Definitely from a can, looking like they've been eaten once, with the traditional sour taste coming from the can's marinade. Just a few days later, I ate the same pizza in another restaurant, but with fresh mushrooms, and the level was completely different. Overall, the pizza was pretty mediocre, and with those mushrooms, it was inedible. I'm a big pizza connoisseur, I've eaten pizza from Milan to Naples in a number of Italian cities and I dare say that the one at "La Casa" had nothing Italian about it. In Bulgaria, there are a huge number of restaurants where the pizza is really at the top level - La Bottega, Franco's, Leo's pizza, Incanto, even at your local competitors from "Oreshkov" it's one level up (although it's not something special), maybe and that's why the restaurant there is constantly crowded. My friend's pizza was one with cheese, but there was also Bulgarian cow cheese - extremely inappropriate. Аз съм голям ценител на пиците, ял съм пица от Милано до Неапол в редица италиански градове и смея да твърдя, че тази в "La Casa", нямаше нищо италианско. В България има огромен брой заведения, в които пицата е наистина на топ ниво - La Bottega, Franco's, Leo's pizza, Инканто, дори при вашите местни конкуренти от "Орешков" е едно ниво нагоре(макар да не е нещо особено), може би и затова там ресторанта е непрекъснато препълнен. Пицата на приятелката ми беше такава със сирена, но имаше и българско краве сирене -безкрайно неподходящо. Обслужването е без коментар, трябваше непрекъснато да следя сервитьорката, за да мога да си поръчам (бира, вода, сметката).
