High price of footlong, The guy was so smart who was on counter might be he is the owner they selling steak footlong $13.95 when i said you got high price , he didn’t even listen and start explaining me the price will increase soon this that . The main thing never talk in punjabi if i as customer not talking to you in punjabi if customer comfortable them you can talk . But i said don’t mind bro i went to subway in Cheltenham that shop owner was indian he has same high price . Why ??? I never saw high price in subway owned by white or other origin people . At last i check he charge me $11.95 iam shocked how can he charge me less than actual price on board was $13.95 that means price set by them and they charge as per customer. Not good . Service was fast , nice taste . But please don’t do that things.

Restaurant/ cafe/ takeaway located in the home co centre of Epping, plenty of Carpark outside, across the road from Lincraft, the was plenty of seating in the restaurant. 3 staff worked on the day we went and they were polite The breads you can choose from are wheat, white Italian herbs and cheese, malted rye, plain wrap, gluten free wrap and multigrain wrap, and the cheese selection is natural cheddar, mozzarella and Old English.

Rude abnoxious discrimative manager having a go at us for no reason. Just because the worker didn't get out choices correct and misunderstood us, we were in the wrong... We walked out and drove an extra 10min in order to get good customer service. Your business is nothing without customers. Thanks

Aunty with highlights tried to be really smart. I just simple question about ingredients she was lyk i am already doing it, this is the way it is done. Like bro… No one asked u ur opinion I want my sub way i like not what other ppl orders. If a customer asks simple question politely just ans it , don’t try to be oversmart . Atleast be mature with your age.

I had a pleasant experience here on multiple occasions. Kind and friendly staff who made nice subs for us. If you're in the area (and it's late or early depending on your timetable) a perfect place to stop by for a late dinner. Enjoy folks

Every Friday afternoon I go to Subway Northpoint in Epping. This is one of the most impressive Subway stores I've been to. The staff are very friendly and the food is always fresh. The store manager treats his staff with respect and makes sure that the customer is always looked after. If you want a Subway sub with fresh bread, a generous amount of your favourite ingredients prepared quickly and served with a smile, then Subway Northpoint in Epping is the place to go. Keep up the good work and I'll continue seeing you every Friday.

Travelling from Brisbane to Melbourne by road regularly, I rate this subway the best on the highway. Always friendly staff always clean and tidy with a full fresh counter of all the salads and meats no matter what time of day. I rate this 10/10 Other franchises should use this subway as their benchmark.

On 30/7/23 i went there . Its my worse experience in Australia .they don’t have basic things even the country stores are better than this . There is a guy on counter he doesn’t have manners how to deal with customer .his way of talking is very rude . Its my first or last time

Even though they were really busy the staff was constantly moving and the guy at the counter was making sure the customers were getting looked after. Not to forget, they all had smile on their face so thumbs up👍👍
