I got bad service from a staff when I was about to make a payment, the staff came to count the money in the drawer and told the cashier on duty to go and rest. I think the staff came to make a cashdrop. At first I wasn't angry while waiting I remember it only took a short time but the staff took a long time counting all the money in the drawer and chatting on the phone. At least finish my payment first or can you suggest me to go to another counter. I am very disappointed with the service given. Please, from now on, hopefully this kind of thing won't happen again.

Helpful staff and fast service. Only took few days for spec to ready

Plenty of verity with all sorts of products ranging from foodstuffs, toiletries, clothing, electrical appliances and what have you. Prices are a bit on the premium side but do look out for offers. Plenty of other shop lots, ATM machines, mini post office and a food court. Also parking isn't an issue. Nice place to hangout.

Bad rating as you can see from below pictures some of the fruits already rotten. Lotus staff should had regularly checked to ensure we consumer are buying the fresh fruits that matches the price we paid. Not to mention the fruits were priced at regular price instead of discounted items. This is part of fraud.

First of all, the parking lots reserved for family with kids and strollers are not serving the purpose.. Many selfish people who come to shop without children or strollers park there and lotus management is not doing anything about it.. what's the use of you reserving carpark lots if it's not serving the purpose? So hard to monitor is it? I saw one couple struggling to get their baby from the baby car seat because they were afraid their car door might knock the car beside them (yeah, they had to park the car in the normal lot while the reserved car park had some uneducated selfish single drivers' car parked.

I also like to shop around here, especially during the fasting month. There are many cheap sales here. You just have to be smart about choosing the shops..aircondition is superb,parking no issue,toilet is there and clean also..nice place to hanging around

Tenant almost the same as tesco before. Since the name changed, this is the first time i entered the hypermarket. Went there to look for school shoes. Price cheaper compared to other places. I noticed the groceries price quite cheap compared to other hypermarkets. Maybe will change place for groceries shopping. Value for money. Edited : went there for food festival recently. Expensive foods.

I like visiting Lotus's to buy things. The place is huge and the air-conditioning great. The supermarket is on the first floor while the ground floor is occupied by a food court and other shop outlets selling clothes, handphones, etc. There is a wide range of products available at reasonable prices. We can also buy chicken and fish here. The vegetables are fresh. Great place to shop.
