TERRIBLE HORRIBLE! You will regret staying here! The staff is poorly trained and gave me incorrect info several times. They charged my card the incorrect price multiple times without my permission. They interrupted my work day several times even though I told them several times that I would be working from the hotel room. The room was not like the picture online. My key cards had to be replaced at least once a day because they stopped working. There were not enough supplies in the room. Staff was extremely rude and lazy. I was never rude yet they made sure I felt like I was a nuisance rather than a guest.

If I could give no stars I would. My first night my shower had hair in it so it wasn’t clean. Moved rooms and the freaking hot water hasn’t worked for two days. Do not recommend

Hallway lobby and elevator had this horrible smell. Arriving to the hotel there was people sending outside in a circle drinking beer listening to loud music. Checking into our room we noticed there was a door open inside. This utility door had a deadbolt and the maintenance guy had forgot to lock it. Inside was an HVAC system with the cover taken off and having a high voltage wire exposed with other low voltage wires and a 12-in by 12 inch hole looking straight down at the parking lot. This was already unsafe for my three-year-old daughter. I went downstairs and told the front desk lady. She just read something down and sticky notes but never had anybody do anything about it. Besides that everything in that room was filthy. The couches were ripped and stains everywhere. The floors were dirty and muddy. The kitchen was filthy. This place was so unsanitized and unsafe that we had to pack our stuff and leave an hour prior to arrival. This is not about trying to get a free state we did not complain and we did not even ask for our money back. I just hope somebody reads this I will not make the same mistake I made.

I had my parents visiting for a week and paid to lodge them here. They had some minor complaints about details of the room (one bedside table with outlets by bed instead of two, not many drawers) but otherwise liked the kitchenette (they did have to ask for dish soap and a scrubber but I don't think it was that big of a deal). Everything seemed to be okay for most of their stay until they realized that the little bites they had acquired over the past few days were most likely due to bedbugs😖. Fortunately, once they brought this to the attention of staff, they were able to be relocated.

Pros: Good location. Close to the mall and several stores. Plus it’s near the highway. I loved having my own bedroom. My room location and floor was outstanding! Cons: Room wasn’t clean at all. The vents were super dirty in each room and especially in the bathroom. The shower curtains had brown stuff on them. The courtesy shampoo, conditioner and body wash still had stuff all over them like no one clean the shower. The floors were not vacuumed and quite dirty. There are no paper towels so be sure to bring your own. Parking is extra so that was annoying as well. The tested the fire alarms first thing in the morning without warning and I had to hear the alarm going off for every single room in the building. That drove me nuts! Overall: Just okay, but if I ever come back to visit, I will definitely avoid staying here. It’s simply not clean at all.

Really poor location, unless you’re there for the hospital which is next door. No food options nearby. Couldn’t get housekeeping service for 3 days. Couldn’t get coffee for my room. Housekeeping stole my phone charger and my watch charger.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Saw a review on Google when we were already there that said they charged them unnecessary fees. Sure enough we got charged a fee as well. It was a different receptionist the next day but the one before didn’t even ask if we did parking so we got charge for parking and then a large fee as well. So over $200 total and that didn’t even count our actual stay. And there were dead bugs on the bathroom floor. The room itself smelled bad I think it was dog urine. Never coming back. I also would say that this is probably a step up from a Motel 6 or maybe the same? But definitely a step down from a best Western. Believe me go to best Western instead of this place!!

I stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed every one of them. Staff doesn't bother you and hooks you up with towels and sheets when u ask them. Room came with a mini kitchen which included a coffee maker, toaster, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, dishwasher, stove top, oven, and a full size fridge! I have 2 suggestions, 1. For the size of the room the TV should be bigger than 32" 2. Key cards get demagnetized very easily, for 2 people I had to get between 2-6 new key cards EVERY SINGLE DAY.

This place this far has been enjoyable. My room has a office area and a kitchen. It was very clean and homely. It came with dishes and utensils as well as pots and pans and all the basic kitchen necessities. I really appreciate the fact that I even was offered a room service discount. Yes they even offer room service!

First room I was checked into had no AC and the second room they gave me had all door locks broken. I didn't want to change again and accepted the quality of this hotel was poor. I am a woman staying in a hotel alone and would like the door locks to work. Only one front desk representative was helpful the rest lacked hospitality etiquette and felt like the DMV. I left my joggers in the hotel room at check out and they somehow were never recovered. It is apparent the level of quality they put into this hotel is below base line. If you are thinking of going a little cheaper to save on costs don't go here if you want a seamless experience.

Its basically a service apartment. I took the studio queen suite which had a queen bed, a sofa, a study table/chair and lots of storage. It also had a kitchen with almost everything- fridge, cooking top, oven, dishwasher, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious, the provide coffee (no breakfast). Parking is $10 per day. Location is good and peaceful, 20 mins drive from seattle/bellevue downtown

The property itself was fine. The maids and other staff do their jobs well and keep the place looking nice however the management is so spiteful and unhelpful I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me. Why choose a career in hospitality if you despise helping people?

I had a great experience here at Sonesta vacating with my mom , First and foremost the front desk receptionist gabby was so nice and very accommodating! Even though we arrived late, Check in was very smooth and she gave us all the information we needed to know about the hotel and what’s around the area. I think this was the best experience I had with customer service ! The rooms were nice and spacious and in a quiet area :) We will be returning Thank you gabby and thank you Sonesta!🤗

Had a peaceful stay there. It's unfortunate the place is starting to get run down on the inside. The pros: -We stayed in a studio set up for a budget price. -Away from the noise of a freeway or airport. -Easy check-in. -The bed was clean. -The bathroom was clean. The cons: -There was an odor of urine in the kitchenette. -Some of the handles of the drawers in the kitchen were sticky. In addition to that, one of the tables had some dried liquid on it, as well as some hair. So that made me wonder about how thorough housekeeping was with cleaning things around the room. -The furniture and cabinets are getting worn down.

Beautiful place. Beautiful and spacious rooms with convenient setup. Relatively comfy beds. Happy and friendly staff. All needs/request met promptly and without hesitation. Great accomodations to make my stay more comfortable.

This is a great hotel for it's price range. The rooms were clean and had lots of space along with a full kitchen (ours had an oven). They have a small pool and a place to print out from a computer along with free laundry for guests! It was perfect for us for the few days we were there and the staff were very kind.
