My
Pet
Place
used
to
be
my
favourite
place
for
getting
my
dog
groomed.
At
the
time,
Ashley
was
the
groomer;
she
was
absolutely
fantastic;
very
professional
in
grooming
and
in
her
behaviour,
super
friendly
and
respectful.
However,
My
Pet
Place
is
not
the
same
place
anymore;
their
management
and
groomers
have
changed.
The
new
groomer
who
I
have
been
in
contact
in
my
last
couple
of
visits
has
been
very
disappointing
in
her
manner
and
behaviour
towards
my
dog
and
myself.
The
last
couple
of
times
that
she
has
groomed
my
dog,
she
has
been
showing
a
very
disrespectful
and
unacceptable
attitude
to
me,
harshly
explaining
how
difficult
my
dog
is
during
the
grooming
session.
Which
I
have
accepted
from
her
and
this
last
time
I
just
asked
her
to
do
the
simplest
style
and
shave
all
my
dog’s
hair
through
so
that
it’s
not
difficult
for
her
and
my
dog.
But
again,
when
I
was
picking
up
my
dog,
she
had
the
same
attitude,
rolling
her
eyes
at
me,
and
pulling
my
dog
harshly.
I
will
never
go
back
to
them
ever
again,
but
I
think
the
groomer
needs
to
remind
herself
that
her
job
involves
dealing
with
dogs
who
can
be
unpredictable,
playful
and
at
times
difficult,
which
understandably
is
frustrating.
However,
you
cannot
be
disrespectful
to
the
owners
and
unfriendly
with
the
dogs!
That
is
not
allowed!
It
is
expected
that
a
professional
groomer
uses
her
skills
and
techniques
to
calm
the
animals
down.
Or
at
least
show
some
friendly
facial
expressions
when
talking
to
people.
The
management
at
My
Pet
Place
need
to
have
a
better
supervision
on
their
groomers
and
how
they
behave
with
the
dogs
and
their
owners!
