I have been seeing Joseph for over a year now, after having issues with my lower back and shoulder. Joseph has helped me alot to get my back and shoulder back in form for me to continue training. He has showed me exercises to do in order to prevent further injuries to my shoulder. Great guy, easy to get along with and very humble. Highly recommended!!!

I struggled for 2-3 years with constant shoulder problems. I would wake up every night crying in pain. I have seen many Osteos, Chiros and massage therapists over the years that have only been able to give me temporary relief but never actually fixed the problem.
