Meh. This hotel is marketed & priced as a four star hotel, however it’s definitely closer to a three star accommodation. I was expecting a valet, well-designed rooms, and warm customer service. Instead, the parking is self-park for $15. The rooms are cheaply built with low quality flooring, noticeably damaged walls in the rooms & hallways, no sound insulation, and inexpensive fixtures & furnishings. Look, I don’t hate this place. It’s just that I travel frequently for business & this is absolutely not on par with other four star hotels I’ve stayed at.

I really wanted to love this hotel for my work travels. It’s modern and new and clean. The beds are comfortable and it is fairly quiet overall. The parking is terrible. HOWEVER, the customer service is HORRENDOUS!!! At check-in the staff was great. But Monday morning staff were rude and had an attitude when calling down with a need. You call the front desk and it rings for 10 minutes before they answer. Oh and I had to call 6 times for a hairdryer in one day. After calling twice and waiting over an hour I was late for a meeting. I had to dry my hair with an iron because they wouldn’t respond to a simple missing item in the room. Should make them pay for my hair treatment since my hair will need repair after this trip. Still haven’t received a hairdryer and it’s been 12 hours or request via phone and email. I would recommend you stay somewhere that you are appreciated as a customer and that simple issues with rooms can be resolved with one call. I will be telling my corporate travel team not to book anyone else in this hotel again.

Very nice experience here. The restaurant downstairs has great service and drinks. The environment there was perfect with enjoyable music and ambience. The hotel room was fresh, clean and modern. It was very quiet and peaceful. The mattress was more comfortable than most hotels I’ve stayed at. Very tastefully decorated. All the staff were warm and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Interurban and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center, making it a great spot for those looking to do some retail therapy during their stay. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel's restaurant where I had the pleasure of meeting Patricia. She was a fantastic server, taking the time to explain the menu and make recommendations. What really stood out to me was how serious and professional she was, while still managing to maintain a warm and friendly demeanor. Her smile was infectious and she truly made my dining experience memorable. The hotel itself was also quite impressive. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home.

We stayed for the price and we’re pleasantly surprised. The customer service by each employee we encountered were very polite and helpful. The rooms were very clean and quiet. While not in the main area of Seattle it was a great location for us. Right next to the mall and pikes market. Overall was in love with our stay would definitely recommend.

I was super impressed with the room for the price, and the proximity to the Airport. Very clean and had some great amenities onsite. I was also impressed with the hotel staff. There was a misunderstanding from a third party site I reserved through and the manager was great in helping me work out my issue. Really appreciate that customer service. Look forward to staying here again next time I'm in Seattle.

Not worth the money. If you traveling for work and need a place to crash, this is a good place. We had turnover service everyday and the room is clean. Friendly and convenient coffee place. $15 for parking is not worth it and getting parking is a challenge on weekends or if the hotel is hosting a party or off-site. Furniture in the room are temporary and there is no pride of four star hotel . Location is near the mall but still not a walking friendly neighborhood due to nearby homeless camps. Walking distance to trains, bus station.

Great stay at this hotel, nice and quiet, AC worked well, beds are soft but comfortable, parking is cheaper than other hotels in Seattle. I didn't like the pillows, they're were like balloons when you put you head on them, and we stayed 2 nights and the room was not made or cleaned. All in all, a nice stay overall👍👍

Booked 2 months in advance with the intentions of swimming the night before our flight. Pool was closed and never received an email. The room was clean but the smell from what is used was potent (smelt of dirty cleaner) it was so overwhelming my eyes would not stop watering until we went to bed. The restaurant was fabulous, that was the only positive. Parking is also not the greatest.

The proximity to the Westfield mall is fantastic. This is a prime spot for a quick vacation to Washington. The room was a good size, with a nice heater and a clean, soft king bed. You get a good size LG TV for entertainment, and a (very slim) desk for your laptop. There's a lack of overhead or room filling lighting in the room, so at night it's a bit hard to see. One big problem was the acoustics; you can hear everyone and everything within a 20 foot radius of the room. People in other rooms and out in the hallway are very clearly audible, and unfortunately I bet they could hear me from inside the room. Acoustic panels or wall insulation are a much needed upgrade here... Housekeeping does a good job cleaning the room, but there's a spot on the shower curtain hanger that never gets cleaned. It's rusted on the side facing into the shower... Or at least I hope it's rust. The floor is a click vinyl with lots of little tears in it, which made the room feel a bit cheaper - but it wasn't anything terrible. There's a complimentary morning breakfast service. I tried it once: they have a good selection of eggs, oatmeal, French toast, fresh fruit, and the like. The coffee is mid. I also tried the paid cafe, and got an interesting apricot folded pastry thing. It's expensive, but worth trying once. Parking can be limited but it's in a convenient spot behind the hotel. It's an extra $15 per night to park a car, so account for that if you're renting a car out here. Overall I had a good experience at Interurban, and if I come back up to SeaTac I'll consider booking here again.

I stayed at the Interurban Hotel for three nights over Thanksgiving and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is modern and clean, with no carpets which is a plus. The continental breakfast was better than most hotels, although still a simple continental breakfast. The TVs were a good size and the bathrooms were spacious. However, my room wasn't cleaned on 11/24, despite us leaving the room at 8 am and returning at 7 pm. Additionally, I informed the front desk that the floor was starting to separate and was rough on our bare feet but they didn't come to fix it. Despite these issues hotel staff was extremely friendly, I would still return to this hotel and give it a fair rating of four out of five.

Room, including bathroom smaller than my bedroom at home. Not enough closet space for 1 man for 3 days (seriously)? Only 1 available electrical receptacle by bed. Furniture is all cheap particle board. Low quality linens. Poorly lit bathroom. Walls so thin can hear multiple neighbors. No breakfast included. Almost claustrophobic. In short, nothing impressive, especially for $244/night.

Stayed here for one night while attending an event in Seattle. The staff upon first checking-in was okay however it was Christina, the night manager, that made us feel like welcomed guests. The location was nice as it was close to a shopping center. Parking was a bit difficult as the lot does fill up fast, it is an additional charge of $15 per night. We had paid extra to book a room on one of the top three floors however, was placed at a mid-level room so that was a bit of a let down. We also had people knocking at our door around 8/9:00 in the morning which was a little frustrating. I’m assuming it was housekeeping despite checkout being noon. Overall, i’m not sure I would rate this as a 4 star hotel nor do I think I would stay here again, per se. However, it was clean and safe, close to downtown Seattle, and available last minute.

Room was very nice, unfortunately my window was blocked from any view. Didn't need to see outside anyways, didn't mind it. The parking wasn't the greatest but wasn't too bad. The bathroom was very nice, the shower was amazing and the lighting in the room was great. The large mirror as a sliding bathroom door was something to want at home. The pool was a saltwater pool which was very nice. Also nice that there is music playing on low while in the pool. Wouldn't mind staying again

So inviting and so clean!!! I’m picky when it comes to cleanliness and I was really impressed! Quick elevators and plenty of them. I felt very safe in the area. Fun and modern decor. There is also a coffee shop inside the hotel. The negative - there is no gift shop with amenities but there is a vending machine $$$ for a few items that may be forgotten along with candy, chips, water, soda… If you are even thinking about eating breakfast there make sure to add the small up charge fee when booking because the restaurant is quite expensive. Absolutely recommend Hotel Interurban!

Excellent hospitality! Thanks to Jawed at the front desk for his exemplary service. Though they had a busy day when we were checked in, he took time to ask questions and cater to our needs. First time in Seattle and had a wonderful time staying at Interurban Hotel. They have an in-house restaurant called Rendition which serves amazing food. The wait staff there is extremely patient and suggests scrumptious options to choose from. Please make sure to leave them a generous tip, especially when you are using vouchers. They work too hard! All in all it was 10/10. Surely recommend

Booked this hotel for a short trip to Seattle based solely on the reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. The front desk staff were very helpful. Got an accessible room with a wheelchair fit in bath and it was truly accessible. The hotel staff gladly provided a bath chair when we requested one. Cleaning was done promptly. To top it off, the allowed a complimentary late checkout that gave me time to shop at the nearby south centre mall. The restaurant meal was quite affordable and really tasty. Yeah will likely stay there again when next i visits Seattle.

For the most part the hotel is 5 stars. The location is quite a distance from Seattle; however the public transit was cheap. The hair dryers in both rooms were defected. So if you need a hair dryer, I’d suggest bringing your own. Otherwise, very modern, clean and safe.

I travel frequently and I get so tired of rooms with HVAC units that don’t work properly (or turn off in the middle of the night to save the planet), scratchy sheets, and questionable stains on the carpet. From start to finish, this place was bomb. Check in was quick, and pleasant. My room was spotless, the AC was on and my room was cool when I walked in, the bed was comfy with lovely sheets and a choice of thin or thick pillows. The floor was vinyl wood-look tile, and felt clean on bare feet. If I had to give a negative, the room and bathroom lighting was dim. I wouldn’t want to be running an important zoom meeting in the evening, or getting ready for a wedding with the shadows. Would happily book again!

A fine hotel, good distance from the airport without being right next to the runway. Lots of shopping options at the nearby mall and a decent trail by the river. Very much feels like a commuter/flight crew hotel though, efficient but not a ton of extra amenities. Small fridges in room, no microwaves, restaurant attached but no explciit room service.

This staff is absolutely 1st class Service. They take care of all of our needs and accommodations. I have been staying here 3 days a week for company trips to Seattle and I am always welcomed by the staff in a amazing positive 1st class way. I would not stay anywhere else.

Our Native Corporation met there. Many spent the night but i didn't need to. So i don't know how the rooms were. Parking is awkward as it's very limited by the Hotel and there is street parking but many had to use the overflow parking site off site via a shuttle. The food was excellent as was the service! I've never eaten in their restaurant but if what we had was any indication of the food served there i would travel just for the food.

We were put up here by Turkish airlines due to a cancelled flight- and I would close this hotel again even if we had to pay. Pleasant staff, clean comfortable rooms, nice view, easy parking. Best part is everything you need is a close walk- mall, grocery, bank, tourist attraction.

My stay was great! I stayed one night, in transit, returning from a six-month stay abroad. When I arrived, I’d been traveling for 15 straight hours with my kitten. I was exhausted and she was terrified. When we arrived, the area in front of the lobby was so busy, my taxi driver couldn’t even find anywhere to pull over to let me out! I got to the front desk, and the gentleman there was clearly frazzled but polite and nice. He said they were insanely busy, but he didn’t need to tell me that; it was obvious! The bar, the registration desk, people coming and going…. Anyway, checkin took maybe 3 minutes. I’m disabled, and had three bags plus the kitten in her little carrier, so I asked if there was anyone to help me. The gentleman produced a security guard within about 30 seconds. He was also frazzled, but incredibly kind and cheerful. He got me into my room and asked if I needed anything else. For not being a valet, he was great! As I said, there were people everywhere, but as soon as the door slipped closed, it felt like we were on the moon. The room was soooo well insulated! And the bed was literally the most comfortable bed this well-traveled, obese, chronic pain patient has ever slept in! My only complaint (and it really isn’t one) is that the finishes and overall appearance of the room - disregarding the wonderful bed - do not add up to a 4-star room. I would say this is a solid 3-star with a great bed and great hotel staff! The floor was laminate, the walls spartan, and the bathtub surround fake glass tile, done in plastic. As I said, “spartan.” Nothing was wrong, and it was definitely clean! Just not 4-star, to me. That said, I would still highly recommend this hotel with the wonderful staff

Great customer service!! Friendly and professional staff. Female Manager on duty was very helpful with reserving and paying room from an issue with my bank. She was able to get me the best price as a military member. Room was clean. The bed was very comfortable with amazing soft and fluffy pillows. Convenient restaurant at the lobby with great food and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

From start to finish it was a perfect experience. The room itself was super clean - inviting and the view was nice. The best part of all we’re the absolutely comfortable beds. Wanted to take it home with me. Can’t go wrong. Oh the security was a comfort too!!

I stayed here for convenience as I was attending a conference taking place in the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was quite comfortable. It was quiet during the designated quiet hours. I ate in the restaurant downstairs once and the food and service were wonderful. Conference services were commendable as well. The conference room we used was a little strange to get to as it was located on the ground floor of an adjoining apartment building. However, the food was very good and the service excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Every single staff member I encountered was courteous and helpful.

What a great place to stay! When we arrived we were greeted by Abdul S. who made sure to help us get in our rooms, and make sure we had everything that we needed. When we had to wait for our flights the next day he let us store our luggage at the front desk so that we could go see the Seattle downtown as some in our group this was our first visit. Will defiantly be staying here again the next time in Seattle.

Staff were friendly but the room service was not great. I called multiple times and no answer until finally they answered and ordered. They told me it would take 30 minutes. It has been almost 2 hours. Until finally I called the front desk for them to tell me that they haven’t even worked on my order. I understand life happens but please communicate. Never going to stay here again. There are multiple other hotels within the Tukwila area that have better service.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and have been okay with the sub par customer service. Maybe it wasn’t there day or something personal might be going on I try to be understanding. My stay this time around has been unsatisfactory. This time around I have encountered the same sub par customer service. My biggest gripe would be that my room was NEVER cleaned until I complained about it. One excuse given was that the staff couldn’t understand the signs that the customers use to hang on the outside of the door. The staff member I spoke with stated that if I wanted the room cleaned that I shouldve called the front desk. When I called and put a request in to have the room cleaned it still wasn’t cleaned or sanitized and then when I follow up with the request I put in I was told by the staff member I should have called a day before to ensure the room was cleaned. They then told me that the time of the rooms being cleaned has passed and then he proceeded to hand me some toliteries and clean towels. Grateful to have some sort of assistance but what happens with the garbage in the room and the dirty towels they need to be removed. All this is taking place I believe in front of the manager who had nothing to say about actions of his staff. This is very unfortunate since a company I’m affiliated with works and partners closely with this establishment.

The hotel experience was excellent. My complaint is with the restaurant. I sat down to eat breakfast and it took about 10 minutes just for someone to bring me a menu. After that it took about 50 minutes to receive my avocado toast (which was so basic, it is a wonder why a few slices of avocado on a piece of toast would take so long?). The restaurant wasn't full and there were two servers. While I was waiting for my food, for the full 50 minutes, my server did not come check on me or bring me more water. Once my food finally arrived, she said she would be back with more water. I finished my meal and the water never came. I ended up just buying some from the vending machine. I'm glad my breakfast was free because paying that much for such horrible service would be unacceptable. This was the first time in my life that I've never left a tip of any kind. If I knew it was going to take so long I would have just bought a bagel from the Cafe and eaten in my room.
