My
stay
was
great!
I
stayed
one
night,
in
transit,
returning
from
a
six-month
stay
abroad.
When
I
arrived,
I’d
been
traveling
for
15
straight
hours
with
my
kitten.
I
was
exhausted
and
she
was
terrified.
When
we
arrived,
the
area
in
front
of
the
lobby
was
so
busy,
my
taxi
driver
couldn’t
even
find
anywhere
to
pull
over
to
let
me
out!
I
got
to
the
front
desk,
and
the
gentleman
there
was
clearly
frazzled
but
polite
and
nice.
He
said
they
were
insanely
busy,
but
he
didn’t
need
to
tell
me
that;
it
was
obvious!
The
bar,
the
registration
desk,
people
coming
and
going….
Anyway,
checkin
took
maybe
3
minutes.
I’m
disabled,
and
had
three
bags
plus
the
kitten
in
her
little
carrier,
so
I
asked
if
there
was
anyone
to
help
me.
The
gentleman
produced
a
security
guard
within
about
30
seconds.
He
was
also
frazzled,
but
incredibly
kind
and
cheerful.
He
got
me
into
my
room
and
asked
if
I
needed
anything
else.
For
not
being
a
valet,
he
was
great!
As
I
said,
there
were
people
everywhere,
but
as
soon
as
the
door
slipped
closed,
it
felt
like
we
were
on
the
moon.
The
room
was
soooo
well
insulated!
And
the
bed
was
literally
the
most
comfortable
bed
this
well-traveled,
obese,
chronic
pain
patient
has
ever
slept
in!
My
only
complaint
(and
it
really
isn’t
one)
is
that
the
finishes
and
overall
appearance
of
the
room
-
disregarding
the
wonderful
bed
-
do
not
add
up
to
a
4-star
room.
I
would
say
this
is
a
solid
3-star
with
a
great
bed
and
great
hotel
staff!
The
floor
was
laminate,
the
walls
spartan,
and
the
bathtub
surround
fake
glass
tile,
done
in
plastic.
As
I
said,
“spartan.”
Nothing
was
wrong,
and
it
was
definitely
clean!
Just
not
4-star,
to
me.
That
said,
I
would
still
highly
recommend
this
hotel
with
the
wonderful
staff
