Really disappointed with the food safety concerns at this place. We ordered couple of Biryanis from the Paradise restaurant through Doordash, the Paradise Special Chicken Biryani had a metal object in it. We are really concerned about the food we ate today. The restaurant should have been careful in terms of safety check for the food they pack.

Food quality went from excellent to worst with in a month. My family and friends use to get food from here quite often, starting from kids all the way to adults used to love the food. This was our default go to place for any party’s. Starting from last month food quality went so bad that we had to trash whole food with heavy heart.

My friend (another female) and I stopped in here to grab some lunch yesterday. They had no menus and asked us to refer to GrubHub for the menu. The staff was extremely rude. They kept our $2 change, when we would have given them a $5 tip had they not done that. They told us to wait 15 minutes and we waited for an hour while we saw many other people (accompanied by men) go in and out in the meantime. When I asked if we could just have our moneu back, they all of a sudden produced our order. The Naan was burnt. No napkins included. The curry itself was delicious, which is a shame because we will never be returning.

We ordered boneless chicken biriyani and it was really yummy ! Glad to find a nice Indian Cuisine.. definitely will visit again. Its a small place but serves delicious South Indian dishes. Our biriyani had ample amount of chicken pieces. I recommend this place !!!!

We've been going here for about 3 years. Granted service has been hit or miss but the food was always really tasty. It seems to have taken a pretty durastic turn. We can't justify poor service with now poor food. Sadly, it isn't the first experience, everyone has bad days, but now it seems consistent. There are a lot of obvious cut corners, like watery curry. Soupy is a generous term. Minute rice? Seems like stretching the product. It sucks that we have to find a different restaurant, because these guys used to be really good.

This is the only place at entire Washington to try wide range of mutton, chicken biryani, tandoori chicken and mango lassi.

Not the same quality always. Ordered mirchi bajji, it’s over roasted , some of them turned even dark brown, bajji is not soft it’s so crisp and not edible

Horrible food!!!! Not a person to add reviews but they have compelled me to. Got a chicken65 biryani that was probably few days stale, utterly tasteless(plain rice would taste better) and with hardly any chicken. Used to love this place when we moved to the neighborhood few years ago but it has just reduce to zero since. Needs a big change or probably shut down for good.

We were looking for food options for my kid’s birthday and here we got something worthy with a reasonable price. We ordered Chicken 555 Biryani and Paradise Veg Special Biryani, For snacks, Raghu suggested Bimli Mirchi which was a good option. The food was tasty, fresh and had perfect spice level. Thanks guys for adding flavors to my party.

Amazing food!! We had chicken biriyani and coconut chicken curry. Killer Under new management. Full menu this Friday. Owner is very friendly.

I had called this place on Sunday July 2 prior to coming in and the lady on the call confirmed dine in is open. Once i arrived at around 915pm, the person at the counter said that it's first day of dine in only for the owners friends and family and I can only do takeout! I was driving the entire day and came here to get dinner which was one of the last few places open at this time. I then ordered takeout for 3 things 1. Bezawada Paneer Biryani 2. Gobi 65 3. Chicken Dum Biryani They gave me Chicken Bezawada biryani instead of Paneer one and my 2 vegetarian friends had to remain hungry by just eating the grainy half cooked Gobi 65. Also the chicken dum biryani had 2 small pieces of bone in chicken and all remaining rice like 80% of the box was just rice and I saw the person microwaving it in front of me! That's really pathetic compared to the other places where I've gotten Biryani from example Momi Indian kitchen or Ruchis Biryani which are relatively better in the meat quantity. The management has changed and the new owners are the same owners of Biryani Pizza House in Bellevue, totally horrible! The previous management/owners were better, sad they had to go! I tried calling to to speak with the owner twice on times as per Yelp and Google that said the restaurant was open but the person picked up and said owner/manager is not there. They even took my details but never called back. Note to owner: If you are reading this they please issue me the refund for my order. It was a total of $53.18 charged at 932PM on July 2.

Hard rubbery chicken .pls stay away. we ordered bezawada chicken biriyani and pepper chicken.. chicken in both of those are inedible, hard.. feels like they flash cooked freezed chicken that turned out like a hard rubber.. these restaurants are taking people for granted given how the quality of overall Indian restaurants have been degrading in this area over the years.

Dusty Chilli Gobi from Paradise Bothell. Bought on Friday 9/23 7.30pm. Resolution is Paradise Bothell does not trust the feedback. No refund or replacement of dish was suggested. As I placed order from the phone, I am asked to come to their restaurant to show the complained dish them to believe the feedback. I need to the extra overhead of my feedback to leave the dish at their restaurant as my last visit for good. Lesson is to place the order from food delivery website. You can choose to pick up order or get it delivered. But you can always rate the dish or report to authorities about food quality.

Had biryani thrice since last 2 weeks. First time they gave me pulav instead of biryani. Second time the biryani doesn't have masala or any spices. It is very plain. Third time it's the same but now with spoiled salan. The biryani used to be much better few months back but since last few weeks the quality dropped a lot.

They have the best Paneer Biryani I have tried in and around Seattle region and that hasn’t changed for the past 2 years now. It’s always take-out through DoorDash or direct pick-up

Had to wait 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time to pickup. Biriyani was good but not excelllent. Chicken portion was good but rice not so much. Chicken to rice ratio was not good. Too much rice in family pack as compared to chicken

Ordered Malai kofta via Door dash and it was bad. The kofta was hard like stone. Roti was also very mediocre. Daal tadka was good. Disappointed with this place.

Review is only for the biryani - pickup order (not Dine in) They have one of the finest biryani's in Bothell. Especially the Paradise special boneless chicken biryani is tasty. The rice to chicken ratio can be improved a little bit (might need to add more chicken) but apart from that the biryani is good. We've tried the other biryani's on the menu, they're tasty as well. but the Paradise special boneless is the best one amongst all the ones on the menu

This restaurant offers a wide variety of Indian Hyderabad biryanis , but their Vijayawada biryani is one of the best biryani. The Goat biryani is also a good option to try.

Ordered 555 veg biriyani and it was amazing. The service was really great. Highly recommended to all biriyani lovers.

Food here is amazing with the right spice levels. All flovours hit at the right spot in your mouth. Love the service with care and the food suggestions Raghu gives. Would highly recommend this place. Has amazing vegetarian options as well and each different variety of the dish has its own flavour and taste.

Excellent Indian food. Tastes excellent. Has a variety of Indian food. Only wish they were still serving the combo variety platter shown in their photos (from other customers) I can eat spicy but this place surprisingly is very spicy. Just a warning!
