We paid extra for the lake view, but somehow disappointed that it was mostly parking view. The Receptionist was friendly but as we were checking out, we were busy loading our bags in the car and one of our cart was still inside , the receptionist went somewhere and locked the door. We kept ringing the bell and not one of the staff came outside. Luckily, one of the guests helped us.

Easily the worst business hotel stay I've ever had. - I experienced a complete lack of care and consideration from virtually every employee I encountered. Mistakes were made constantly in a highly chaotic atmosphere. - Room furnishing felt cheap and ill-maintained. - Management was never available and replied to my complaints afterward with a perfunctory form email. The smallest issues required repeat phone calls and constant followup, whether it was scheduling a room cleaning to being disturbed by staff during business calls while the "do not disturb" sign was up. Just getting the bodywash refilled took three calls over the course of more than 24 hours - first the evening I noticed, again in the morning, and finally the following night when I was back from my client visit. Trying to get the room cleaned was a bizarre and confusing mess. I asked for housekeeping service when I checked in, but the front desk were perpetually confused when I asked about it in the following days. The seal on the shower door broke on my third day, which shows what an awful state of disrepair the hotel is in. I received an email with the hotel bill listing my checkout a day early and panicked thinking someone was clearing the room of my personal belongings while I was at the client site. But it turned out to be a system glitch. When I brought it up to the front desk, no apologies, just a shrug. I asked to be contacted by management on four separate occasions over the course of five days and never heard back. A few days after my stay I got a form email that addressed none of my concerns. They simply do not care about their customers or providing decent service to people staying here. Out of the six or seven staffers I interacted with, only one was thoughtful and polite. The others seemed completely disinterested and (pardon the pun) checked out. Avoid at all costs; there are many superior options available nearby.

When we checked in noone told us to put the key in the slot to turn on lights and ac. Room was about 82 and so called ac set to 68. It was hot and uncomfortable all night long. The hallway was cooler than our room. They also didn't inform us we needed to schedule a pickup to return to airport nor did they inform us when breakfast was served. Bed was very springy hard. It was quiet and close to the lake which made for an easy walk and swimming. Overall very lackluster and maybe a 2 star Marriott. It was quiet that was about the only pro. What looked like rat or cockroach droppings along the hallway leading to the dining room. I wouldn't stay here again.

Great to relax before a flight. We were lucky and got right into our room early after disembarking a cruise. Comfortable rooms and close to airport. They have a free shuttle that runs 24 hours a day leaving on the half hour.

If you are staying in Seattle, the accommodations at Marriott The Residence Inn Seattle Sea-Tac Airport are outstanding! The staff could not have been more professional and very helpful. The shuttle service was easy to use and they will even transport the guests to a restaurant as well as the regular airport route. The facility is only about 4-5 years old and maintained very well. The entire residence is very clean and the location is perfect. It is close to the airport and has a path to a lovely park with greenery and a variety of trees which was wonderful to walk around and even a lake. The area felt very safe. We walked down to Sharpe's RoastHouse several times during our stay which we would also highly recommend as the food was absolutely delicious. Don't miss out on staying at this wonderful residence when in Seattle!!!!!! We can not wait to go back!!

Check in at night the receptionist was anything BUT helpful and friendly. The bathroom was broken and did not close, the closet had had components that were falling down and apart (dangerous!) and the utensils were not clean. The only saving grace was the morning receptionist (Nicole). I am a frequent traveler and a Marriott member (formerly Platinum but due to COVID โ€ฆ) I will never stay at this hotel again.

Room was very nice. Housekeeping only came once after I was there for 5 Days of my 8 day stay. Breakfast was garbage... Dehydrated eggs and cereal. No muffins or bread to use in the toaster in our room. No bacon or Sausage. Paid 174 a night + tax and had to toss another 15 dollars a day for parking

Used to be good, but they recently eliminated the airport shuttle. So you'd have to pay for a cab each way, which could easily be $50 round-trip considering high cab fares and airport surcharges these days. Not worth it, we would no longer stay here.

Unexpected night here thanks to a canceled flight. Room was clean and comfortable. Laundry room didn't need quarters, which is nice, but it's even more over priced compared to quarters. I think it was about $8 to do one small load.

The area is not good for walking around(Iโ€™m a small 23 year old girl). If you have a car or are just needing to be by the airport, this is a fabulous hotel. The Service is immaculate; the rooms are clean, comfortable and have a great layout. Itโ€™s apartment living(love the in-room kitchens) with room service! :)

Great location near the airport but not in the flight path so it's fairly quiet. Easy enough freeway access, considering the odd street layout of the city. Plentiful parking on site. This is the place I'll stay when I'm traveling in the area.

Great experience. It was easy getting to the hotel with their rideshare services. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and ready to go. The continental breakfast was pretty good. No problems or complaints definitely reccomend.

Partual lake view room was very "partial", more like a sliver of a lake view. Otherwise very nice room. Area somewhat shady, front desk people just ok. Won't stay here again due to no airport shuttle and car break-ins and stolen cars in last few months. ๐Ÿ˜ฃ

After a week of hiking we were looking for a place close to the airport for the fly out. This residence inn was perfect. Brand new. Very clean. Great rooms. Well supplied and the breakfast was great.

My room was not very clean. Smelled terribly of garlic and onions. I guess someone must have really utilized the kitchen right before my check-in. Seems the hotel could do more for those types of smells. I was only there for one night, so I didn't feel it was worth complaining about, but it disturbed me allll night.

great hotel, they surprised my wife and I with an upgrade to a Lakeview room and gave us a bottle of champagne and chocolate for our anniversary, only complaint was you couldn't see the lake thru the trees.

I only wish we were staying longer at this hotel! Havenโ€™t looked up when this place was built, but it looks / smells brand new! From the moment you walk in and into the room, which feels very much like a home away from home. Very comfortable bed, quiet and CLEAN! Very kind and courteous staff. When we travel through again, definitely will be back. Special thanks to Tosi and Clayly for making our check in process, getting signed up for shuttle and getting food to our room a breeze! Super fast! Special thanks to John, our shuttle driver, for making the short trip to airport a comfortable and enjoyable one. We didnโ€™t catch the name of the gentleman who brought us to the hotel the night before, but he was also very nice. And thank you to Jessica and Serena, for helping me when I had some additional questions and providing excellent customer service. All of you made us feel so welcomed. Thank you!!!!!

I've stayed in this hotel a couple of times and I get myself coming back due to the friendliness of the staff. The rooms a self contained, good for the whole family, and clean. Customer service is the best, friendly, and helpful. Continental breakfast is okay, included. There is a free shuttle to the airport.

Marking this property as a FAVORITE. Very clean. convenient to the airport. Nice view of Angle Lake. But the BEST thing about this Residence Inn is the staff! 5stars to Johanna and several of the others who helped us throughout the stay but didnโ€™t get their names. The gentleman who runs the airport shuttle was also very very helpful and kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Rooms are sizeable, clean, and fairly updated. I got a room overlooking the lake and it was great. I do wish there were more pastry/muffin options for breakfast but otherwise it's pretty standard.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 2 dogs during a home remodel emergency, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Not only was the room incredibly clean, it's pet-friendly and they have a fantastic dog walking area right behind the hotel that goes down to the lake. The room was comfortable, had a little balcony so we could get some fresh air, and the dogs could be kept entertained watching birds outside, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed (plates, silverware, mugs, pots, coffee maker, toaster, etc). The breakfast started at 6am sharp and the coffee was so, so good. Parking was easy, it was really quiet and I never heard any of the airport noise until I went outside. I would definitely recommend this hotel not only to travelers, but people who need a dog friendly place to stay in an emergency situation!

From top to bottom this was a great place to stay. From the front desk to the service staff, there was nothing to complain about. The actually deserve accolades for how nice they were . The room was very clean and large. I have been traveling quite a bit and this hotel stands out. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from June - shuttle driver. Great location. Comfortable accommodation. Good breakfast. Shampoo dispenser was empty. Toilet paper dispenser needs repair. Shower could use more water pressure.

All the Staff was absolutely amazingly attentive. From Kitchen to Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Desk, Security and Managers. The Room had excellent views of Mount Rainier and Lake Angle. Amazing breakfast choices. Very clean room that had nice well equipped kitchen for extended stay. Exceptional gym room with nice view. Schuttle available. Area not recommended for long walks. Easy access to train. Highly recommended. Definitely will stay again. Meryl Bpark.

The staff was helpful and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We also had two larger dogs with us and it was not a problem. Lastly, for the pets the hotel was conveniently located nearby a lake with trails to easily walk your pets.
