I originally came here for signs of PTSD. My intake appointment, I was diagnosed with PTSD. After the intake appointment, I didn’t hear from my assigned therapist for a month. I accidentally missed her call, tried to call her back immediately and was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail and received no response, or a call to reschedule. I waited a week and then called to schedule another appointment, when I finally got to talk to a therapist we only talked for 15 minutes on the phone, then she scheduled another appointment for me two weeks out. Went to that appointment and it was only 30 minutes long. And that went on for two more sessions, before I decided I wanted a new therapist. My therapist was not helping me with PTSD, or even digging into my triggers. She talked about some of her own problems with her overbearing mom. The only advice I got from her was to eat a piece of sour candy when I got anxiety. When I finally asked for a new therapist, I was directed to a “manager”. I told this person that I didn’t like how my therapist wasn’t helping with my PTSD, how she talked about her own issues, and how she cut sessions off at 30 minutes every time. This manager told me that my therapist said in her notes we were working on coping mechanisms for anxiety, and strategies for building confidence. She also told me that my therapist put in her notes that our sessions were always an hour. This manager implied that I was lying about all the claims I made about the therapist. When I told the manager that I was looking for someone to help with my PTSD, and weekly sessions she told me I would never find somebody willing to do weekly sessions with me, not only at her clinic but at any clinic. I left this place immediately and I found a different place, my new clinic DOES do weekly sessions all over the phone/zoom. They have helped me tremendously with my PTSD, and they never cut my sessions short. I recommend to NEVER go to a therapy clinic that claims the client is lying about their experience with a therapist, and that claims that I should have no hope for weekly sessions. This place has no care for their patients.

I'm extremely upset twice I've had issues with THS, first time they told me I had trace amounts of codeine in my system which was impossible because I only took methadone didn't ever take anything along side it, not even Tylenol or the like. The second time I had my carries taken because they said I had oxy and something else which yes I did because I had been pprescribed things for a surgery I had and was told I never gave them the paperwork yet they had 2 of 3 I was taking in the system already. I literally can't afford to make it to the clinic every single day, I depend on my bf for a ride and he is a full time college student. I feel everytime I get anywhere in this program something happens to make me lose all the work I've put in. Almost like they want you to lose your sobriety and fail because all your worth is $$$ to them. Jokes on them tho I have almost 4 years clean regardless of wgat they say.

I started coming here only a couple months ago but so far the staff has been pretty great. The lab gal Kacey is extremely nice and has an amazing and fun personality. She listened to me when I told her where to get blood from and it didn't hurt at all I didn't even feel it. She is always smiling and laughing, anytime she's in the hallways I can hear her contagious laugh. I feel like she deserved this recognition. The people that do the UA's are also very nice and have great attitudes. This office is great and they are saving my life and I can't be more grateful for the work they do. Thank you THS

I've been going here over 10 years and I've been through a few counselors, And if I wasn't going here I'm certain my life would have ended long ago. The people are wonderful from Laura at the desk to the counselors and the dispensary they want everyone to succeed!

I love my counselor but feel overall the rest treat patient s w little respect. Punish when you have done nothing wrong ( in my case I had a major operation) needed help not abuse. And they obviously have an attitude about the clientele. Not everyone is the same. Many have told me they feel totally disrespected . It is sad.

No complaints, they hold you accountable and give you the tools you need and the rest is up to you. I've been here almost 3 years and I just got my once-a-week carries. Everyone recovers at their own pace.

Aka (Alison moon) I have been dosing at this clinic for 2 years and they have saved my life..my experience has always been good..Juanita as said in a previous review is just an amazing very fair women, amber at the front desk is very polite and could match my face to my name pretty early in my sobriety I felt she was very personable..my counselor Kathy has also been great!! And the dosing nurses..all of them really but specifically Karen and Charlie they are always friendly ..and Karen will walk to work in the snow to open the doors for patients. Everybody at the clinic is amazing and what I have noticed whenever there is an issue..it's with or because of a client Thank you THS for helping me save my life💕

They take advantage of their power to the point of abuse. I'm a senior and my health has been put at risk continuesly. To the point I've had to call an ambulance and need test done. May be something very wrong but don't have much time due to their demands of my time. Abusive, reckless with patients health.
