The company kept me informed as to how long it was going take. Very clean lobby. I can say that I was very impressed by how nice the lobby was.

I would love to give this place 5 stars as I used to work for les schwab and enjoyed it. Customer service was something we always strive to be the best at. This location that does not seem to be very high on the list of priority's. I had a tire separate on me at around 10:30am. Got into les schwab by around 11:15 to have one tire replaced. I was told 90 minutes.. Well here it is 2 hours later.. Called the store and Nate very rudely told me he could not even give me a time frame when the tire would be on. I own a carpet cleaning business here in Stanwood and I am just trying to coordinate with my customers when I would be able to show up and get my job done. The lady I talked to at the counter when I dropped it off was super nice. So maybe its just Nate. But I know with my business if I could not even give a customer a time frame I would not have a business very long. Just got a call from Christian at 2pm and he was super nice and helpful. Added a star for the 2 people who were nice and helpful. Seems Nate needs more training on the customer service side of business.

Removed my tire and then told me they couldn't put it back on because it was not repairable. Only offer was to replace all 4 tires because my vehicle is all wheel drive. Left after they gave me an estimate of $1400 to replace all 4 tires after they finally agreed to put my wheel and tire back on the vehicle. Received more appropriate service at a Discount Tire where they examined the tire prior to removing it and told me it was not repairable. Then discount tire offered choice to replace rear tires rather than all 4. Discount tire also had my tires in stock where les Schwab did not. In my opinion, this location practices predatory sales techniques.

Awesome and friendly service! Yes there are other locations in Everett where I live but I’ll come to Stanwood and see Nic as he’s truly the best and will go out of his way to take care of you.

Just needed mounts put on loose struts. Guy said they don't normally do that on loose parts. Asked if that was a "no." Guy said I could ask Paul. Who's Paul??? Oh, Paul's an older guy with a Goatee in the back. So I'm meant to wander around the back of Les Schwab looking for an old guy with a goatee named Paul? Went to Stanwood Car Care. They said, "no problem."

We always get our tires at Stanwood Les Schwab. You get so much more than just the tires. We had a flat the other day and had the car towed in to LS. They fixed it on the spot, NO CHARGE. They have always been there for us. We've used them (and lived on Camano Island) for 28 years.

Made an appt online and select tires by size. Website said it would take two days. No problem. Rcvd confirmation email a day before. Good. Arrived 10 min early. Attendant confirmed my appt. but said they did not have tires in the size I ordered. Would be a significant increase in price point for a lesser tire. But he was doing me a favor and "making me a deal." It was the same price as the website. I walked. Went to Discount Tire in Smokey Point. Better tires, better warranty, less cost (50% less), and done in two hrs w no appt.

My wife called about getting a brake inspection for a leaking caliper. After convincing her to drive it from Lake Goodwin to Stanwood on the statement “we’ll take care of you today” they refused to do it after finding out the caliper had been changed. Not only has it been at least a couple months since it was changed but what difference does it make who swapped it? It’s not like we were expecting service for free. Instead, after convincing her to drive an already leaking vehicle over to Les Schwab they LET HER LEAVE WITH A BRAKE CALIPER CONTINUING TO LEAK! Not only did they lose out on money today but frankly at any point in the future as well. This is not only shady but confusing on a number of levels. The caliper is under warranty so at least it won’t cost me anything other than time now as I’ll just do it myself. I’m still just at a loss for how they could willingly create that liability for themselves. Discount Tire has much better pricing and Les Schwab is nowhere near what it used to be.

We went directly to Led Schwab after a flat (shredded) tire. We didn't call ahead. We had gotten tires for this vehicle before so they looked us up and knew our tire size. They had it in stock and after a short wait we had our new tire on and spare was put back. Very happy customers!

Had a flat tire and made it to the shop. I'm 1hr from home. I bought my tires from les Schwab. I was informed that he didn't have time to help me because it was that time of year. He might be able to get to it in 3 hrs. I told him I was going to put the spare on myself. He informed me I could not do it on the property. So I had to leave and change across the street.

I came to this location after having my tires rotated at a dealership and feeling a major vibration. I asked them if they can check to see if any of my hub centric rings were doubled up or missing. They took the front tires off and put them on the balancer and told me that they were out of balance and that they were only going to balance the front ones because that would fix this issue. They never even checked the rears. After that I still felt the vibration. I went to the shop that my boyfriend works at and we took the rear wheels off. Sure enough I was missing a hub ring. Tried calling to speak with the manager and he was of no help to me. I didn’t ask for the balance to be checked. They recommended something that I did not need and refused to give me a refund. This was about a half hour before they closed so I feel like they were rushing to get out instead of worrying about customer safety. I thought Les Schwab was better than that. Will never be going back here.

Yesterday, my family and I had an unexpected flat tire on our road trip. Without an appointment, we went to this shop, and we were met with excellent service. The staff, including the front desk and service engineer, were incredibly helpful, and they had us back on the road in an hour. To our surprise, when it came time to pay, we were informed that the fee was waived off, and we were not charged anything for the service. This was an unexpected act of kindness, and we are extremely grateful for their generosity. We highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of tire services. Their excellent service and kindness towards their customers make them stand out from the rest.

I brought my beloved Tacoma truck in to have the front brake pads replaced on Toyota service recommendation. The tech at Les Schwab said they were about 50% and they didn't need to be replaced. They didn't charge me for the inspection or the tire rotation. Thanks for the great service! My new go service guys!

They were so helpful and nice. Will return next week for appointment.

Brought my flat tire in for repair. They kept is for hours. Eventually they told me they could not fix the tire because the puncture had seperated the belting. They wanted me to buy new tires instead. I only wanted a tire repair, not spend a large sum on new tires. I went some where else and had it repaired. It seems they offer to repair tires for free so they can up sell you to new tires.
