I completely recommend it. The place is super clean and smells amazing, the staff is polite and cheerful. The specialist that is doing my laser treatments, Ralitsa, is amazing, which makes the process way more pleasant! And also, the speak English, which for me is great 🩶 the best part is, I just did 4 sessions and after the first laser depilation, I was already seeing amazing results !

HIFU full face - the effect was visible event right after the treatment. Zori was very kind and professional, explaining what exactly she was going to perform on my face and what to expect right after the treatment and long term. She was explaining every step in the process and making sure I felt comfortable the whole time.

Everything was great! I had unbelievable results even from the first procedure. The service is more than amazing :) The girls make you feel comfortable right away, they are so easygoing and make sure you are feeling OK throughout the procedure. I was greeted by Nikol and Amelia at the entrance with the widest of smiles! The place was spotless and bright and the equipment made an impression! I was met with understanding and interest towards my needs - every question was answered thoroughly! I was given all the details of the procedure beforehand and asked everytime whether we proceed further. Amelia was fantastic! She made me feel at ease before the new procedure and displayed professionalism! I absolutely recommend the centre!

Usually everything is good , today I had to wait half an hour more after my scheduled time . If there is a delay , it’s ok , but the same way you call us to confirm that we will show up , you can call us to let us know there is going to be a delay for the appointment with 30 minutes. Also you can consider paying with card 😉
