This
is
the
most
underrated
winery
I've
ever
come
across
in
10+
years.
We've
done
wine
tours
in
Napa,
Sonoma,
Portland,
NY
and
PA
(oh
and
bainsbridge
island)
and
honestly
you
cannot
find
wine
like
this
in
the
US.
As
a
red
wine
lover
who
has
been
getting
heart
burn
after
one
sip
of
most
reds,
this
winery
has
exceeded
my
expectations.
I
never
noticed
that
wine
in
Europe
isn't
just
better
it's
also
better
for
you
because
they
don't
add
tannens
or
sulfates.
It's
a
few
hours
after
an
only
red
wine
tasting
and
I
still
don't
have
any
heart
burn.
So
our
original
plan
was
to
go
to
the
more
commercial
winery's
after
hiking
Mt
Rainier
but
the
hike
took
longer
than
expected
so
we
found
a
winery
closer
and
we
are
so
glad
we
did.
Jolie
and
Clay
are
the
sweetest
people
and
Jolie
told
us
so
much
about
wine
in
general.
One
of
my
favorite
tastings
ever!
Clay
is
a
veteran
who
was
stationed
in
Germany
and
learned
to
make
wine
from
a
local.
All
their
wine
is
18%
and
more
fruity
because
they
don't
add
all
the
extra
stuff.
They
make
a
lot
of
unique
stuff
too
(like
wine
from
jalapeños
and
other
fruits
as
well).
Really
not
sure
why
more
winery's
don't
do
this.
Anyway
if
you
are
on
your
way
back
to
Seattle
from
Mount
Rainier
do
not
miss
stopping
by.
We
walked
away
with
two
cases
(so
affordable
too)
but
they
don't
ship
so
you'll
have
to
find
a
way
to
get
it
home
(they
were
so
thoughtful
to
get
us
a
few
boxes
to
help
with
shipping).
