If you like being lied to - stay at this hotel! If you need to use the airport shuttle - stay somewhere else. As a valued long term Diamond member with Hilton it is upsetting to have to experience the problems we had. After 2 phone calls to the desk for the airport shuttle - it finally arrived 45 minutes after first call. Front desk said 10 minutes both times. LIE! Every other hotel passed at least twice- so stay at another one as this hotel has no reliable shuttle. Front desk is under trained and not hospitable. Several mistakes with billing, and room not fully stocked. Had to ask for a third towel and toilet paper - waited over 30 minutes and two calls later it arrived. Took 15 minutes to check out and for them to fix their mistakes. Staff member argues with you and makes up stuff as they go. Spoke to another guest who had the same concerns and said she would not be back. She advised me to stay at the full service Hilton. Best part - I contacted the manager using her business card which had her cell phone number posted. Her response “to please be patient while she operates during labor shortages”. I love when they use this excuse but yet charge more than ever ! Kind of goes against the 100% satisfaction guarantee they post everywhere around the hotel. On the plus side - hotel is new so rooms are nice and everything is clean. But given the way it is run-this won’t last long. See picture for reply from manager. Thanks but no thanks!

I’ve stayed here 3 times for business trips and once for pleasure! Super close to the airport, friendly and helpful shuttle driver and front desk! Hotel has been very clean every time we have stayed. Their little snack bar in the lobby is a great life saver too when we get back late.

I’ve been staying here since they opened a few years ago. Can’t say enough about this great property. Staff is friendly and professional. Always welcoming with a smile and hello. The rooms are clean and so comfortable. Restaurant is really really good. The chef takes pride as do the bartenders. Just an overall great Hilton property and the best Hilton garden inn I’ve ever stayed. I wish they were all like this. Great job all around. If you want a quiet, clean, comfortable hotel near seatac- come here. Restaurant is fabulous. Thank you!

My flight got cancelled to I had to book a last min stay. Very clean hotel with nice staff. I love that you have a whole closet for your suitcase and other belongings that is shelved and nice and clean showers that don’t get water everywhere. Literally 5 mins from the airport and they gave a shuttle

Great place! Close to the hotel, train, dispensary (Kush21), a nice restaurant (Sharps Steakhouse) while being able to walk to the airport to catch the train into Seattle (40 minutes). Staff is great, plus the convenience of brunch being served with bloody mary’s /mimosas and 24 hour access to the shop grocery is perfect. I’ll be back!

Jason deserves the biggest shout out and I’m truly hoping my sleep deprived brain recalls his name correctly. We didn’t end up staying at this location as they were full, but Jason went above and beyond to check all of their nearby properties to get us into a room. We desperately needed sleep after airport difficulties and he used all of his resources to find us a room we could get into immediately. Jason, I hope you know how much you’re appreciated. I also really hope that’s your name. Thank you thank you

Came for a convention at the DoubleTree next door, so this hotel was literally the perfect location offsite since it was so close, which definitely made the trip better. Reasonable prices, clean hotel, clean room, has a pool and the fitness center was impressive! Ate at the restaurant/bar, which was good and the bartender she was so nice! We loved her. The front desk assistance were also the friendliest ever, we thanked them on the way out for their amazing customer service. A/C in the room was AMAZING. They have a mini food store in the lobby too with wine, beer, juices, yogurt, mini dinners/meals, snacks, etc. That was really helpful for a snack during the day when the restaurant was closed (restaurant only open for breakfast and dinner). Called the front desk a couple times for towels, coffee and extra toiletries and they were sent right up, which was great. We read the reviews prior and requested courtyard view, and glad we did since it was dead silent in the room with no sound from the busy street on the other side, it was great (not much a view, but quiet at least!) Overall a great clean experience, and we will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you to all the amazing staff!

Had an amazing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! I had some trip changes and ended up booking here last minute and that was one of the best decisions I made. I was traveling with my young son and the rooms and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We ate breakfast there, bought plenty of yummy snacks in the lobby and even used the complimentary shuttle service that took us to the mall so we could shop around. If we fly through Seattle again I will definitely be staying here!

Loved staying here. I had a corner room on a high floor and it was wonderful. This is an older hotel, so (for example) the shower isn't as tall as new hotels, but it is clean and spacious. There's an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which is rare nowadays but always appreciated of you're staying with another individual! In room coffee is excellent. Each room has a big balcony for relaxation or a view.

The main reason we stayed at this hotel was the 24hr shuttle service to/from the airport. Even with the instructions provided by the hotel, the pickup location at the airport was a bit difficult to locate. As well, when we booked the hotel we were instructed to speak with a front desk team member to schedule our 6am return shuttle. Yet when we spoke with the desk clerk at check-in about the return shuttle the next morning, we received several long, drawn out and dramatic 'Hmmms' followed by 'Sorry, they're all booked'. We had to book an Uber. Also upon checking in my husband asked if the room was away from the elevator and was assured it was. Room 231 was directly across the hall from the elevator despite what the desk clerk said! We could easily hear airplanes and busy (service &) local roads when in the room. Fortunately the beds were comfortable & the bathroom had a good shower.

Highly recommend this property. It was my second time staying here in the past few months. Rooms are very modern and clean. Hotel staff was great and it is always nice to have the full service restaurant/ bar option available. The outdoor patio is also very nice and relaxing!

Great quick access to and from the airport via the shuttle van. Room was very comfortable and well furnished. The food was better than a typical hotel and nice to have so handy. The dining servers were a delight in the evening and morning, especially our breakfast server who was joyful and entertaining. This was a welcome landing and rest from our long day and flight.

The rooms are very nice, spacious, and modern. Comfortable beds and good access WIFI and ports. Super clean. My only complaint was the walls are so thin and the bathroom has a sliding door (which is why I gave a review of 4 stars instead of 5). I could hear my neighbor brushing his teeth and running water from the sink. Hotel restaurant is small but good. I ordered the rib eye steak dinner, and it was good. A bit pricey for the portions, but that's how Seattle is. Staff was attentive and welcoming. The airport shuttle was on time, and driver was friendly. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to the terminal.

I stayed here for two nights and the hotel was really nice. The shuttle service was really convenient too. During my visit, in the mornings they went to and from the airport every half hour, and any other time you can call the hotel lobby and request for a pick-up or drop-off. This made it really convenient to get to/from the airport or the Link station which is about a 5-10 min walk from the shuttle area at the airport. The room itself as well as the grounds were modern and clean. The parking area (which costs extra) is pretty good and I had no issues with it or with finding a spot. The hotel has a bar/restaurant area that's good too that provides breakfast as well as dinner and drinks in the evening. Unfortunately there are not too many food options besides the hotel restaurant that are convenient to quickly walk to, but because of the restaurant as well as a quick snack market in the lobby, it's not a huge issue. Overall, if you're staying for a layover or even as a jumping-off point to check out Seattle via the Link during the day and need a place to sleep when you're done, the Hilton Garden is a good option!

We didn't stay at a room here, but instead used this as airport parking for a weekend trip. The staff was very courteous and responsive. The parking is very secure, covered and gated. The shuttle service to the airport is great, and quick because of the location. Our trip back was delayed due to some baggage mishaps, so we got back to the hotel late. The hotel's restaurant was 5 minutes from closing, but they were kind enough to let us order food before driving back home. All the food we ordered tasted wonderful, complements to the chef! Again, I want to stress that all staff: The front desk, the shuttle driver, the waitress and the chef, were very friendly and eager to help. I will strongly consider using this service again.

We were here just for one night and the hotel is pretty new and the staff were very helpful with all my needs! The beds were very comfortable! They have a complimentary shuttle to the airport but need to call when you're at the airport and reserve when you need to go back to the airport! If you're a Hilton member, you'll get 2 complimentary bottles of water! They do have a business center with a computer and printer for you to use!

Stayed here recently at the end of a wedding trip for one night. Was absolutely amazed at the quality of the hotel- very clean, modern appearance with many amenities. My wife and I stayed in a king size bedroom. The room was very clean, sizable TV, and very high ceilings. Felt more like being at home then a crammed room. Plenty of ports for charging USB devices. In the morning we used the gym on the main floor, and it had more equipment then an average hotel gym with tvs on all the treadmills. It also has a sizable pool but my wife and I did not take part in any swimming. We then had breakfast at the onsite restaurant, where my wife and I joined a continental breakfast before going to the airport. The service was quick and the food was great. We also coordinated with the shuttle service the night before which arrived right on time and quickly got us to our airport. Probably the most convenient and smooth flowing part of our entire trip was staying at this hotel. Highly recommend to anyone planning to stay in the area.

Layover stay What I stayed for one night here. I arrived around 8p and left at around 8am. The room was decent, it got the work done. There is 24hr shuttle service to and from the airport and it only takes around 10-15 mins. They pick you up near the garage at the airport and drop you off at the same location. Environment Very close to the airport. Convenient niceness of the staff Very nice staff. I didn't have any issues getting what I needed. I was able to get the shuttle to pick me up and also signed up to get the shuttle to drop me off. Dollar It was a bit on the pricey side for a one night stay but very convenient Yes I would if I was having another layover in Seattle.

I have never been so impressed by hotel food until tonight! I was so hungry and a few things sounded good, but the server suggested the wild mushroom ravioli and add the salmon! I love salmon, but damn this salmon outdid every other piece of salmon I have ever had…literally hands down the best! First it was cooked perfectly all the way through and it flaked in perfect size bites. The edges had a nice light crispness to it and the seasoning was just right! The ravioli was delicious as well! It was hot, cheesy, and the pesto was very good, but the salmon you must try it! I really hope you love it as much as I did. Sorry there is no pic. I was so hungry that I didn’t even think about it!

Our company booked hundreds of rooms for a company retreat and I'm pretty sure the barstaff were not ready for a descent of a shitton of adventure sport psychos at midnight. The lights started flickering at 1am and they cut us off at 1:30am so went to Denny's across the street. The rooms are super nice and the property is filled with gorgeous foliage. Next time a large outdoor company books serious chunks of rooms maybe let your staff know to be prepared for large groups. Seems like a normal hospitality routine but I don't think Seattle was ready for Denver.

Our quick stay was great from start to finish. Nice rooms, quick and easy check in and friendly front desk employees. However, the restaurant staff deserve a special shout out for their amazing, above and beyond service. I regret that I did not get the names of the two waitresses as they we so friendly and welcoming, and paid special attention to our two kids. They even brought them over Easter gifts and quickly grabbed a coffee to go for my husband who had to leave before us. The cooks, George and Anita were also wonderful. George offered to make the kids a few small pancakes and took the time to make them fun and did a smiley face for my youngest. After a 6 hour flight that got us to the hotel after midnight and having to wake up early to catch the next flight home, this was a great way to start the morning for us all. I’ve never experienced this level of service from a hotel restaurant. Thank you all SO much for making our day brighter :).

Perfect night after a very long flight! Ashley at the front desk, very kind, helpful and a breath of fresh air. The room was great, nice decor, quiet and very comfortable bed. Would not hesitate to stay again next time flying to/from Seattle

This hotel was really nice and the staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were bright and new. Do not get a room on the south side facing the road as the sound insulation is terrible. It would likely be much more quite facing north or east. Kind of a bummer they charge for overnight parking but it is in a safe and secure garage under the hotel with easy access to the elevators. Now the elevators can be slow at times as the cleaning staff also uses it and props the doors open. Snack shop in the lobby was stocked with anything you could need and the shuttle service to the airport is a nice perk. The bar cocktails were delicious and the spirits options were plentiful, but where they fell short was the service in the restaurant. The bartender was friendly but everyone’s check had issues and it was causing drinks to come out slowly. The baby back ribs were terrible in my opinion. Overcooked and crunchy. They served the end ribs so there were time bones throughout. The wings and the salad were fine.

Decent hotel but the carpets are dirtier than they appear. Our group had two rooms overall and the baby's feet and knees were black within minutes of crawling around. We all know hotel floors get a lot of traffic but this was over the top.

Three stars are for the staff, the service was fantastic. The beds were wildly uncomfortable- felt like there was jousting equipment underneath of them. My other main concern was the bathroom door- it was set up on tracks as a sliding barn door, but the bottom track was broken and so could basically move all over the place or be pushed out from its track. Not exactly safe. It also didn’t cover the doorway entirely, which was a bit awkward.

Our party of 5 was desperate to find accommodations after a terrible experience at another hotel. We were able to book the last two remaining rooms and when we finally made it to the hotel, we were greeted by the most welcoming, warm employees. They turned our night around with their kindness and professional demeanor. We were elated to find that our rooms were sparkling clean, comfortable, and beautiful. I only wish we could have spent more time here! I look forward to coming back again soon!

Indoor pool was wonderful. Easy dinner in the restaurant/bar with good service. Shuttle was on time and very friendly, helpful drivers. Room was very nice.

Nice and modern hotel close to the airport, but I had a bad experience with the shuttle from the airport. I arrived at SeaTac and called for the shuttle, they said it would be about 15 minutes. After waiting over an hour, it never showed, so I had to get an Uber. I called twice to check on its status, the staff was friendly, but not helpful about getting me to the hotel.

Was fine for one night, bed was uncomfortable the pillows were flat, shuttle runs on a schedule or takes forever to pick up at the airport. Bed frame in 542 sounds like it is broken. Otherwise looks new, no free breakfast but that’s fine by us

  • 4/5 John W. 2 years ago on Google
Nice and clean, shuttle to the airport that leaves every 1/2 hr. Only issue is parking is paid. Also the loading area is super tiny, good luck having 3 cars park and unload at once....
