It was absolutely disappointment,that the owner has never answered our calls, even 2 ours later than check in.

Это жулики. Я забронировал номер, получил подтверждение, в том числе на поздний заезд. Приехал ночью - дверь закрыта, по телефону не отвечают. Уехал размещаться в другой отель. Категорически не рекомендую. Получив много отрицательных отзывов они попытались изменить адрес на соседний дом.

This hotel is a total fraud ! I book this hotel with Expedia and Expedia still have not refund me for such a terrible experience ! I arrived in Sofia Bulgaria on October 4th 2021 ! My reservation was for October 1st to October 16th but i call Expedia and told them to inform the hotel i will arrive on October 4th because i was going to be in Greece 4 day longer than expected ! It was my first time in Sofia and my hired driver from the Airport took me to the address listed for this reservation and it is located next to an abandon building ! No sign that indicated Grand Suit Sofia ! The location is a private apartment building ! No wifi ! No one to welcome me after arriving ! I am lucky i have associates here in Sofia that called the number and guess what happen next ? The person said there is no reservation in my name ! Expedia told me they will try to contact the Hotel ! Nothing ! No Money ! I was left out in the cold ! Finally my associates tracked this number and realize it is a person private cell phone number ! Expedia said it is an open case and they will contact me ! Up to this date i have not had a reply from Expedia ! I had to book another reservation with my own money at the Central hotel which is a very nice hotel and convenient to getting around on Sofia ! Located in the center ! Don not book this hotel !I travel all around the World using Expedia now i will reconsider because the customer service with Expedia with this reservation was poor and seem like i will not get back my money ! No one should have such an experience when traveling ! Expedia and other booking sites should be responsible to ensure that hotels who are on their site are real and if you have an apartment just say it is a private apartment and do not steal people money ! Shame ! Shame ! Shame on everyone involve ! Do not book this hotel ! if you do make sure you know what you are paying for ! I got nothing and was stranded in the cold ! Luckily i had resources readily available to me !

Если видите фото этих арартаментов, значит это мошенники. Они меняют название апартаментов и адреса, но результат один Вас хотят обмануть, будьте внимательны заказывая квартиры в Софии на booking.com

Нас вообще никто не встретил. Мы сделали бронь на booking, приехали в назначенное время и ночью простояли час на улице. Ушли искать себе жилью дальше. Нас не заселили и сказали администрации букинга, что мы сами не явились(

Pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner 0, unos impresentables, literalmente... Nadie apareció a buscarnos!! Avísamos de que íbamos a llegar a las 14h, llamamos al propietario, nos cogió el teléfono y ya no volvimos a saber de él... Llamamos a booking, ellos también intentaron contactar y nada. 1h en la calle esperando y no se presentaron. Deberían cerrar este apartamento y nadie ir!!!!

Στις 4/1/20 έκλεισα 2 δωμάτια. Ήρθαμε και ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν σήκωνε το τηλέφωνο για όλη μέρα μέχρι που αναγκάστηκα να κλείσω άλλο γιατί θα μέναμε στο δρόμο. Μετά από τηλέφωνα και email απαντησε στις 16:30 με email να το κάνω τηλεφώνημα. Ούτε καν να απάντησει η να καλέσει. Φυσικά και είχα ήδη πάει σε άλλο. Μακρυά!!!!!

Σεντονια πετσετες και μαξιλαρια βρομικα!!! Πηγαμε την επομενη μερα το πρωι και αγορασαμε σεντονια και μαξιλαρια για να μπωρεσουμε να κοιμηθουμε!!!!! Το chek out ηταν μεχρι τις 12.00 και η καθαριστρια χτυπαγε το κουδουνι απο τις 11.30......απαραδεκτο!!!!! Το μονο καλο που ηταν στο κεντρο της σοφιας. Πολυ μικρο μπανιο!!!!!
