Metal staples in my food. Ordered the Chicken Yaki Udon. It had two choices, tofu OR vegetables. I chose tofu. Got no chicken (as implied by the name??), and got barely any tofu or noodles, mostly vegetables.

This is such a yummy little restaurant! The teriyaki chicken is to die for everything is so delicious here you should go check it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful in choosing an amazing meal.

Good Asian fast food take out! I enjoyed the yakisoba with shrimp!

Save your taste buds! No need to spend your money here: 1. Rice was dry 2. Katsu was flavorless 3. Tempura so hard and crunchy my gums hurt. 4. Portions were crazy huge. We didn't even eat a quarter of the food, waste of food. Go to the Hawaiian place before here.

So here is our experience. We had a really good experience the first time we had joy.. well this time we got soggy egg rolls, dry and hard chicken, burnt chicken in my husbands spicy chicken bowl, veggie tempura was stale and really, really hard to bite into (like a rock), the sushi was really bad, the cucumber mushed in my hands... Honestly I was excited I might be able to eat the miso until I found a black hair in the miso... We will not be ordering from here again. Fingers crossed we don’t get sick from the little we are of the food. Not worth it.

Food has gotten BETTER!!! Chicken bowl w/rice actually took 2 days to finish!! Beef bowl a step above. I feel bad they use front of the eating area as storage, tho. Very tacky. But great for to-go orders. Fast, fresh, delicious. $$.

Steamed vegetables were not cooked at all literally raw hard as a rock. My wife had to cook them for our family to be able to eat dinner. The chicken was cold and dried out. When I called to talk to them they said I had to bring the food back it’s 109 today not going back out in that. No offer to make things right then just decided to hang up on me. They have lost my business after years of going out of my way to their shop.

Just went in 15 mins before they closed after a very long day of work...two girls are just sitting, staring at their phones and barely look up to say "we're closed" so I guess they are not open till nine and not in the least apologetic about it. Just rude and disrespectful..what a bummer. I love teriyaki and unfortunately I will have to drive out of my way to get it now.

The teriyaki chicken is always excellent, of course, but we have noticed other menu items that have declined. This time around I ordered vegetable tempura and California roll. The sushi was just unappetizing. The crab salad tasted bland and dry. The vegetable tempura was awful. The breading was dense and practically burned. The vegetables were overcooked and chewy. From now on we are going to avoid ordering anything but the main entrees.

I've ordered her a few times and sometimes the chicken is not all the way cooked through. I stopped getting that all together and just started getting bento instead. Bento is average. Beef and chicken bowls are good but overall average restaurant.

The food is really good! I've been coming here for years. The people are nice enough, and the ambiance is decent. I think the prices are a bit on the high side for what I get, which is why I don't go often, but other than that, I totes recommend.

Seriously a great place to grab some grub! Can't find a teriyaki food place that tops this. Only gripes is the inside is always a touch dirty. My go to stop for a chicken/pork bowl :D

The pros: food was delicious, the music was also pleasant, and the place looked decent. Cons: the service. The cashier wasn’t impolite per se, but she made no effort to be friendly and welcoming. I understand that some days can be rough, but if you don’t at least smile a bit and not make it so obvious that you don’t want to be there, it can be a major put down on the business. People love a friendly face.

The food is the best part about this place usually is cooked well and tastes on par. Yet, the place is filthy so I can’t quite enjoy it the same way. The service was fine but I too have paid two dollars more per plate than expecting. Wish they would revamp the whole location.

We usually go to the one in woodvillage. I get the chicken yakisoba, and the portion matches the other location which is great. The vegetables are all cooked through and the chciken seemed to be cooked through but it was all barely done. The noodles had a burnt wok taste but the noodles nor the chicken or the vegetables seemed like it came from a wok. I was hoping for some crispy bits but there were none. I'm happy they were open on Xmas but I wouldn't try this location again. There was also no salad included with the spicy chicken plate we got.

Decent teriyaki food, but the pricing has just gotten a little outrageous. 50% cost increases seem a little ludicrous to me, but I guess everything is going up. I wasn't expecting the basic chicken plate to be $14 tho

I've never had more chewy beef in my life. For $18.95, this is the WORST Mongolian beef of my life. I've cooked much tender Mongolian-style stirfry beef at home myself and I'm DISAPPOINTED. Additionally, the restaurant does NOT care about whether or not they'll spill for their delivery. Because the bag and containers are soaked in soy sauce. The only positive point was, it came to our door still warm, I'm actually praising the delivery person for that.

Worst customer service. Called 20 min before “closing time” was hung up on multiple times. Finally a female answered and just laughed and could hear all employees just joking around in the background Drive to restaurant.. sign still says open until 9pm.. it is 8:50. Female employee continues to tell us they are closed regardless of what sign and hours say and just laughs at us. WILL NOT BE RETURNING CUSTOMERS AND WILL DETOUR OTHERS FROM GIVING THEM BUSINESS AS WELL

Pretty trashy looking inside and unkept. Gal that took my ordered seemed put out by me being there.

This is the most fresh, delicious teriyaki we have ever had. Very pleasantly surprised to stumble on this prior to a concert at McMenamins. We had the spicy tuna sushi, salmon teriyaki, and chicken yakisoba. All 3 were incredible! Salad was fresh, sushi was cold and fresh, salmon was cooked perfectly. I wish we had one of these in Seattle!

The food as always is good. The service was friendly. But I paid $40 for the meals of chicken bowls and a soda. Our food was served in to go containers even though we dined in. A little disappointing to pay for a high priced chicken and rice lunch.

Do not trust the Restaruant with very dirty floor. I ordered two meals and they brought as take away. I explained that I didn’t ask for it and that we would like to dine in. They just said that it is what it is 😁.

The food here is actually pretty good. Not the best, but not bad. However, they have messed up two out of my last three orders which, of course I didn’t discover until I got home because they had not at the bag so tightly I would’ve had to rip it open to check. When I called to tell them about it, they told me I could drive all the way back out there and they would correct it, but when you’re ordering to go so you can pick it up on your way home from work and have dinner with the family, that’s not really an option. I requested some type of future credit for my next visit, and the counter person was rather rude and refused. The person at the counter (usually one of 2 diff girls) is always a downer, no personality not friendly, not accommodating. They keep jacking their prices up, the Gyoza have gone up 14% since my last visit two weeks ago. And not only have they have gotten ridiculously stingy with their sauce on to go orders, they only give you the super watered down version that’s runny like water, not the proper thick sauce. The sides of sauce are typically half full and so watery that you legitimately need multiple if you’d like anything other than barely sauced chicken, and forget about having anything to add if you want to mix the rice in. I ordered a side of 20+ Gyoza and they only put two tiny half full dipping sauces in. They’re actually charging $.25 for those tiny half full sides of sauce of any kind when you ask for any more than 1 extra. I’m on the hunt for a new spot that’s still close to home. Only reason I go there at all these days because of how close they are to my house.
