This was our first time staying at this Hilton Property in Washington State. It's located Southcenter Mall, just 8 miles from the SeaTac Airport. Staff is very friendly and helpful, mask optional, 😷, many wore it as we did when the spaces in the public area's got crowded. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. After traveling 5 hours plus, a bed looks really good. We had a large refrigerator, microwave, sink, no stove, couch, tables n chairs to kick back in. Plenty of space. The cleaning service was cut back due to COVID, readily available if needed. I needed extra pillows, firm ones to rest well and they quickly accommodated our request. Parking and getting their was no problem. Price was very reasonable compared to staying downtown Seattle. We have done that many times, but we didn't see the need to pay $50/day, when Parking here was FREE! If you're in the area, stay her and let them know Harold Sent you because of my review. If you like, follow me for my next adventure 😉. Thank you! Ciao!

Not safe if you are parking a vehicle. My window was smashed in the second night I was there. No cameras in the lot, no security, and yet they still charge $10 a night for parking. Saw at least 3 others in the span of about 2 weeks with the same. The staff are very apologetic about it, but it's obvious this is a known problem that is simply not being addressed. The rest of the hotel I would describe as fine. Rooms are clean and nice, furniture all comfortable. No cooktops in room if that is important to you, and the internet is not very fast or reliable, which makes working remotely very difficult. The gym and laundry facilities are adequate, nothing too fancy. I will say the breakfast was above average, with solid options, especially compared to many out there that continue to use Covid as an excuse to skimp on breakfast. I would say that if you are not bringing a car, it's good, with a nice location and an airport shuttle. But if you plan on bringing a car, look elsewhere.

We love staying here. It truly is the perfect hotel for families. Having a kitchenette is so convenient and the breakfast in the morning is perfect. They even have a high chair for those that want to eat in the lobby with their children. Overall, great hotel, perfect location (near everything). I guess the only thing I would say that I wish was a little better was their pool. It’s nice but pretty chilly.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The front desk was very professional and nice. The room was perfect and comfortable for our family. We loved the complimentary breakfast. It was pleasing to our whole family from Belgian waffles to breakfast sandwiches. We will continue to look for these hotels whenever we travel. We loved it! Thank you.

Very nice property. Room was clean, no weird smells, and all the amenities were perfect for a short visit. Location proximity to restaurants and retail was great as well. The only reason I didn't vote perfect 10 is because I feel the extra fee to pay for parking is a bit silly. Makes the price you pay to stay at the property a bit disingenuous. Yes I'm sure it's probably on the website somewhere, and yes it's only $10 a night, but just doesn't feel right. That small issue aside I loved my stay and would certainly recommend it to anyone in the area.

Pretty nice stay. Room smelled nice, which is a benefit to someone who usually thinks hotel rooms smell like body odor. Hot shower with good water pressure. Bed comfortable, pillows were very soft and flat. Checked all pillows, all soft and flat. Slept well with no weird noises in the room. Did wake up the next morning and see a bandaid stuck to the smoke detector, and while it was not used and obviously there to block the strobe light on the smoke detector, a little gross. Airport shuttle was excellent, will stay at this location in the future just for the shuttle. I left too early to experience breakfast, but they did offer me fresh hot coffee at 4:45 AM while waiting for the 5 AM airport shuttle.

Good stay overall, but my microwave didn't work. Wanted to warm up some Walmart chicken for a late night snack. Found my microwave was completely dead. Called front desk, but was informed by Brian that he was on duty by himself and there was not maintenance staff on duty. He offered to move me to another room, but it was my 3rd day there and late at night, so I declined. I rigged my own "hot-plate" instead...photo attached.

Hilton properties vary greatly from location to location and this Home2 Suites is not one of the better properties. From the Hotel being dirty to the rooms smelling like dogs, this Hotel is not in my return list. Hilton does not seem to want to invest in keeping their properties fresh. The first room I got smelled so bad of dog I had to go ask for another room. The second room was an ADA room and it smelled like dog, just not as bad. The floors were sticky, and the mattress worn out. You can tell this is a high traffic Hotel but that’s no excuse. With Hilton Properties, consistency is not their strength. How this Hotel rates a 4.2 baffles me.

The room was not terrible. The house cleaning was just a little on the struggle side. We found two dirty washcloths in the bathroom and the sheets to the extra sofa bed were not clean. Pretty loud above us. The staff were friendly though. Just not the experience we have had at other home 2.

Reasons to stay here: great location, very clean rooms, ample breakfast, free laundry, indoor pool, most staff are genuinely warm and nice especially Nicole. Thank you for your excellent service.

The best thing about the hotel really is the employees the front desk in particular. My mother wasn’t feeling very well. We checked in and they were really helpful giving out your medication stuff and not even charging us for it so I appreciate it. The rooms on the other hand are pretty mediocre and they don’t clean unless you’re staying more than five days and the continental breakfast is kind of slim pickings. It’s not something where there’s a lot of options and they only stayed like open till like 10 AM for breakfast.

Hotel itself is underwhelming. Breakfast was poor quality (old bananas, dried out eggs, nothing offered for dietary constraints) and the pool needed cleaning. Rest of hotel and rooms were clean. Nighttime check-in service was unfriendly. Had an alarming experience with the shuttle. The driver didn’t say a single word to us when he picked up myself and young child after dark. After 10-12 minutes of driving I realized we were headed in the opposite direction of the hotel and began to pull into a darkened lot. Around the corner was a lighted building, where we did pick up another customer. I wondered if English was a challenge with the driver but he was very chatty with the new (male) customer. Took us over an hour to get to the hotel from when I called for the shuttle. Will not stay here again.

The room was very large and everything was very clean. There was a sofa and a fridge and microwave. The location is very quiet and is yet very close to the Airport. I could not hear any sounds and had a very sound sleep. Drive to Seattle downtown is also just about 20 mins. The breakfast was also very good! I definitely recommend this place.

It’s a little far from the airport probably about 10-15 min shuttle ride. Also the shuttle service which we were told we could just come down and take anytime was not true in the morning. For the morning, apparently, it had to be scheduled ahead of time. Very frustrating because the only reason we booked this hotel was for the shuttle. We ended up paying a 40$ Uber to not miss our flight. When we came down for the shuttle the next one wasn’t for 1.5hr. It was clean, but expensive for the value we wanted from the shuttle. If you didn’t need the shuttle it would probably be great.

My four daughters and I came here for a few days after living in Japan for 3.5 years with the military. They were helpful and kind. Our stay was a wonderful way to return to the states!

Staff didn't seem to truly care. Rooms have thin walls and you can hear everything. I had a person above me with a heavy foot that caused my entire room to shake the entire duration of my stay. Even after calling to complain, nothing happened, not even a room change. Asked for new sheets and the same sheets were put back on the bed. The sheet had a lipstick mark and I obviously don't wear lipstick. Wouldn't stay here ever again even if they paid me to do so. The location was the only good part of my 3 week stay here.

The staff was great. Ashley helped us to arrange a late checkout. Safe neighborhood near a bus route with service straight into the city. Great breakfast.

The room we received had a funny smell, which later found out that it was mold. I informed this directly to the front desk. Spoke to someone named Rachal, she was very dismissive and said there aren't any other rooms. She was very rude. I asked if their cleaning crew can possibly do something, perhaps reclean the room or sanitize it. She said she would let them know. Never heard from anyone after that. Ended up staying in my wifes and daughters room adjacent to this smelly room. 2 Nights, wasted $680 on this room.

Rooms are very clean and staff very friendly. The room has everything you need. Full size fridge, utensils, big microwave, even offer griddles upon request. Breakfast was amazing , plenty of options. Oh yeah and nice patio with fireplace to enjoy at night time. Best hotel I've stayed in by far. 👍👍👍👍👍

We stayed in a King Suite room. When we entered we immediately noticed how clean and fresh our room smelled. The furnishings were modern and comfortable. Great kitchenette and the sheets were soft and bed comfortable. Also 2 extra pillows and a blanket were available in the room. Breakfast was impressive, however everything folds up a little bit before 9 am so make sure you get there 15 minutes before. The only caveat is the basic television options.

Enjoyed my stay there! Parking is 10$/night. They have free shuttle to the airport and free breakfast. They can stop at the rental center too. The breakfast is great. The staff is nice. The suite makes me feel like I am at home. The size of the room is relative large. It is also pretty new. Very close to the airport.

The staff was really friendly!! I’d recommend the stay just because of them. Ex. We got in late an our toddler needed some milk. They didn’t have whole milk but provided us with 2% since they had that available and they didn’t charge us for it either.

The hotel advertises a 24 hour shuttle yet when we arrived at the shuttle pickup location we waited almost 90 minutes to be picked up. We had to wait again for more than 30 minutes for them to come back and get us later. The rooms smelled like wet dogs and though some of the staff were friendly, others seemed like they could not care less if we were there. I reserved a room for five and they only provided 4 towels. When I requested an additional towel, I was told that no additional towels were available.

Chose this hotel due to its proximity to good dining and shopping and my previous phenomenal experiences with Homes2. However, this was not a typical Homes2. Over priced, Room smelt like pet dander, sink was faulty, dishes not put away upon arrival, and wifi did not work. I was very disappointed especially after paying $282. Commenting on the response to my original review. I would love to use your link and tell you more about it but your recapcha continuously goes in a loop and I cannot submit. Your company purposely does this so customers don’t get their problems solved.

Housekeepers do not show up to clean even if requested over and over. Breakfast bar runs out of food quickly. No juice or beverage machine were working except coffee/tea at breakfast. You had to buy their overly priced water bottles. Prices to stay here are much higher than before but service has gotten very poor.

I liked my room. The place is clean. Staff is very responsive. It has not been appropriate for my work needs. The indoor pool is too cold. Rarely anyone in it because of the temperature. Horrible internet connection if you are a business traveler, working from your room. I am a remote worker and my work cannot be done here because even paying for the higher bandwidth my work server gets repeatedly dropped. I was supposed to be here for a month but looking for a hotel with faster internet service.

I've stayed here several times over the last 14 months for work. The room was clean, I like that they provide a shampoo and wash dispenser instead of the little single use bottles. Many options for food delivery are available, or you can just drive a couple blocks. I did not use the pool but it looked clean. The housekeeping staff came in while I was out of the room on the 3rd day, which I was not expecting, and threw away a stack of receipts I had planned on saving. I think that was more my fault for not putting a DND sign on the door before heading out. Luckily I was able to retrieve what I needed through other means.
