Poor customer service. I visited this place on 20 aug 2021 at 1.15 pm. The girl is very rude and arrogant. You need to teach your staff some customer service skills. Teach them to say hello, thank you to customers. Shame on your store. Definitely lots of other people would have felt the same and wont be back.

Today (16th June) I bought beef pie for $3. Friendly customer service but was disappointed when I came home and opened the packet and saw that the pie was bad. On top the pie is fine when I turned it around it was bad and smelly.

I went there for coffee and ginger beer, girl on counter was very rude and no customer service, might be having bad day but what was my fault, still wondering 😳, not recommending to any1😞

When I bought my small size of long black coffee, i was charged 50 cents extra for the extra empty cup where I placed my cup of coffee in. As the long black is very hot and it burn my hand, I always place it in a empty cup. Every 7eleven store is fine with it except you guys charging me an extra 50c for that. Very bad service and will not recommend anyone.

Not sure why the ppl working there are hiding the sauces for the hot pastry ,only tomato sauce is always available , and when i ask him this morning for something else is like you are taking his salary

Today 9th June at 3:10am I was at the 7-eleven.Customer service at this place is terrible.The guy behind the counter was so rude idk how a big organization like 7-eleven can hire that type of person. He had no idea what customer service is when people were start coming in and it got busy he started filling up milk into the coffie machine and stocking up doughnuts people were waiting. He was not even wearing his name badge. Management needs to take serious action against this staff member. I will say check your CCTV footage.

Coffee pods are always nearly empty. I suspect they are only topped up once completely empty. It's a busy store but even busier stores manage to keep their pods topped up

My family’s go to 7/11 no matter where they are 😂 They renovated it which is cool but same boring australia 7/11. Wish it were like japan’s 7/11 .

Today I bought 4 donuts from 7eleven its clearly mention 4 donuts for $12 the staff was working there charge me $14.40 for 4 donuts. Surprisingly I've been buying the same donuts from the same store for $12 its not about money but its not fair to see the prices are changing with the staff..

Request a complaint. I came today at 12:15 in the morning. I bought coffee. The Indian female worker had black hair from the market.She took me out. And she Shouted me. Because i put Choclate with coffee. She is abused me. Please improve transaction with customers.
