Good place to visit if you want to run away from the city. Unfortunately if you want to be far from the crowd and the noise - the summer is not a good time to go there as a lot of locals are going to the lake for picnic or walks etc. Usually during the summer days is a bit too crowded may better to go there in the spring. There are option for hiring kayak or bring your own and do kayaking. Also there are routеs around and you can go with your bike and ride around the lake.

The lake and its surroundings are very dirty. There's no place to do a picnic around the lake, only up by the river somewhere further. Other than that it is pretty and you can swim with a boat without troubles.

With 2 paths - one steep (ish) and one on water level surrounding the lake there is something everyone can enjoy. There is also no shortage of restaurants around to help you unwind after a nice walk.

It's a "calming" place to me. If you rent a small boat, you can have a more enjoyable time. There is also a restaurant on the shore where you can have a beer.
