I wish we’d picked a Holiday Inn instead of this place. The location from the airport is awesome and the airport shuttle is much appreciated. The front desk staff are nice, but $18 each for a breakfast that is on par with economy hotel breakfasts and being rushed to eat and pay by restaurant staff when the dining room was empty. The room itself felt grossly humid and smelled weirdly musty. The comforter had reached the point of being washed so much that the filling had condensed into weird little small balls. Ultimately, it was a bed after a long flight but I’ve had much more pleasant hotel stays.

Not good... First, let's start with the restaurant attached. Not a single meal from that restaurant was what I'd consider good or something that should be attached to the Marriott name. All good has made me feel sick. $33 steak specifically emphasized and asked for rare and came back well done, a grilled cheese and tomato soup that was just a bowl of grease, etc. I've been here 3 nights and I feel like garbage from the food. The cook just doesn't care. The rooms are extremely outdated. Comforters are completely empty because they have been washed so many times that the insides are backed up info tiny (yellow) balls.. Nothing warm or comfortable about them. Can't get thermostat to be comfortable at all. Mostly freezing. Rooms are incredibly loud (very thin walls). This was $250 a night and wow did it feel like an Econolodge. Not a Marriott at all. I wouldn't waste your money and would spring for another Marriott location at the $350 range. It's worth it to find somewhere else to stay.

As far as the hotel goes, it is fine. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, location is decent. But service is terrible. They are clearly understaffed. I spent 30 min at the airport just trying to get through on the phone - it kept going to voicemail, which was full so it just disconnected. In total I waited an hour in the cold to get the shuttle. Then when I finally got to the hotel, one girl was handling everything in the restaurant. A quick bite to eat became 90 minutes. In fairness their prices are generally pretty good, but my time is more valuable

Great Hotel! From the area you wouldn't expect it but when you walk into the lobby it just gives the sense of "wow, this is nice!" The staff is friendly and helpful and even though the price per night is actually quite fair and budget friendly the rooms are spacious and open. Depending on the side of the hotel you're in you could have a great view but all the rooms have lots of natural light. I was only staying here because our flight was cancelled and that's where the airline put us up in but I would stay here again on my own.

The Hotel was great! The stuff nice from first to the last day of the stay. One of the best breakfast ever, especially Steak for breakfast! Beautiful Hotel close to the Airport and 30 min-1h to Seattle Downtown depends on Traffic. Free Parking Garage and lot next to the Hotel with the Stay. Remember to ask about the pass when check in to not get towed. Cleanness 5 star. 100% recommendation!

I'm one who always reads reviews before booking or patronizing a business. Not sure why some folks gave low reviews because my daughter and I loved our stay. Airport shuttle picked us up, arrived to hotel and check-in was quick. Staff was accommodating and answered questions. King Room was spacious and beautiful views on the 5th floor. Near street and could see the bus stop but zero noise complaints. Very soundproof. We didn't even know others were staying until we saw them in the hall or lobby. The pool was amazing and still some beautiful views. We received a complimentary breakfast, and the food and service in the restaurant were delicious/excellent. The lights were controlled by your room key, as was any floor above the 1st via the elevator. Definitely cost effective and safest place to be. Overall, the staff was very helpful, answered questions about transportation, and assisted with shuttle sign up. We left this morning, and my daughter didn't want to leave. Close to airport and public transportation. Train takes you throughout the city and beautiful scenic routes. Communication is key, and this staff totally nailed it. Housekeeping came on day 3 while we were out and changed out towels and made the room up nicely. They even ordered a complimentary Uber for us to get to the airport so that I'd be more comfortable due to my walker. No complaints. Several eateries and a grocery store within walking distance. We will definitely be back!!

I missed my connecting flight in Seattle during a time when the airport was a total nightmare because there were over 2,000 cancelations nationwide. Needless to say I was surrounded by thousands of understandably angry people. I wanted to write this review because it was a breath of fresh air staying at this hotel. The staff were so hospitable and friendly at a time when virtually nobody was happy. The room was clean and new, the restaurant downstairs had great service and was delicious; and there was also a free shuttle service to and from the airport with a very helpful and kind driver (he was also super funny). So I just wanted to say thank you for making my unexpected layover so relaxing! I highly recommend this hotel if you find yourself stuck in the airport for the night and need a little bit of relaxation.

If you are just overnight because of SeaTac connections and a Marriott Bonvoy member, don't use this hotel - pick another Marriott property. I will give them two stars instead of one because the bed was very comfortable, but otherwise, this hotel is not worth the money. 1, it's farther from the airport than other Marriott properties and not staffed with enough people to handle the numbers of customers. 2, the shuttle pickup up from the airport is terrible - I waited more than an hour and made several calls to the front desk, ultimately calling a friend to pick me up. 3, good luck trying to chat with reception through the Marriott app - they never reply. Just poorly run and too much money for what you get.

This is definitely the cleanest hotel I have stayed at! You walk into a grand entrance of a lobby and greeted with friendly faces! I had the pleasure of being checked into my room by the lovely Ms. Edith! She is very informational and friendly! The hotel has an on sight restaurant that’s very affordable! We enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on site each of the 5 nights we stayed! The other suprise was that even tho the hotel was 10 minutes away from the airport, they still offered a complimentary ride. You would think….being further away, they wouldn’t offer that amenity…it was free of charge! Def another plus on my list! We are so happy to become new members to the Marriott rewards program! For sure will be returning again to Four Points on our next trip back to Washington!

The staff was amazing. I really appreciate how friendly and professional everyone is. I got a chance to meet the general manager and she really cares about your comfort and understands the importance of relaxation. The hotel itself is in a convenient location and is surprisingly quiet considering it is on the main road. It was nice and clean as well. I was in a corner suite right on the main road and it was still very quiet. Very spacious as well. I have stayed at a few places in my travels this hotel has outshined most of the 4-5 star hotels I have stayed at.

The app wasn’t working so we couldn’t use the phone key feature. Had to check in at the front desk. Hotel was nice and clean, room smelled a little weird. Notice some like rust under the sink and in the sink was a little dirty. Bed was nice didn’t notice anything off. Was comfortable. When we were going to check out we did notice some sort of leak coming from the door closing hinge. We didn’t know what it was and didn’t really want to know either. Would stay again if needed.

Our flight was grounded due to weather conditions, so we had an unplanned visit to the Four Points Sheraton Seattle Airport South. From our arrival around midnight, we were so glad to be hosted here!! The staff was quick, efficient, and calm. The physical space is clean, open, and peaceful. We arrived to our room that was clean and bright with such calm and refreshing colors and design. After two months of traveling, I think this may be the best bed we slept in. The bedding and the towels were really comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and accessories. Check out was so simple and smooth. The shuttle service from the airport was excellent and easy to use, and communication was clear and simple. We didn’t get to enjoy the restaurant, but we could smell amazing smells that made us want to stay. The attentive, engaging, and professional staff truly made us feel rested and well cared for. The Sheraton Four Points made what could’ve been a really stressful situation into a restful part of our journey. I would highly recommend the hospitality of this team!

This hotel provided awesome service from the time the shuttle driver that picked us up from the airport until the time we checked out. The shuttle drive r was wonderful and was there waiting as soon as we got to the pick up site. Mata checked us in with a smile and made sure we got the quietest room possible and told us if we needed anything just call the front desk. The room was spotless and beds super comfy. The breakfast was hot and fresh and the server was very pleasant and attentive. This was the quietest airport hotel I have ever stayed at and would highly recommend it to all travelers I love the central air conditioning it ran quietly and consistently all night long. It was a dream airport hotel experience.

The room is simple, nice and clean. The front desk staff gives out bad vibes at check in. In the morning, I called and asked to book for shuttle service as instructed, for 1130am, they told me to come wait at the door 5 minutes before. Not only did the van come 10 minutes late. When the driver arrive, he hang out at the counter, with 3 other front desk staffs for 20 minutes. We had to rush at the airport and barely made our flight. If your shuttle is going to leave at 12 and not 1130, please communicate that so we can arrange our own transportation. The staff clearly don’t respect their customers time.

Our flight home was delayed due to bad weather, so we took a chance on the Four Points Sheraton in Des Moines for the night. We appreciated the complimentary shuttle and the close proximity to the airport. The hotel was lovely- beautifully decorated for the holidays, extremely clean and well maintained. Our visit to the restaurant started out badly, but ended up really great! The woman manager greeted us and all the other patrons rudely- basically warning us that we should be prepared for terrible service and a terrible experience, and kept us waiting for 30 minutes before seating us or taking a drink order- even though there were plenty of open tables. But things started to turn more positive after we finally were seated and Daniel arrived to take over the service at our table. He was amazing! He hustled, he was friendly and really worked hard to get us exactly what we needed, extremely quickly. He changed the whole vibe in our section, and we started to enjoy the experience, and chatted with people at neighboring tables who were also really appreciative of his attention and care. The food was delicious, too! The kitchen did an excellent job - tasty, fresh ingredients, really well prepared and presented! Have you considered promoting Daniel to the position of restaurant manager? He would exponentially improve the restaurant operation!

The rooms were clean and large. They brought a crib very quickly. The breakfast buffet is $18/person which seems too expensive for me, but they also have a breakfast menu you can order from. I didn't like how far it was from the airport compared to other hotels in the area. The airport shuttle was on time.

Clean friendly hotel. Room AC wouldn’t keep up with the giant sun facing windows and was 77 in the room all night. Excellent staff at reception, restaurant and shuttle. But for an airport Hotel you need a bigger van or multiple people shuttling ones to and from the airport. Our amazing driver was excellent and patient with our family, but he was being over worked due to the high demand of people traveling. We waited over an hour at the airport before we were able to get a shuttle and trying to call the hotel to let them know we had arrived, was on hold for over 5 mins before we got through.

I highly recommend the Four Point for lodging and/or for your big event. It’s conveniently located a few miles from the airport and close to restaurants and stores. Every staff member I encountered was professional and helpful. The grounds and facility is very clean and up to date. Check-in was easy and the staff is very nice and gave me the rundown of amenities. My room was conveniently located on the same floor as my family’s event and it was very clean and quiet. I didn’t hear my neighbors. The event staff is great! Emmie (Catering Sales Manager) is responsive and helpful with all of questions and requests. Perfect for corporate events, family celebrations, parties. The key to a great event is good communication and reasonable expectations. The ballroom is very nice and and the lobby to the room is large too. The catered food was very good and our family had a great time. Thank you Four Point for your hospitality!

Recently stayed with the whole family, and the rooms were amazing. The pool was incredible and the kids were able to enjoy it all day! Staff was friendly and helpful no matter what time it was. The breakfast buffet was a nice surprise with a better selection you see in most hotels! My kids were in love with the full sized pancakes

-Fair warning: The hotel is also used as a venue for parties. We stayed Thursday night and no parties, stay was nice and quiet. We stayed again Saturday night on the SIXTH floor. Could hear the resounding bass from the party and our sixth floor room was vibrating. Thankfully the hotel staff was able to get the hotel booked party to turn the music down at 10pm, could still be heard until midnight. Sleep only happened because of exhaustion and earplugs. Very poor design and implementation to have a hotel near the airport also book as a party venue. Does not align with the typically high quality product Marriott usually provides. Staff is friendly, rooms are large, beds are good (not great) but good. Breakfast is Not included (buffet is $18), parking costs $15 per night but if you book it into your rate parking is less expensive.

Very modern hotel with nice sized rooms. Bathroom lacked full bottles of shampoo and body wash. Recommend getting a parking pass directly from hotel front desk upon checkin.

This past weekend our family had a get-together in the hotel dining room, Olympus Grill. We had a group of 40 and it was so wonderful. The restaurant has tables, sofas and seating areas to meet the need of small talk or a circle of friends. The food was excellent, creamy mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, tender braised beef w/gravy and more, even accommodating a family member that required gluten-free options. Delicious! The food was hot and served buffet style as requested and in a timely manner. The wait-staff very helpful, friendly and very present without being in the way. I would recommend this venue for any type of gathering. I'm thinking about an event for my school staff in the future. 😊

This hotel stay didn't start out as expected but Alex (front desk) provided outstanding service and professionalism while checking me into the hotel. Tito (shuttle driver) provided me a timely and safe ride to the hotel. I enjoyed an excellent stay visit at the hotel.

I absolutely LOVE this place. The manager Angela is remarkable, extremely kind and so easy to work with. The rest of the staff were highly accommodating and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious and did not disappoint. I had an networking singles event here and couldn’t have asked for better service! From start to finish myself and my attendees were taken care of. Everything was clean and orderly and the energy at this venue was phenomenal. It’s in a great location- not too far from the Airport and it’s also near a Dollar Tree, Gas Station and Walgreens which is helpful for last minute shopping. I would definitely recommend doing an event here or staying here the next time you’re in town. They’ll be sure to make you feel like home!

The staff at this location was fantastic !! The front desk people were friendly. A big shout out to the night security guard who probably saved me finding a dead battery in the morning by letting me know my rental car lights were left on. Bar lounge was great with good food & drinks. The location was easy to find & perfect for a late night check-in from Sea-Tac. The room was super clean, the bed was very comfy & the water view was a niiiice plus. I will definitely stay here again.

We took advantage of the park and fly option in the "secure underground lot" 4 days into our flight we got a call from security saying our car along with MULTIPLE others got broken into. They said the security guard called in sick the night the multiple break-ins. Upon arriving home from our trip after thanksgiving we found our car had the back passenger window broken out along with a cracked passenger side window. Our new car with only 1500 miles had glass all over the inside and our personal items from glove box and center console where strewn throughout the car. They claimed they are not responsible for damage in their garage. We asked to speak to the general manager who also was on vacation till this week. We left or contact info and description of the damage at the front desk hoping to get a return call from general manager. So far I have called two days in a row and left messages and I feel as if we are being ghosted. Is it to much to expect a call????Nice hotel, terrible customer service and DONT LEAVE YOUR CAR!!!!

Internet security certificate 2 years out of date. No microwaves in the room. Room had very odd smell. Ended up here because all other Seattle hotels were booked.. thought “how bad can it be? It’s a Marriott” answer “pretty bad” All corners have been cut. Remarkable how Marriott cut every possible amenity expense on this property that could have been hospitable under better management.

My organization had our annual holiday party last month and the experience was better than I can ever explain. We worked with Angela and her amazing team for weeks prior to the event and they really delivered. It was such a seamless process and Angela's recommendations were perfect! We were well taken care of, the food was delicious, staff was professional and so kind. Many of us stayed the night and the rooms were clean and well kept. Thank you Angela and team for a memorable experience and I look forward to many more events here.

Super location; close to the airport for a 6 am departure next day. Check in was quick and the desk agent was very friendly. Our feather free room was clean, tidy and ample in size. The restaurant was great; food super good and wait staff very cordial and accommodating. Convenient shuttle service offered to the airport for our 3:30 am ride. The driver was timely, friendly and efficient. She was respectful of those who made it to the lobby in time for the 3:30 am departure. She even made a courtesy call to the rooms of other expected guests; they did not show. While the area is noisy; “duh”(—airport nearby)- with additional roadside activity we were pleased with our stay here; served our needs for next day airport departure.
