The guy at the front desk DAVID TABOR offered the worst service I have received ever. I asked the price on the phone and when I realized the price is different as what I understood, he gave an answer was "I just told you on the phone!' very bluntly. I have worked at a hotel for a decade and I am very surprised how this quality hotel offers the lowest customer service. Value is lower than one star. Will never visit again.

This hotel has mirrored closet doors that they rigged up to hinge when they are made to slide on tracks. They are not backed with anything. And in any adjoining rooms, when the adjoining door and the closet door are open, the two hit each other. During our stay this occurred and they accepted no responsibility for the set up of their rooms that contributed to the mirrored door cracking. Fortunately no one was injured. Avoid this hotel if at all possible.

Interesting experience at this Hampton. At first glance all things look like a normal Hilton product. Electronic key checkin went fine then I got a message to check with the front desk to re check in. They needed to verify cc method. No big deal. They put a hold on my cc for 350. Room was 161. Said for potential damage and incidentals. First room had a bad Oder like someone was sick in there or smoked. Changed room and it was better. I felt like they wanted to charge me for a leaning fee later. Consider another hotel stays by the hotel.

Avoid this place at all cost. My husband's truck which is equipped with anti theft protection and was parked 2 spots from their front door right in front of a camera and it got stolen. Night audit has one job!!!!!

Arrived and doors were closed. David T gave the worst hotel experience I have ever received. He was not friendly or welcoming at all. I asked if the doors were closed for security purposes, but he said it was because of COVID. He seemed bothered by everything he was expected to do. The rooms have ants. I first noticed them by the door entrance of the room. We left a cookie wrapper on the table overnight and woke up to find a lot of ants all over it. The next morning we asked front desk and housekeeping for toothbrushes and toothpaste but they were all out. The hotel is very outdated for the price they expect. Old carpets and drapes.

The managers were very professional and friendly. There is NO SHUTTLE TO/ FROM AIRPORT- you will have to call Uber or something. The coffee maker was located in the bathroom- gross. The shower heas was not fully functional and difficult to use. It costs $7 to do 1 load of laundry, that's to wash and dry, also only open between 06 am and 10 pm. The room keys suck and don't work. For the price, it was very bad considering the location, which is only 7 mins further away from seatac Airport than most of the other hotels but priced as in prime area, which it is not. Not what I expected at all.

Deposit is to high. Took a week to get it back after checkout. In 10 years of traveling for work, I have never paid $350 Deposit.

Kudos to the cleaning staff! Our room was soo clean, not even a speck of dust on easily dusty areas! They definitely deserve a Pay bump! Front desk employees were very friendly and kind, even after I walked in to check in with a screaming infant. Breakfast was what you’d expect, it was fine. Coming with three kids alone, I loved having all of the extra security measures. Having to use my card/phone three times before getting into my room at night was a huge relief because I knew an intruder would have a really hard time reaching us. Also kids liked the pool. Overall great stay and would recommend!

Rooms seemed small. But clean and nice presentation. Shower was really powerful I know people like that. We had to pay a $350 deposit which caught Me by surprise. Lots of parking and the kids liked the pool. Breakfast was average. Was here for a softball tourney and the whole team stayed.

Nice comfortable bed and bedding. A.c. works well. Nice selection of food for the hot breakfast in the a.m. Loved the desk for working. Room was quiet. You will need your key here to use the elevator as it won't operate without it. Staff was extremely helpful, warm, and inviting.

Always try to stay at the Hampton Inn. Rooms are clean, staff pleasant. As a bonus is the breakfast. Stay here to proximity to shower center and downtown Kent area. Great location

I have been here several times. And every time the staff has taken care of me. Love this hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Free hot breakfast. Convenient location. What more could you ask for?

Convenient place to stay while on business in Kent as it is located in the heart of the industrial/business area of town. Excellent staff that are friendly and helpful. While it has a bit out dated decor- the place is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed with everything you would need for a multi-night stay. The continental breakfast offers a great variety of food and drinks to choose from. I only reduced the rating by one star due to a very firm (and uncomfortable to me) mattress and the pool not being available due to maintenance. Also expect to hear some street noise from the business activity happening 24 hours in this area.

Needed a place for us and grandkids near their home while parent was recovering from surgery. Staff recognized us on day 2, friendly and welcoming. We had two minor issues that they graciously resolved. I appreciated that they did not make me feel like a whiner for either. They really took our comfort to heart. No dining room except breakfast. Across the street are 5 places for fast food, Starbucks and then a half block away there is a Wendy's. Not my typical meal style but worked well for 3 kids and us.

A spa-like hotel pool experience. This Hampton Inn was immaculately clean, from the complimentary breakfast to the pool and hot tub, which provided a spa-like experience! The only thing missing was the spa music.

I have stayed in a lot of Hampton Inns in the Pacific Northwest over the last 2 years. I have found the staff are consistent in their training and it is always a joy to hear your name from the front staff the moment you walk through the front door. For that me that means that I arrived to my home away from home.
