This is my favorite tea shop in the Seattle area. These people love tea, and it shows. The store frequently adds interesting new teas and tea-related items. Whether I'm getting a quick to-go cup of a high quality oolong or sitting down and sharing tea with the staff, I am always glad I stopped by. This place is a gem.

Excellent service and products. I know very little about Tea. Phoenix Tea Shop taught me a lot about tea and set me up with a nice kit a well. I could have spent less or a lot more for the best stuff. I bought the $25 cake of tea not the $75. I just made a pot of Jasmine Tea from the old stuff we got at the grocery store and then I brewed a pot of aged 2016 Cloudy Days Jasmine Tea at 170 Degrees for 4.5 minutes. The difference is HUGE; Like comparing bakers’ chocolate to milk chocolate.

Amazing tea shop specializing in awesome Gong fu style Chinese tea and tea ware. I take every chance to stop in and see what’s new. I’ve learned so much from the Friday tea tastings, and hope to check out their other cool events to. Super friendly owners and all-around great place!

Wonderful selection, kind and personable people! The gentleman who assisted us was quite knowledgeable about their tea and was quite helpful. We left with so many types of teas to try and paid very reasonable prices. Red Army and Phoenix Chai were instant hits and I will definitely be back to buy more! ♥

Chris, the owner? Knows his teas. I wanted to taste the purple tea, and we sat down and did like, a formal tea tasting. It was super cool. He's got a great selection. The passion and knowledge about tea was clearly evident in their operations, and they showed great respect to the cultures and origins of the teas as well.

The Phoenix Tea version will be way better quality than whatever you find online. They always has a full menu and rotating leafs. The best place to find new tea (or cut down on coffee).

Awesome little tea shop in the growing heart of Burien! Lots of unique kinds of tea and accessories. There's a monthly tea tasting there too, which is a great way to try things you might not otherwise have discovered. The owner is super friendly as well. Highly recommended!

This place rocks! Amazing all-around selection, particularly their oolongs! Even as a green tea guy I was quite pleased with the selection. Super knowledgeable staff willing to answer any question you many have, in depth. Check it out! They also have cool little hangout spaces if you want to go drink tea with a friend.
