I was so impressed by the service of the male blond cashier working today at 9 am. His mannerism is superb! Food was made fresh since we ordered lunch menu. I love the different condiments and hand wipes. Will def come back again!

Chick Fil A service has always been very good and this location continues that trend for me. The staff are all very nice and accommodating. The food quality was great. I ordered the Deluxe Meal and some grilled chicken nuggets. My burger was made to the standard I have come to expect at Chick Fil As. The tomato and lettuce tasted extremely fresh and the chicken patty was juicy. The grilled nuggets were a bit gross looking as it seemed like I got scraps but nonetheless, it was very tasty and tender. The Chick Fil A lemonade is my favorite lemonade as it isn’t just a sweet drink with a lemon taste, there is a solid pucker worry pop from the tang. I dined in and the manager stopped by my table and asked if I wanted any refills on the drinks or anything else. I asked for a few more Chick Fil A sauces for my meal and the manager returned with a generous 4 sauce packs. Overall, amazing service, tasty food, free wifi, and just a very clean environment. There was a dedicated member of staff consistently wiping down tables and chairs. Will be back to this location for sure.

This was my first Chickfila experience. The staff were awesome. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was great. I mean, how many fast food places do you know of that have flowers on their table?

A very quaint and nice restaurant! As a Canadian visiting the US (we don't have this chain) I was pleasantly surprised by the clean and kind atmosphere, and very accommodating and kind staff as well! Well worth the visit if you're travelling from abroad for the experience!

Why did it take me until age 49 to discover this place!?! Tender, delicious chicken meals, good selection, fair prices, and fast friendly service. Would gladly repeat.

Being from Canada, this was our first time at chick fil a. After hearing about it non-stop from American friends we decided to try it out. We ordered chicken strips and spicy deluxe chicken. We were blown away by the juiciness and flavour of the chicken. The chick fil a sauce really is everything everyone says it is. This is now my favourite fast food option I just wish they had it in Canada!!!

I’ve had multiple sub par experiences at this CFA. Incorrect orders on the 3 out of 4 times I’ve been there and food quality that just doesn’t live up to the usual CFA standard of excellence. I once got a sandwich that had the correct label order on the bag and it was completely wrong. Wrong bun, no cheese when it said to add cheese and forgot all the sauces. The breading on these nuggets was super sloppy and just falling and crumbling into the box. It just feels like they don’t care.

The drive in at this place was extremely busy and people take your order instead of thru an intercom system. We ordered the fried and grilled chicken nuggets with Mac & cheese and waffle fries. Everything was tasty even the sauces. We ate in and they served us our food just as we were sitting down. Clean restaurant.

Love this place! We live 95+ miles away and anytime we visit Lynnwood we stop here. Fast and amazing service ever time. Great food as well. Have you tried mixing the Sweet and Spicy Sriracha Sauce with the Chick-fil-A® Sauce yet? It's a must try combo on any of their awesome chicken and even the fries.

Always great to stop here on the way to Seattle. Spicy chicken deluxe is still the king although I recall the patties being a bit plumper. Their ice cream also tastes like real ice cream. Dine-in seems to be much faster than the drive through.

What's not to love about Chick-fil-A , literally the best spicy chicken sandwich in the game, I said what I said. The inside was clean and service was excellent as always! It's been over a year since I've sunk my teeth in the scrumptious little buggies, (since moving from TX and the closest location 2hrs away) . I can say, it's exactly how I remember and there recipes hold true even 2500 miles away!

First time ever at Chick-fil-A and the staff was super friendly and even gave us all of their dipping sauces after we told her it was our first time. Definitely would stop here again when we visit the US.

From the moment I walked into this Chick-FIL-A, I felt welcomed by the employees behind the counter. Despite there being a small line, I was greeted from the minute I walked in the door! Upon placing my order, the employees were helpful and friendly. The staff truly seemed to enjoy being at work. I feel like this is becoming more and more rare these days, so this was a pleasant surprise! The establishment was clean and visually appealing. Modern and up-to-date tables and chairs, automated trash receptacles, and adorable flowers were placed beautifully on every table. A very nice touch! My food was ready quickly, was fresh, piping hot, and delicious! I had the spicy chicken deluxe with waffles fries and dipping sauce. Tasty, tasty, tasty!!! This was a great first visit, and I can’t wait to go back!

Though we went through the drive through, we were greeted by a very friendly staff member who took the time to ask us what we were up to that day (we were heading to the airport!). She was sincerely kind and interested. It was only a minute or 2 until our delicious spicy chicken sandwiches were prepared for us, and instead of waiting impatiently, we were happy to have a chat with a nice young woman. Oh, and those chicken sandwiches were awesome. A much healthier alternative when you need food, fast.

First time coming here. Service was great. Received our food pretty fast. Employee would also check on us. Plenty of parking.

Drive thru was packed so I parked and ordered inside. Less packed and service was friendly, accurate and quick! The location was super clean, as usual for Chick-fil-a, and they had a great play area with a dressed up mascot for the kids.

Food was fresh, hot and tasty. Greeter in the dining area interacting with guests. She was very nice. Staff were friendly. I’m from Canada, this is definitely a treat when in the States. Always look forward to it.

Holy cow... THIS is what people are obsessed about? First time trying their food and underwhelming would be an understatement. The pee I took was more enjoyable than the "crispy" chicken sandwich. That will 100% be my first and last time eating bible thumped chicken. 10/10 would not recommend.

I don’t know how to start, But let me tell you something this is the worst chicken sandwich that i’ve ever try before… it was so cold that I wanted to vomit 🤮 i told them that it was cold and they gave me another Sandwich it was the same. Cheese didn’t melted at all. Bread and chicken breast SUPER COLD. I spoke with the manager sarah .. she asked me if she can touch the sandwich i said yes and she told me for me ( it’s ok for me ) either way i can remake it for you for the 3rd time and to be honest i told her that i rather prefer a refund and she was like ok I’ll just refund the sandwich ( at the end my fries were cold as well because of waiting the sandwich) anyways at the end she gave me the refund but let me tell you this location it’s HORRIBLE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY IN THIS LOCATION. I’ll give it a try but in other location.

My daughter and I were having the best time UNTIL, I asked for a pup cup for my daughters service dog. Only to be told by the on the floor manager, " we don't do that here". The floor manger also refused to get the head manager for me to talk to. Maybe I should of been loud and obnoxious to get customer service. But I was raised better. So I ordered a cone. That same floor manager came out with 2 cones for some other customers 5 minutes later. While I had to wait another 10 minutes for an employee to ask me what I was waiting for. When I said a cone, she promptly got me one and apologized. I will not be stepping foot at that location again. I have received pup cups in the past at other locations. Chi-fa-la can you please put in place a pup cup policy? A cute one would be a smig of ice cream with a nugget or fry sticking out. Just suggesting better PR. FYI, besides the rude floor manager, everyone else was polite and delightful

Chicken sandwich is just ok, chicken deluxe is pretty good. Chicken strips are the bomb! Waffle fries are really good when fresh, this is the first time I have really liked them. The other times I had them, they were just ok. Macaroni has descent flavor, but always a bit too cuagulated and lumpy. Definitely one of the best chicken fast food restaurants around, wish they had one in everett.

Food was great, what was even greater was their service. The man that brought us our food was exceptionally nice and thanked us for coming in, and someone came by and asked to take our empty trays and brought my friend a refill. Above and beyond any Chick Fil A I have been to before.

This was my first visit to a Chick-Fil-A. I ordered the plain chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The sandwich was moist and tasty but I was expecting something more complex flavors along the line of Popeye's chicken sandwich. There appeared to be no sauce, just two thin dill pickle slices. The waffle fries were disappointing; bland, little texture and under-seasoned. I expected more tasteful food. They certainly attract crowds, however.

I order in the drive thru and Taylor took our order and he is the nicest guy ever!! He hands down needs a raise and I wish every work that works in the fast food industry or restaurant industry was like him!! Thank you for being great !!

This morning I ordered coffee with my breakfast. The drive through person gave me my breakfast and said they were brewing a fresh pot and it would be about 4 minutes. please pull forward and they would bring the coffee. 30 seconds later, the drive through person brought my coffee and said"I was wrong with my timing. This was not fresh brewed coffee, it was the bottom of the pot, as the picture will show. It was gross, I would have rather waited the 4 minutes

Best customer service and delicious food. Love their southwest salad!

Ver professional, friendly, courteous, and respectful staff, very knowledgeable on menu and other items not on the main menu board. Excellent chicken strips, moist meat, crispy breading, good and well seasoned waffle fries, and the traditional style of styrofoam cups bringing back memories of times in Centralia WA. Lucy was the order taker and she was great! Very social, but not too social. Just right!

I recently visited this location and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. I would like to address the issue of the refusal to accommodate my simple request to add extra bean and corn mix to my Southwest Salad without chicken. I have been a regular customer at various locations of your chain, and I have never encountered such unwillingness to make a minor adjustment to a menu item. It is important to note that I am charged the same price for the salad, regardless of whether or not chicken is included. Moreover, since the salad is prepared fresh by the prep staff, it would have been a simple matter to include an extra scoop of the bean and corn mix. This lack of flexibility and customer-centric approach is highly disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I have come to expect from your brand.

I ordered food for delivery and it came quickly. Food is always good here. I was missing 12 piece nuggets and was going to just order again but my kids and husband said to call and they’ll probably send them. And so I called and the gentleman that assisted was very apologetic and wonderful. He sent out another delivery of nuggets and added extra fries. Every time I’ve ordered here it’s always been perfect and I have a family of 5 who all want multiple things. They were amazing!

Hot, fresh, and delicious. Line was very long but we still didn't have to wait too long. 2 people were standing outside to take our order and payment.

Update: Received a call back and the store worked with me to not only understand what happened but also let me leave feeling happier with the overall visit. Therefore updating the review as we do enjoy their other location on Aurora. Thank you for following up! Staff was friendly and quick. Came home to find we had a missing sandwich that I called them back on, but haven't heard back.
