just 1-2 minutes job to verify and print out the hardcopy GL but we need to wait more than that. Yet, we are not able to register at clinic at the same time even we had raised the GL via PM Care in advanced. This causing long queue in clinic (both clinic and GL counter open at the same time) and sometime "missed" the doctor and need to have another long waiting. Just like now, when we arrived at clinic after long wait at GL counter, doctor JUST went out not even 1 minute to see patient in ward.... Just my two cent for improvement suggestion, is there any possible to directly have the GL done at the clinic counter or if not, perhaps please get additional staff at GL counter to ensure efficient and smooth process. I am writing this not because of 1 time facing this. But almost every time... (roughly 5 times since Feb till now).

Superb best experience stay at Ward Dahlia. I would say this is 1st experience admitted at this kpj. Everything is perfect from the admission until discharge. Nurse was super helpful and the food is good. 5/5. Surely will choose this hospital for the next.

Useless online booking system. Come here also need to wait. I book 2pm , after come here ask me to wait guarantee letter, register and take number to queue again. After complain them, only tell me that actually can take number while waiting the guarentee letter. And tell me that other patients ady take number then I need to queue. Crazy... what is the reason for online booking system. Government hospital more effective than here. No point for pay extra.

I was later accompanied to the Radiology Department by Atiqah, whose kindness made the journey to the X-ray procedure less daunting. My gratitude also goes to the senior radiographer in the Radiology Department. Her calm demeanor and professionalism during the X-ray session were deeply reassuring. I gave 7/10 of overall. Everything was good especially the facilities. They have a nice new cafeteria at a reasonable price, coffee bean, pastries ada bakery shop, stores etc. The environment and setting was nice especially at the new wing lobby (good vibe for healing), the service was good (the staff, nurses, doctors). However, the cons are that the waiting time during the admission process at the A&E was really SLOW. I didn't even use insurance cover and i guess i don't need to wait for too long for admission as I already paid the 4k deposit. Other things have to improve the COMMUNICATION between the cleaner and the ward staff. As my mother was in the isolation ward Dahlia there is no cleaner at all on day 1. After I asked so several times (told the nurses on duty) there is NO ACTION. As a result, I directly talk to the cleaner then they come to clean all the accumulated used pampers that need to be cleared. No one told me earlier that i need to ask them to clean the room every I needed to, as it is an isolation ward.

A clerk at the counter of the emergency department was rude. I think it's best if you guys find another hospital to go to.

I had a great experience here. The staff and nurses are friendly and easy to talk to. The doctors are also great and understanding of patients. Moreover, the room is big and comfortable; There's tv for every single bed. There's also an air freshener in the bathroom so it always smells good. Can't forget that there's various food stalls at ground floor. It has been a great stay for me as a patient and i hope other patients can experience this luxury stay here!
