Receptionist are not friendly at all. She always makes me feel like she doesn't want do anything. She always makes me feel like I should not ask her anything and leave her alone. She always shakes her head for anything I asked her.

This used to be a functional clinic. The way it’s run now, forget it. When you need to get ahold of *anybody*, forget that too. You can’t. There is zero way to talk to anybody on the phone. You’ll be on hold forever which literally means hours; or transferred dozens of times to be put back on hold. I mean nobody will pick up EVER. Not the billing dept, records dept, making an appointment, etc. They also charged me several times instead of my insurance, causing my credit to nearly plummet before I could fix it. Huge mess up. So tired of this clinic. I just avoid going there now.

Dr. Suzanne Powell is one of the most amazing doctors I have ever had!! She has always been there for me. She took care of me through a surprise pregnancy, got me through the disappointment of having a c section when that was not what I wanted. She delivered my sweet baby and now takes care of her as well. I feel heard, empowered and SAFE!! I feel genuinely cared for. Good doctors are so extremely hard to find. I feel so lucky to have had both Suzanne Powell and Amy Rodriguez as doctors!! Dr. Powell is amazing and a huge asset to CHC!!!!

I been bringing my child here for over 3 years . New girl at the front counter said we have to Wait outside cause my toddler doesn't understand he has to wear a mask . I never been told this before . Extremely rude.

I have had wonderful experiences while going here. My family and I have been with Suzanne Powell for years. She has attended passionately to my children and I, and would recommend her a million times over. The staff are kind and courteous (even in your most embarrassing moments), and we actually enjoy our doctors visits.

Dr. Powell has been my provider here for over 4 years. She values my thoughts an opinions and always makes medical choices WITH me instead of FOR me. She has never once made me feel judged or uncomfortable. Her empathy and compassion for her patients makes the room feel safe when she comes in.

Excellent patient experience. The staff at the front desk were very prompt,helpful and friendly, the girl who drew my blood was very sweet and skillful, the medical assistant and practitioner I saw easily made my appointment experience #1 of all time. I did not feel the usual disconnect where you feel like to them you are just a time slot and a chart that is hurried in and hurried out and anything more is you being inconvenient . This was the very opposite. I felt listened to, I felt like I was the only patient they had and they weren't rushing my visit so they could hurry to the next person. I was very happy with my doctor. Amy Rodriguez was the best doctor they had and now she is gone apparently. Not sure why they would get rid of such an amazing doctor!! I Google her name everyday and as soon as I find where she is I will leave to go see her at her new facility. I’m not a fan of CHC in general but stayed because I absolutely adore Dr. Rodriguez!! I also love Dr. Powell. Although I’ve only met Dr. Powell one time, she exhibited the same level of care and compassion that doctor Rodriguez has. I felt safe with her too.I just really miss my doctor. I am also not a fan of their new patient portal! The old one was much easier to use. Please change it back so people can access it better!! Also, CHC leadership should think of your patients before you make decisions that could impact them.

Very upset with the lack of communication. I’ve had my medication sent to the wrong pharmacy several times now, and had to go a week with out it because the pharmacy hours were different and I wasn’t able to have someone else pick it up for me. Amy Stevenson lacks in communication and is always out of the office. If you do go here, I would highly suggest you go to a different primary care physician.

The associates at the front desk of my CHC are very patient, knowledgeable and helpful, taking care of my every need, all the time. My primary doctor, Suzanne Powell is all I need to address and resolve all of my medical needs. She really cares about me and my health and I couldn’t wish for more in a personal physician. A heart felt Thank you to my doctor and all the employees of my CHC on Rucker in Everett.

I like to wait before I write reviews about medical clinics and stuff. Well, scratch that. I typically don't write reviews about medical clinics. I figured I should with this one though. I've been seeing a nurse practitioner there for a couple of years, actually. Her name is Quyen Tran. Aside from the occasional call from the clinic to reschedule appointments and such, it's honestly been smooth sailing for me. I typically come in late morning or early afternoon, and I'm usually seen fairly quickly. But also I tend to arrive at least half an hour early to my appointment (or longer) due to anxiety. Oftentimes Cat, the nurse that works with Quyen, will come get me from the lobby a few minutes before my appointment's scheduled time... which is pretty nice, honestly. Also Cat is just a joy to be around in general. Very sweet and caring. I even continued to go to this clinic in Everett after I moved to south Seattle and continued to go there for over a year. Oftentimes driving 1hr plus up north. That's how worth it I think Quyen Tran is. Though I have to admit. The clinic recently swapped patient portals to a new system... and I don't like it personally. It's too simple and I can't see any important things like the medications they have listed that I'm currently on or test results from bloodwork or various other things. I definitely prefer MyChart for patient portals... but that is me. If they used MyChart, this clinic would be unbeatable for me.

Seriously the best medical center I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot. They're so patient and kind. The receptionist was so friendly. My nurse made me cry because of how caring and understanding she was. The practitioner I saw listened to my concerns, and addressed them. This is a rare occurrence for me to feel legitimately heard by a medical team. If you've been having problems with doctors glazing over your health issues, please try this clinic. They really care and make you feel like a person and not a paycheck. I'm so hopeful now that my health will improve and that makes me so happy. The person who did my bloodwork was also super friendly. And it didn't even hurt! I'm super afraid of needles but they did a superb job! A+ Also have to add that it is very convenient. They have basically everything you need here for basic primary care needs, and know when to refer you to specialists. Which is great. 👏🏼 I'm really looking forward to going to my next appointment; rather than dreading it. I cried happy tears today, instead of defeated, hopeless tears.

The call center is never answering the phone , I spend over an hour trying on hold since this morning. The doctor and staff is great when I’m there but trying to call is impossible some days and that’s very frustrating when you walk in after and see not one person on the phones. 3 phone calls waiting for 20 minutes a call and still nothing. I didn’t call during there lunch hours.

I had a great experience going to CHC. The office staff, the dental assistant, and the dentist were polite, helpful, they answered all my questions. I would recommend going there to anyone.

I've been seeing Dr. Powell since 2019 and she is by far the best doctor I've ever had. This facility has a lovely staff and it's apparent they truly care for their patients. I always feel heard and well taken care of. Dr. Powell is also my sons pediatrician and she is overall a phenomenal doctor and a gem of a human being and I am so happy she will be delivering my baby in Feb. After attending Kaiser for 6 months under work insurance, I've never been happier to come back where I feel valued and not just a number and I really appreciate the doctor I have. I highly recommend Dr. Powell and all of community health center for your health.

Dr. Gilbert was very good, polite and gentle. I am a wimp when it comes to oral shots, his methods were very comfortable and calming. He is now my new dentist.

I have been with CHC for several years now. The front desk workers work hard beyond their assigned tasks I'd wager (so be considerate if they are short with you). The nurses have always been kind, quick, and confident with one exception who is no longer there thank the medical gods. Last but certainly not least, my primary physician Amy Stevenson, who is sadly no longer going to be with CHC. She was my first appointment with Apple health. She has been my primary ever since. As I told her our last CHC appointment the end of January: it is difficult to find a doctor that you can feel at ease being 100% honest with about everything, even if elements of those truths may be embarrassing or even hold a stigma for some patients (or their doctor). Often, physicians can come off as arrogant, condescending, or even judgmental. That is not Amy Stevenson. She is what anyone could hope to find in their care provider. CHC is losing a natural, genuine talent with her departure from this facility. She will be missed!

After the clinic called to reschedule my son & daughters dental appointments several times in the last month, they called the morning of my daughter's appointment to cancel. Then they called back at 1:30 pm just as I was leaving the house to pick up my son from work to go to his 3 o'clock appointment and cancelled his as well. I am considering finding a new dental place, but options are limited with their insurance. It's funny too that the last time we visited the dental clinic in April, they were telling me that they have a lot of people never show up or bother to call & cancel & yet here we are trying to get in & rearranging our work schedules to come in & they have the audacity to cancel at the last minute.

Dr. Tyler is truly the best dentist I have ever been to. I have always been terrified of going to the dentist and she makes me feel relaxed and at ease. She is so patient with me and always makes me feel so calm. She always explains what she is doing and why before she starts so that I know what to expect. She has truly transformed my smile and I finally feel confident enough to smile in photos. She has truly changed my life and I will never go to anyone else. Thank you Dr. Tyler!

With CHC being available at my apartment complex, it has allow many of my questions and health concerns be answered without leaving the comfort of my home. Jessica Cook was extraordinary in her efforts and her professionalism is top notch. All the resources she possessed was just 40 feet from my front door. No matter the need they had the answer for me. Thank you.

I have been a patient here for a few years. Thankfully, I have not needed to employ their services frequently. On the occasions that I have, my experience has always been prompt and pleasant. I feel that my concerns are heard and addressed. Sure, I have had to wait a couple of hours at the walk-in clinic; but being able to take advantage of years of education and experience is worth trading a little of my time. I highly recommend!

The best CHC dental location I’ve been to!! Front desk are so sweet and helpful. The staff work so great together and the the Dr. Took the time to make sure my needs were being heard.

I recently had my teeth cleaned at CHC Everett Central - outstanding experience. The office staff did a great job clarifying my insurance benefits, the two dental assistants were very kind and did a great job. My dentist Gabi is excellent - she communicates information that I've never heard from other dentists in many decades! I also appreciated the excellence and thoroughness the dental assistant demonstrated with polishing my teeth. Appreciate all of them!

The best experience I've had the privilege of having in a dentist office. The staff was wonderful, polite, caring and was so very helpful when I had 6000 questions. I recommend everyone to come here at least once so they can share the same experience I had.

Dr. Madeline Harris did superB work on my broken front tooth (#9) root canal at the gum line. It was quick and painless. The assistant was of good energy and professional as well. I can't believe you get such great service in return for state insurance. Having private insurance my whole life (until age 26), I have been far more satisfied with services that I receive with state Insurance. In a variety of areas of service. Thank you to everyone at CHC, from the receptionist, doctors, assistants, and janitorial staff! Mmm leaving a flowery review is the least I can do!😆

Horrible costumer service. My whole family was part of this clinic and we’d always get our papers lost and never can get a hold of them on the phone. Even with Covid being over they keep saying “due to Covid we’re short on staff and there’s longer answer times”…. Not blaming the doctors but receptionist and some of their doctor assistant are absolutely horrible and mean

There are pros & cons regarding the Everett location, CHC for me. I live in Lynnwood & only continued to drive out to this location because of my PC, Amy Stevenson. It’s hard to find a PC I really like & im sad to see her go..I feel like she actually listened to me, my concerns & took my opinion on my own care into consideration before treatment as opposed to just forming her own opinion & disregard my thoughts on what I need. She’s helpful, kind, & personable & I believe she really wants to help people. I will also say, this location is pretty clean, the bathroom always seems to be & smell clean & the staff is friendly & professional. I like this location much better than the Lynnwood location. However, I have had a lot of trouble scheduling an Appt w/my Dr (just in the last 1-2 years). The office has cancelled Appts on me, or dbl booked, etc… They have lost director’s, several physicians (& other staff) this last yr or so & piled all of their previous clients onto my Dr & she never had availabilities anymore, (on top of other issues) so, I hadn’t even seen much of my own Dr in the last yr.. I had to see a different Dr or constantly reschedule, etc… On top of that, there had been SO MANY PROBLEMS w/MY RX’S & REFILLS going thru to the pharmacy as so many mistakes were made…. Prior to this yr (or two) I didn’t have all these problems..(especially just seeing my Dr & getting my medications!!) I’ll most likely transfer to a closer location now that my PC is leaving..

Don't gi to this place they did a bad diagnosis prescribed the rong prescription and 3 days later we have to go to the emergency room hospital and now I have a $7,000 bill I have been trying to talk to their manager and he/she doesn't call us back I try leaving messages on the phone on person on two diferents locations and noting I don't know if I can find a lower that can help me bit ill try Finally after 5 months we talk to a manager name Anne she was very nice but she said she couldn't help us whit anything becouse off a medication she took in the past . Lol really I'm not happy whit it. Sad we do not recommend this place

I love coming here. I bring my daughter to the walk in when she needs it and all the doctors and nurses always make it their personal duty to make sure she has a good experience. She always walks in smiling and leaves with a little toy or a snack. I appreciate you guys!!!

The central location is never busy and has such great physicians. The nurses are very good at drawing blood which is one of my least favorite things to have done. I am always so appreciative of the care I receive and would recommend going here for your medical needs. You will not be disappointed!

They lost my test sample. Expect running into useless or uncaring employees at every turn. I don't blame the client-facing employees as it reflects the effectiveness of the higher ups. If you can, avoid!

I have had the worst luck trying to find a good doctor. Of all the places I have been, would you believe that I found the best primary care physician. Dr. Moffat is a Godsend. This Doctor took care of a very bad problem of mine. The same day! I am so impressed with him. I can't say enough good thing's. Need a doctor.....Dr. Moffat is the one. Thanks for taking care of me doctor.

I really liked how they took care of my children. that confidence that the dentist provides excellent work with her excellent translation staff
