It's pretty spacious and definitely beginner friendly. Would definitely recommend for starters or anyone looking to begin working out.

As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Miranda. She offered me a tour of the facility and provided all the great details. Miranda offers great customer service and has good knowledge of services being offered. I was surprised at her ability to handle several walk-ins at a time with a positive and friendly attitude. But my favorite part was learning that a part of my membership goes to help others in need.

Mathew gave me an excellent tour and all the staff were so friendly. Equipment is truly state of the art! Can’t wait to join this gym and take advantage of all the perks especially at a reasonable price.

I enjoy the atmosphere and friendly environment. The owner was very inviting during my first visit and I love the wellness/recovery areas. It makes me look forward to going to the gym. It’s not too big nor overcrowded.

Always been a great gym and atmosphere!! Equipment is top tier and it's not like other gyms where there are never dumbells for everyone to use. I used to have a membership at the Arlington location, getting started at the Dallas one was quick, easy, and welcoming.

Haven’t officially started going to the gym but I’m excited!! Jarod helped me in figuring out what plan was best for me :) love the fact that if you go at least 12 times a month your monthly fee will be whatever your plan says, if you go 11 or less they charge you extra. Love that because it’ll motivate me to actually workout☺️

This gym has everything! It's the best place to go workout. They even have massage beds for relaxing after your workout. I also enjoy being able to bring a friend at no extra charge.

The gym is easy on the eyes to say the least the color scheme is very calming and very clean! First thing coming through the door first person I see is my man Jared very Hilarious and informative when I signed up! Showing me around all the amenities. Talk about the quantity and quality of the message chairs and hydro beds. Best thing is that there is so many treadmill because I love that cardio! Free weights are a must for me! Thank you for opening this location can’t wait to lose this weight!
