Wonderful front desk staff! The three women working the front desk in the evening on Sept. 15th, 2022 were absolutely wonderful in helping me with my accommodation and getting me squared away with parking arrangements. I could not have asked for any better service from them. The on-site amenities were spacious and well maintained. The room was very well kept and attention to detail (cleaning & maintenance) was very thorough, which is not always the case these days, even for supposed 4 and 5 start hotels. I suspect they are one of the few actually changing out/cleaning the pillows per each guests' stay (not just the pillow covers), which is how I distinguish the best from the rest. Overall, extremely satisfied and would highly recommend.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The rooms came with a full kitchen which was amazing. The rooms were so well decorated and clean. The staff was phenomenal. All of them were friendly, talkative and funny. The whole place was an amazing experience. Hot tub was super hot and the kids loved the pool. Definitely staying again. Best breakfast bar too. 😀😀😀😀

No good restaurants or food service nearby, and the hotel itself doesn't have anything. But the rooms are nice, comfortable, and well appointed. Beautiful art and other decorations throughout. The breakfast options were plentiful and certainly better than a continental breakfast. Staff was super friendly and helpful

Our family has stayed at many hotels in the SeaTac area over the years since Covid and before, and the Element hotel was by far the most modern, well decorated, clean and fresh, fun hotels we’ve stated at. Amenities are wonderful, pool and hot tub are in great shape and have a nice feel, tv has a lot of watching options, even the showers are modern and beautiful. Definitely recommend staying here and we’re already planning our second trip to stay again next weekend!

Rooms are clean and modern with a full kitchen, which is amazing. They even have filtered water in the kitchen sink to keep you hydrated. The breakfast and service is fantastic and it feels like they work really hard to make sure all the guests are welcome. All the staff seem to greet everyone in the morning and afternoon. Other Marriotts may have a similar staple breakfast items, but the one here is superior and actually tastes fresh, delicious, and seasoned well. The coffee is good and the pool and gym are clean and nice. The hotel is also within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and they even provide complimentary bicycles (with helmets) that you can rent (free) to go on the Green River Trail. I would definitely stay here again and recommend other to stay here.

This hotel was pleasant with clean rooms, good amenities, a great breakfast, and safe parking. The staff take tremendous pride in the breakfast spread and it shows. They are also very welcoming and greet the guests with sincerity. The team that puts out the breakfast buffet (warm and cold items) really surprised me. Come to think of it, all of the food and beverage staff that my colleagues and I met were exceptionally nice and well trained, including the evening staff in the bar. There were a few issues during my long stay, though the general manager addressed them all appropriately. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel as a best in category for the area. The breakfast and entire food and beverage staff make this hotel in a category that approaches much fancier hotels. A few other small things that I appreciated: close proximity to dining, electric car chargers on site, filtered tap water in the room faucet, and a housekeeping staff that seems to genuinely clean the rooms. Good cleaning has been less common these past few years in hotels, though here I noticed them cleaning in a thorough fashion, including mopping the floors as applicable. Thanks for an overall positive stay (was checked in almost 60 days due to work training) and I’ll definitely be back.

The hotel is new, fresh, and clean. My room was spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was comfortable. Breakfasts are quite good; I would be happy to see more variety of eggs (same dish every day). There's no restaurant in the hotel, but several options are available in the bar. There are plenty of restaurants in the nearby shopping center. I recommend this hotel for a business trip.

The moment we walked in, the staff at the counter greeted us and she was super friendly. The room is so nice and clean, also very quiet. We are here until thursday and so far, we have no complaints. Breakfast is phenomenal. Great location, easy to get to.

For the most part this is a great hotel, but it’s management obviously doesn’t care to help out or work with its top tier loyalty customers. While staying at this hotel for a full week, I checked out on Friday at 12 o’clock didn’t request a late check out like I could’ve. My flight was at 8pm so I asked if there small office space was available and if I could use it. It was available but because I no longer had a room there I couldn’t use it??? Then when I asked if I could just hang out till my flight then told me I could wait out on the back patio?? I’ve stayed at this hotel 8 times in the last, you would think that you would help out people that spend that much money at your hotel. I guess critical thinking is not a strong suit here.

My family and I had a pleasant stay. We were in the area shopping for a new EV to replace our unsafe one. The hotel staff was responsive. We enjoyed the large indoor pool and hot tub. I got a good workout in the gym with the variety of equipment there. Filtered water, headphones, and towels were nice conveniences. Breakfast was great with a full spread of biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes, cereals, coffee, juices... you name it! (Except waffles nor pancakes.) The room was large and clean. The only gripe is the large AC vent in the room. It blows directly at one of the beds, making it difficult to sleep. With it turned off, the room was very hot. For EVs, there are 4 ChargePoint chargers with dedicated parking spaces. All were occupied while we were there.

Stayed here for a week here's my honest review. The staff is very welcoming, gym is nice and one of the best breakfasts I've had in an hotel. The atmosphere is nice but that's about it. In terms of accommodation this has been the worse hotel I've ever stayed in, every time I needed something I was being passed around and denied the accommodation that is normal especially when someone stays for a week in an hotel. I also barely got sleep. My family and I stayed here for 6 days, we have an infant, the room we had was on the second floor and we could hear the train. The floors aren't very insulated so we could hear stomping upstairs, we requested a room change and were denied that. You'd think that they'd be able to accommodate a room change request to someone who is staying for that long, in addition if it couldn't have been accomplished the first day then it should've been accomplished the other few days. If it wasn't for the nice staff, I would've left on the first day. I stayed in the hotel most of the times but due to the noise from upstairs, constantly waking me up, waking my baby up my husband and I couldn't sleep. This was our experience every single night we stayed here We also requested for an hour of extended checkout, and kept being passed around. We were told that they would have to talk to the house keepers , well that's a first, and didn't hear anything back. Honestly this is my worse experience in terms of accommodation also there was a used glass cup in our room when we entered. In addition housekeeping didn't replace some of the items that ran out. Like I said the staff themselves are awesome but if you want to sleep, and get accommodation when you stay at a place wouldn't recommend. Stay at a Hilton

I genuinely like this hotel. Locale is what is it is, close to the airport, the mall, easy access to Boeing, Wizards of the Coast, etc. Breakfast is legit top-notch! The automated coffee bar is a nice touch. Gym is decent and they have a pool and hot tub for post workout. Rooms are great. Small and suite-like. It’s a single room but has everything. Small kitchenette, large TV, desk, big closet… honestly the room layout is one of my favorites when I’m traveling.

Super nice, 2yr old hotel. Front desk staff, kitchen staff, bartenders, housekeepers are very nice & friendly. Free breakfast is 2nd to none (compared to other hotels). Rooms are big enough, well equipped, super clean!! The bar on-site is a plus, as is the indoor pool & hot tub. The exercise room is open 24 hrs (if you're into that) 😁 Plus, the huge mall is walking distance away.

Wow. I'm a lifetime Titanium traveler. I've been to Marriott properties all over the world for decades now. This property is the nicest kitchenette room I've ever been in and they have a bar in the lobby... Motion detection lights in the bathroom, comfortable bed... The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and it's 4 minutes from the rental car return. Superb!

Lynette is an absolute Gem, Marriott!! You really scored with her. Having her behind the counter makes it feel like you have a mom or big sister looking after you personally, in all the best and most heartfelt ways. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I travel A Lot. All over the world. And I’m hard pressed to remember a cleaner hotel. The towels were even fluffy and soft! I was also able to easily do laundry while there. It was a very difficult layover through SeaTac but this hotel and it’s staff were sure a silver lining to it all. The night woman even helped me with some clothing purchases I’d made near by. I highly recommend staying here out of all the hotels in the area and I’ll definitely be back.

Great spot. The bartender (Antonio) was very helpful. He went above and beyond and didn’t expect anything in return. Front desk was friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Free breakfast is tasty and varies from day to day. Hot tub was hot but over-chlorinated. My eyes and chest burned after a few minutes.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was clean, modern, had a nice ambience and the staff was very friendly throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was great and we also enjoyed some bites & drinks in the lobby bar before bed. The kids loved the indoor pool and we all loved our very spacious room with all the amenities. We were happy it was pet friendly, but thought the additional pet fee of $75 was a little steep. I wasn't aware there was a parking charge also, as we were out in the suburbs with a large lot so that seemed odd. Besides the extra fees, the only things we didn't really like were that the hot tub had so much chemical in it that it stung your eyes & made them water so it wasn't relaxing, as I'd hoped... and there was an odd, strong odor in the lobby hall toward the pool & elevators. It was there throughout the stay, but there was a fan set up trying to make it go away. Overall, we really loved our room and the good definitely outweighed the bad so I'd be willing to stay there again.

This hotel is beautiful, clean, and has a great free breakfast!! Real sausage and cheesy eggs. Better than the normal hotel free breakfast. The pool and hot tub are big and we enjoyed soaking in them. Will be coming back often!! Update: We have come back multiple times and the staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Mia, at the front desk. She works hard to make you feel welcome and accommodate your needs. The breakfast is always great!!

I love this hotel. It’s very clean, and the staff members are so kind. Great stay for a great price. I go to Seattle once a year and always make it a point to stay there at least one night. It’s close to the airport, and has great amenities. I will be staying again.

While I wasn't able to book, the wonderful night auditor over the phone answered every single question I had about the Explore rate, amenities, general area and more. She was super personable even though it was extremely late, and there wasn't a hint of irritation or annoyance in her voice when I remembered I had something else to add. Danielle, if you ever read this, thank you for your amazing service, patience and speaking skills! Management, you have a real gem in this young lady. I hope to eventually stay here because of her when the rates are a bit more manageable. -Christianna

My room was upgraded from a standard to one bedroom for free since they didn’t have any other rooms available. I won’t complain. Very clean and new hotel. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Lots of options to satisfy whatever you’re craving in the morning

An AMAZING experience. Staff goes above and beyond, trendy and modern facilities, so many amenities such as: bicycles to borrow, espresso machine for customer use, extensive gym (for a hotel), conference rooms for meetings and more. Our room was very clean and modern. The employees were very kind and responsive. (The employees seem real happy to be there). Their free breakfast is the best (free) I've ever seen. Their eggs actually had veggies and seasoning in it, their breakfast protein was seasoned, they had many diverse options including almond milk, cereal, yogurt, pastries, waffles, oatmeal and more. Bottom line: Element puts effort into everything they do. They take pride in their service, employees and product. I have saved this location as a favorite, will certainly stay here again.

The hotel itself is nice! Very modern and clean. The room was very clean and simple: nice kitchenette and the room also has a filtered water dispenser. The bar in the lobby has a good selection of drinks/alcohol, and the morning breakfast buffet selection is good a well. The only critique I have is the service. I had called from my room to order more bath towels, but the front desk asked me to come down to the desk to pick them up. That's the first time in all my stays at any hotel that I was asked to come get more towels. Other than that, it was a nice hotel. Add'l comment: Thank you to the owner for responding to my review (I was trying to respond to it directly and apparently I deleted it accidentally). I do understand that there are some staffing issues at the moment in the hospitality industry, and our experience at the hotel did not give us a negative experience. We would choose that hotel again. Thank you again! 😊
