This was a LIFE CHANGING taco bell experience. Staff was friendly, service was good, the drink machine was great, and the food was fresh. In Alaska all the taco bells are simply horrendous, and this one tacobell experience single handedly restored my faith in the franchise. This Tacobell right here may very well be the magnum opus of the chain. The tacos aren't just tacos, they're art. The Baja blast isn't just a drink, it's the elixir of youth. Truly, a mere 5 stars don't do this location justice.

Ordered a breakfast burrito and breakfast quesadilla on the 8th, burrito was iffy and the quesadilla had no cheese at all. Worse still still i came down with food poisoning that night. Only other two places I ate was with others who did not get sick from the same food. Not returning here.

It’s raining and the floors are wet and slippery, I nearly fell taking my first step into the restaurant. They didn’t put caution wet floor signs out.

The employees here are pretty rude and I was less than a dollar short of a 20 dollars + order. They cancelled half of my food and shoved my money back at me, dropping a bunch on the ground. In comparison, there was once a time where I was in a similar situation at a McDonalds, interestingly, the one that happens to be closest to this Taco Bell. I was in a really bad situation with money at the time and had miscalculated their deal (the reason I was short at this Taco Bell was because they charged me for three “change” to menu items, none I’ve ever been charged for before and all of which should have DECREASED the price of the items) so when I got to the pay window I was actually short by almost four dollars. I was really upset and embarrassed, but the manager gave me all of the food I had ordered, assured me that it was no problem and not to be embarrassed and thanked me for my patronage. Taco Bell just lost a customer FOREVER. People can say what they want about McDonalds but this has been eye-opening for me. I truly appreciate that McDonalds chooses to treat their customers like fellow human beings.

I love coming to this particular Taco bell is that the people who work here are really nice & friendl and no attitude store. They've never gotten my order wrong and if I want to add to my order at the last minute, I've never received anything but " A smile and a no problem we'll bring it right out to you". Its because of this I will keep coming back to my store.

Friendly cashier. Quick delivery and the food was good, even though they didn't have Mexican pizzas.

This Taco Bell is literally the worst when it comes to food. The staff is okay but the food is always much below the standard. It’s only gotten worse over the years. I had a Crunchwrap this morning and it had more tomatoes than eggs. I didn’t even know tomatoes were even used in a Crunchwrap it felt like they just added them to make it fluffy and there was literally no sauce inside the 2 Crunchwraps. Highly NOT recommended.

Have the burrito "double 'crisp'ed". Trust me. Its just so much better when the outside of a butrito is actually crispy! Also, i tried the steak in my burrito, and i recommend against this, personally. Theres no seasonings on it! Very bland. The quality may be slightly better than the ground beef, but at least the beef is seasoned.

Staff is super nice. An item from my mobile order was missing out of my bag, so the staff on-hand quickly made it so I could be on my way.

I was surprised how clean this location was on the inside and outside, which was impressive, considering the location and visitors outside. The staff was prompt and efficient. The food was pretty good, but will check the order next time, as it wasn't exact as I ordered. I will be returning when I'm in the area in the future.

I have eaten here several times, and the staff has always been great. The food has always been good. I couldn't wait to get home. I love tacos.

Upon entering the restaurant, the first stop was the restroom 🚻🚽🧻 which by the way very clean and clear. I ordered my food on kiosk inside the store and offered to refund monies, I asked that if they didn't mind substituting an item paid for to something else noted on the menu-board. employee was was very nice about it and serviced me with a smile. 😊

Three stars and an okay rating are fitting for this Taco Bell restaurant. Let me say up front, that from me a three star rating indicates that my expectations were met and the food, cleanliness and atmosphere were fully in line with what I have come to expect. I've visited Taco Bell locations from Arizona to Washington and as far East as St Lewis. What I appreciate is the consistency from one store to another. Yes, I know they are not serving authentic Mexican food, but they don't claim to be. They serve Mexican Inspired food... And if I want a quick, known meal when I'm on the road, Taco Bell can fill the need.

Very average experience. Not quite as good as what I had in the UK. The burrito was fine but there was a whole layer of melted cheese. Gave me acid reflux after. Would probably have something from somewhere else next time. One member of staff seemed nice. The other may be her heart wasn't in it.

Staff seemed nice. Ordered 2 steak chalupas, front counter staff confirmed order, we have receipt. Got back to our hotel and we’re giving 2 chicken chalupas. Not a huge deal but also not what we ordered!! Staff seemed to be just chatting in the back. Maybe more detail to orders should be taken 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great service, good food! Average Taco Bell experience. You know the place is in a rough area when one of the line cooks has to come unlock the bathroom for each person. Props to the employees.

Literally the worst location ever. First of all they say open til 3 we show up at 1030 and it’s drive thru only. We are on foot and place a mobile order to pick up in drive thru (card was charged order confirmed) and they say they have no record of our order nothing they can do. Can’t make it can’t do anything etc. What in the world kind of customer service is this

The place was very dirty and we didn't get a welcome in when we came in. It was not busy at all, and we were told to order at the kiosk. They've tried putting us out the door without our whole quarter and we ordered sauces with the indignity any sauce. This taco bell is very dry and the tomatoes were terrible in the order I got.

It's taco bell. But it's close to off site SeaTac parking (looking at you Master park B) and easy to hop on I5 after a quick snack. Service was fast and friendly even at 1130pm.

Horrible experience 1 star forsure. Taco bell being a good company they should know ppl are going to drive up their sales and if they can't hire enough ppl if they are understaffed that's their fault but anyways I just wanna say that it's the new year and it's 2:28 am . Whoever is working this drive thru and she sounds Asian but I asked why the drive thru the orders were talking long and she called me annoying. After I asked what her name is she refused to tell me. You have ppl like this in your restaurant then u wonder why your sales go down or even if your sales go up I know better and I know how this employee treated me was not okay . So I hope taco bell sees what I'm saying and hopefully fixes this

The food was good and ready quickly. They just couldn't get our order figured out and had to repeat it back several times. Plus, there was no screen to read to view our order and its total.

It's a taco bell. Fast and easy. Ordering by computer, in person or drive thru. Food taste is classic Taco Bell. Order with the computer food was out in about 3 minutes. No complaints people were friendly and efficient

Friendly staff, food is decent, fast, but two days in a row however, no paper towels or soap in the restroom. Told the staff the first time, next day still no soap or paper towels. Sanitation should ALWAYS be top priority and that seems to be lacking.

After receiving my disgusting food, which is not at all what I ordered, I took one bite and my front left tooth has been aching for the past 3 days since. Every heart pulse I feel it in my tooth. I don't know what they did to my food, but it is obviously a bad idea to eat anything that comes out of this place. Go to the other taco bells. I do not recommend this one at all.

It's Taco Bell I think everybody knows what to expect. It tastes Allright while you're eating it and you will likely regret it after. They never put enough meat on anything and make sure to ask for a lot of sauce packets otherwise they'll only give you like one per item. they do seem to always get my order right at this location so that's great.

Only had a drink in there and they seem to be having trouble with their syrup supply. so there wasn't really much available. but I was able to drink some root beer and Pepsi which was fine. the best part about the experience that I was able to charge my scooter for a long time. I have a electric scooter that really likes the juice you know it takes a long time to charge it. like all day usually so you know you need like 2 hours at least to even getting anything going. with it okay well enjoy your day happy summer.
