A true specialty coffee place. The coffees they roast themselves and sell are delicious, so are the beverages you can order as well. The staff is super nice. As a coffee connoisseur I‘m happy to have found this place!

If you have read my reviews in other cities, you know I don't give 5 stars casually. This is one exception I'm happily making. This small coffee shop is a hidden diamond at the city center of Sofia. If you need a well prepared coffee, in a warm and cozy environment, then definitely this is the place you must visit. The sweets offered to buy are great in taste and feel like mother's care. Won't say anything more, and leave it at that for you to experience the uniqueness of this "diamond in the rough"…! ☕☕☕☕☕☕ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Their cappuccinos taste good and are well priced at 5 BGN. Service was very good too. The coffee bags seem a little overpriced though.

Best cafe in town by a longshot. The service was utmost friendly and the staff was trained by specialty courses in Italy. The 2 coffees we chose were as good as they can possibly be. If you are looking quality, this is where you need to go. They have all the right machines and know all the techniques to make the coffee as it should be made. The coffees we ordered can't even be found at most places. 5/5, I'm looking forward to going back there again!

This is the best coffee in Sofia! I love coffe but this was something really special! If you want to enjoy your cup of coffee you definitely have to come to Martines. You can takeaway it or enjoy nice and warm atmosphere Iside with pleasant music.

A very nice new place in Sofia to drink special coffee. The Martines specialty coffee shop is a fine address for connoisseur's and coffee enthusiast's. The roastery has been around for a while and now you have also the possibility to enjoy the delicacies directly in the city. Today I started with an espresso and was immediately convinced. You can feel and taste the high-quality products. On my next visit, I'll continue to test my way through the menu. My whole experience was rounded off positively by the very friendly and informative conversation with Alexander, who runs the coffee shop together with his wife. I am looking forward to my next visit :)

My favorite places anywhere in the world are always local, small businesses, family owned, passed on through generations. Martines is all of the above!!! Roasting beans since 2005. Coffee shop opened about 2 month ago. Certified Specialty coffee trainer by the SCA meaning they specialize in finding the highest quality of beans world-wide. Anes is very passionate about coffee and customer experience. It was Coffee therapy for me lol! I really appreciated the time she took to elaborate on any topic I asked about with much knowledge and honesty. Thanks Anes, I enjoyed it very much! My favorite is Peru single-origin. You can try any single-origin\Blends you chose (for an additional cost). They offer coffee bean bags, whole or grinded to your needs. It's right off of Vitosha Blvd. don’t be "tempted" by all the Lavazza, Boundi, Bianchi, Moak etc. along route. Get the real experience of high quality, family owned, locally, freshly roasted beans option. You owe it to yourself!!!

Besides the delicious coffee and the friendly atmosphere, the Barista is a real plus. He welcomed us and had a lovely chat with us, and gave us useful recommendations for Sofia. For coffee lovers as well as for people looking for the best service, this place is a real go to.

Very good specialty coffee place and roastery! The owners (barista and roaster) are very knowledgeable and friendly! The service is great! It is very cozy place. You can buy freshly roasted coffee beans for home and there is some coffee brewing equipment. There are spots to sit and work on your laptop as well. They have some snacks as well. It is pet friendly!
