Been here because my sister underwent a c-section for her first and second born (2014 and 2017). In between the years mentioned, they had a major renovation. The old building was taken down and replaced with a multi-storey building. Even though they have updated their building, you can still see old facilities like hospital beds, side table/cabinets and other stuff. But that's okay. What's more important is the safety patients and the efficiency of the staffs. Sad to say, their service in NICU is waaaaay better compared to the current one. NICU nurses are bitchy and rude. Mind you, I am always super nice to medical staff whenever one of my family member is admitted. Not because I am afraid that they might mistreat my loved one anytime, but because you want to make the person lying in bed that these people can be trusted with his/her situation. These are some of the things why I think their old NICU team is better: * One of the NICU nurse rushed inside the room and shouted 'Naiwan nyo po ang baby nyo sa baba (NICU). When the baby is already with the us! After shouting and not bothering to check further, the staff left abruptly. Only to return apologizing that it was just a mistake/miscommunication. * Before we get discharged, the nurses told us to bring the baby to the nurse station for the 'Hearing Test' even though we already stated that we are just going have the New Born Test in the nearby clinic. The second nurse reiterrated that we have to send the baby for the test. So off I go with the baby to the nurse station. The mom also joined us since she would like to see how the test is being done. But the nurse said that we have to go down to second floor because the NICU staff are the ones who will conduct the test. Since the mom is still a bit weak, she decided to come back to the bed. So I just brought the baby alone. Upon telling the NICU staff about our purpose, she said: 'Toxic nako ngayon eh!' Feeling confused and surprised, I just tried to keep my cool by saying, 'Pero pinapunta po kasi kami dito for hearing test eh.' She asked me to wait while she checks. When she came back, she said with a rude manner, '8am to 10am lang ang test.' And I replied, 'Pauwi na kami today, ininsist lang ng nurses sa taas na bumaba kami.' She said nothing and just shut the door. Thinking that maybe she's asking for someone to help us, I waited for a couple of minutes more, but the staff never get back to me. So I went back to the nurse on the fourth floor and told her what happened. I said I would like to report that rude staff. I can put up with all the mistakes as long as the own up to it, but the rudeness is untollerable. They are HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS and yet, they don't even care plus being unprofessional! The nurse tried to explain and apologize on behalf of her colleague, but I really feel that this rude nurse should not be in the NICU department. If she can do it to an older person, what more to someone who's very fragile like babies.

The nurses don't know what they are doing. I am extremely furious with the inattentiveness and lack of knowledge amongst the medical 'professionals'. Incompetent people. Very disappointing.

No rooms avaiable. Geria patient waited for 8 hours no room. AGE case only gave buscopan. Did not hydrate patient. Please improve your service. Er nurses were nice but they lack doctors. Doctor came in 11pm and he is on 24 hours duty. Doctor is very accomodating but the system itsef is so so so bad. No available room for Geria patients. Hopefully this will be addressed to DOH and it will be even media. To better help improve their service.

This is what I paid for, dirty room look at the fan, the bedsheet it’s look like they didn’t change it for how long, I didn’t take a picture the group of Ants around the corner of the room coz I feel so weak already that time, who will get fast recovery in this type of room, stressful omg! but the main reason why we leave the hospital and transfer to another bcoz of their high charges, for simple cough and fever they want me to confined already, or else they will not give the medication needed, then we decided to leave and paid for what charges they said as far I remember they get my BP only by nurse and Doctor using his stethoscope to check my breath and that’s it, nothing else.

I wouldn't trust this institution for patient care and emergent situations. Doctors and nurses were rude and unaccommodating. They lack professionalism and sense of urgency. If you want to hear nurses laughing away while your family is at a state of panic, this is the place to go lol. Mga insensitive at mukhang incompetent pa. Do yourselves a favor and save your time and money. Would not recommend. BMMG, ayos niyo sistema niyo. Lives are at stake sa field niyo in case di kayo aware.

Clean hospital, and very accommodating staff. Much cheaper than other private hospitals that give the same quality of health care. Trustworthy and well mannered yung mga tao.

Inconsiderate doctors & nurses. Lacked equipment & facilities. Sad excuse for a hospital. Do better.
