You won’t disappoint at Reservoir Smiles. The equipments are new. The clinic is sparkling clean. The dentists are very detailed and caring, especially Jane and Jack. Reasonable prices too. I drive my daughter and my mum here for any dental need even though we live a bit far away. If you need to see a dentist, I highly recommend this place.

Jane always explains what she is going to do and what she's doing which is much appreciated. She is very warm and friendly making you feel relaxed. The receptionist is always warm and friendly. You don't feel rushed or unimportant The waiting room is warm and clean All in all a very nice experience for going to the dentist

Hands down the care and attention I receive at Reservoir Smiles is like none I have ever experienced before. My concerns and questions are always met with listening ears and never dismissed. One of the best dentists I have ever visited. All the staff is so welcoming and friendly. I was super anxious about my tooth removal but doctors there help me understand what was the actual problem and removal was not required. They are super affordable and generous. Definitely recommending to all my friends.

Absolutely HATE going to the dentist and have been avoiding for years, but after the last few visits with Dr Su Min Lee I'll be getting my checks done yearly with no fuss! I can't recommend this clinic enough, just had my wisdom teeth pulled out yesterday and was so painless, done in half the time expected, and they were so nice to answer all my questions and reassure me. The music in the background is so nice when your sitting in the chair too! Well done to the whole team there, you're all doing an amazing job :)

I have seen Dr. Jack and Dr. Jane regularly both are very professional and friendly. Recently I have a root canal done by Dr. Jack and there is no pain at all. He explained clearly the procedurea and stages involved before start of the treatment which makes me feel confident. If you are looking for a good dentist I recommend Reservoir Smiles.

I am so grateful to have Dr Jack as my dentist. He is really thorough but gentle and I appreciate the way he takes the time to explain everything and also gives the body the opportunity to heal where appropriate before rushing into invasive procedures like other dentists often want to. I have been pretty anxious about Dentists in the past but Dr Jack makes the whole experience a positive one.

I was so lucky to find Reservoir Smiles Dental Clinic last year. Dr Jack has been amazing and looking after me, being it the check-ups, the night-guard he made( spending a lot of time adjusting it), or removing my wisdom teeth. He also take time to give me a lot of great advice while I was overseas and having dental issues. Oh and Dr. Jane as well, she is also incredibly amazing. Best Dentists I have ever been to. I cannot recommend highly enough. The staff are so friendly and kind. I have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist and have a lot of oral issues because I put off going. I have always felt so at ease with the calm and gentle manner of Dr Jack and other staff. They always try to do the best by their clients especially if you are on a budget. I have never felt judged for the many issues with my teeth. I’m so glad I found them because I now I feel I can start fixing my teeth and gain some confidence back.

Updating the review as I got a call from practice manager who clarified the x-rays have not been lost and are indeed available. They were not visible for some time to the staff as a result of system maintenance. We even got offered to have the x-rays redone if needed. Megan was also interested in getting further feedback to see if there’s anything more they can do. Good to know patient feedback is taken so seriously at Reservoir Smiles and they always try to give their best.

There is no such thing as a great dentist experience. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a sadist. However, the dental outcomes at Reservoir Smiles are. Dr Dona Nguyen is a brilliant dental surgeon that leaves the more expensive inner city dentists lacking. And the staff are most helpful and courteous. Give Reservoir Smiles a go. You'll be smiling from ear to ear, but only after the anesthetic wears off.

This dentist clinic is a true standout. My husband & I will never, ever have to visit another dentist again after being here. They have become our 1 & only after many years of treatment from a few other local dentists. Each and every staff member offer the kindest/smoothest/friendliest atmosphere to have your teeth done. They’re all just natural down to earth easy going people that do not push you out the door with recommended high cost further treatment plans or unnecessary treatment required. They provide a true genuine un stressful experience with genuine care/honesty/utter, utter cleanliness/excellent ability to transact with you whilst being petrified, damned scared &/or anxious. Most of all this wonderful clinic are excellent at what they do and therefore they take the time to explain everything to you before they proceed. We say and know that you will not receive such a highly dedicated service from anywhere else. Also letting you know that we’re not related or best friends whatsoever (although you feel as though your in the company of both). We’re just local people that are so damn grateful that they’re not far away and DO NOT over inflate their prices. Their charges are extremely, extremely reasonable - hence the absorbent care they take towards you as a valuable client.
