I walked past here yesterday morning but it smelt so good I walked back to have a coffee. I ended up with arguably the best coffee I have had in weeks of travelling, a delicious croissant and wonderfully warm, friendly service (unfortunately not common in Bulgaria). Everything about my visit here made me pleased I went back.

The staff was very kind and ready to assist with a blend of coffee according to your taste. We actually tried two different blends and bought some from one of them for home! We especially liked the Ethiopian coffee, which was very fruity and different from anything we have ever tried before. The coffee is also roasted and ground in the shop so it's always fresh! We are sure to come back.

My first experience with Jasmin Specialty coffee was about 6 months ago, when by pure chance I was near by their roastery near Varna with my family. There I was friendly welcome, and even when they were not expecting me, I was shown around and able to taste one of their recently roasted coffee from Ethiopia. The coffee was so good that I bought 2 packages of 500 grams so I can try more at home.. Since then, I've been buying coffee from them online every month and enjoying freshly roasted coffee at home.

Love this place! Found this little gem a week into my stay in Varna and returned every day for the fantastic coffee and friendly atmosphere. I explored Varna visiting many cafes, some of which were very impressive, and the character and flavour of the coffee at Jasmin's was unbeaten. This is a new roastery/cafe only open a couple of months at this time and Jasmin is very passionate about the roasting which is done daily on site enveloping the store and street with a glorious aroma. You'll often find her watching motherly over the roaster keeping a close eye on the beans. There is also a large range of leaf teas to enjoy. During my visits I felt a part of the development of the cafe as Jasmin and her team strive to discover what works best for the customers, being truly interested in customers' opinions of the coffee and the food, much of which is made on site. It was great to see the offerings change and expand. I had a great, relaxing stay in Varna and this cafe was my regular comfort. Thanks to Jasmin, Vessi(s) and Niki - it was great to meet everyone and enjoy coffee with you.

These guys are the best! Most of the stuff is home made, so is the coffee. They don't plant and harvest it but they roast it on the spot. Which is a whole lot more than anywhere else in town. The coffee it self (the roastery blend that is) is amazing. Aroma, taste, fullness. Perfection in a cup! And the staff? Helpful, cheerful and although not very important quite pretty. So in summation, if you want a good cup of coffee and some home made pastry, this is the place for you!
