Usually I enjoy this store; however, past few experiences have been sub-par. Store is under staffed and employees are under trained. Also, several employees walking around (with badges and vests on) staring at their phones and ignoring customers. Maybe they were on break; but, may I suggest taking badge off... Coastal "Farm and Ranch" is becoming a bit of a misnomer. No one seems to know a thing about horse feed or farm animals. The deals in the weekly ad seem great. Until you go in and they're out of stock and/or no one has a clue when you ask. Nor do they make an effort to find out. I suppose this store is great if you're looking for western decor or blingy jeans; but, if you have an actual "Farm" or "Ranch" need, this location leaves something to be desired.

Thay left 4000.00 dollars out of there coffers due to "they can't get legs" for the stove we came in to purchase three times from 40 miles away because there stove salesman wouldn't call us back or be at the Marysville store when they said he would be there. Really nice stove sales area for stoves they can't even get parts for....oh, and there was three stoves right next to the one we wanted with legs to swap out, put a pedestal on, what ever soTHEY COULD HAVE WAITED TILL NOVEMBER to get the legs! Stove doesn't come with a door or legs....they are extra! No movement, no customer comes first, no sale! There loss!! Pathetic : (

This place needs to post that they do not sell propane after dark. How ridiculous when it gets dark at 4 o’clock in the afternoon. They say they’re for the farmer and the rancher but yet they just turned away a few hundred dollars in propane their loss I guess. not to mention, I’m not the only one that has complained about this people have gone in there several times, and their employees are just too lazy To pump it Even when it’s light out

Wow! Such a cool store! Hugh variety! Fun stuff! Something for literally everyone! Farming, camping, bird feeding, dog stuff, western wear, toys, chick's, everything! I gave it a 4 star because they are very expensive!

Really big store with a ton of inventory. They don't really do a good job of keeping clothing maintained. Various sizes and styles mixed everywhere. Good sales and generally nice employees. I always feel like they think I'm going to steal something tho so I feel them watching and following me which is super annoying. I know theft is rampant in this area of the state but turning off paying customers isn't gonna help the problem. I typically leave without purchasing as much as I probably would have if not for the weight of staff all over me.

A great selection of outdoors, farming, game, clothes, automotive, pets, garden, house, decor, even live ducklings and chicklings, (certain times of the year). and ext. Huge store with huge selection. Easy to find the building off of State Street. Happy to have this store in town. The prices are wonderful. The employees always greet me when I walk into the store. Around Christmas time I didn't know what I was going to get my nephew. The employees and clothing were so helpful. They helped me pick out the perfect Christmas gift. I'm definitely going to recommend this store to everybody I know.

Have contacted multiple stores to hold a special item (farm feed)(offering to pay ahead but was told not necessary) only to not have item available when I get there. Round trip to one store is 70 miles and second store is 120 miles. Needless to say, very annoyed of wasted time and fuel!

Nice variety of items. Usually we go there for clothing and boots. Of course they have many others things. We've shopped from a variety of items. But our norm is clothing and boots. Good place for shopping for outdoor work clothing variety. Also, for dressing up a gal in a country look. Biggest down fall, is not many options for plus size ladies in a more dressy look.

Always super friendly. The staff is knowledgeable, and if they don't know, they find someone that does. The wall with the tags for large farm animal items is amazing. I love grabbing the card for an item that I need and being able to pull around back for them to load it. A lot of items are cheaper than Tractor Supply, and honestly; it is cleaner with bigger selections, and they are just all-around nicer at Coastals.

I go to costal for work clothing and home and garden needs. Every employee is friendly and helpful. Also pet friendly if you want to bring your dog in with you. Great store.

I’m wearing small size boots is it hard for me to find a pair. But this place are the best, they have everything i need to look for. And the staff Brynn are amazing help me to find the right one. I would recommend everyone should come here looking for the thing you need like books..

I called ahead checking if they had propane and was told they do and they stop service when it gets dark. When I arrived, before dark, I was told that the propane was not available and someone would be fixing it in the morning. Maybe she wasn't lying but bad customer service anyway.

Coastal is a Man's Man store with something for every one of our better halves and even our 4-legged "best friend" If you work or play outdoors, you owe it to yourself to check out Coastal! Even their prices allow you to leave with both arms and legs intact. Just give yourself plenty of time to explore all of their many well stocked isles! In no way did Coastal sponsor this review. This place is a great stop if you are looking for tools, farming equipment, small gifts, work shoes/boots, and more. Lots of different stuff and something for everyone. Keep an eye out for sales, they have them often!

Cool store first time I've ever been i in it. And I noticed they had chicken so now I'm trying to talk my sister to let me have a couple chickens in the back yard. It's kind of like a Cabela's they pretty much have everything

This store hmmm I can say a whole lot about they are rude and judgemental! I walked in on my birthday with more then enough cash to spend I was looking for a pair of jeans because they sell this brand here the moment I walked in the store and employee asked me if I was finding everything ok and I said well no I just walked in the store .... Then I proceeded to go to the Clothing where at this time no one was working after about five minutes there was now for employees watching me and a loss prevention person it was extremely embarrassing as other people were now noticing me I ultimately find the jeans I wanted which were over 100$ and proceeded to go pay for them which the cashier then to treated me as if I couldn't afford them. This place judged me because I look young and that's not right I won't shop there again!

Great shopping experience had lots of different products only down side was a couple of the staff made acted like I was gonna rob them for everything... kinda understandable due to location but still made it a little uncomfortable

Great store! We had never been in a Coastal store before. We found ourselves wandering around "window shopping" and getting excited for spring. The boot selection is beyond wide and beautiful. We will be returning for more than just A pair of gloves. 😉😊

It's good to have a Coastal in Marysville. I've had a few less than stellar visits, but as a horse owner I appreciate having another farm supply option in the area. Coastal carries a wider variety of things than just a "feed store" and their prices remain reasonable compared across other stores & online shopping. They usually have decent special & sales pricing as well. No business is perfect, but they are pretty good & are on my list of businesses I frequent when I need something for a project, upgrade, or repair. I definitely recommend Coastal Farm & Ranch.

Awesome store, great customer service, When i walked in i had on an item of clothing that triggered their security gate, at my age when something like this happens i usually get treated like I just stole something and get followed like a hawk while trying to shop, not here he took note of it and when i finished shopping the employee reminded the employee checking me out that my clothes were going to beep. I Didn’t feel judged or shamed. This store had way more cool things than i ever imagined it’s not just a farm tool supply store my only problem i have is, I haven’t made it in this store sooner!!! It’s awesome reasonable prices, i’ll be back here many many more times in the foreseeable future

Has just about everything. Similar to an Ace Hardware. They do carry guns, ammo, fishing gear, hunting, camping, and rv supplies. Great all around store.

I called to ask if you guys sell propane, and the answer I got was your open till the sun goes down. What does that even mean? Cuz technically at 4:47 the sun is in twilight and already setting. I live 17 mins away from you. I’m not going to drive almost 20 mins for you guys to have decided the “sun has gone down”. I called back to ask when your open tomorrow and the answer was you guys were open till 6. Makes zero sense.

Such a fun place! Went in for a pair of socks and left with a bucket full of fun gift items. I will return to this store❤️

Has a Good deal of things to purchase. Staff was not very helpful or friendly they no one even asked if I needed help as I wandered the store for quite some time. Didn't see too many people working. But otherwise the store's great has a lot of stuff and some stuff is very reasonably priced and some is a little bit high but better quality .

This is one of my favorite places to go for clothes and for sawdust for guinea pigs. They have this kind there that is so fine and soft, my piggies love it. Also you get a huge bag for 7 or 8 dollars. Whereas if you go to the pet store and buy the biggest bag they have of sawdust, it will run you around 11 or 12 dollars. So the fact that I get better quality dust and bigger bag for CHEAPER! is a big deal to me. Also the workers there are top notch!! ⭐ This one woman there remembers me from months ago and asked me about my job! I felt terrible as I didn't remember her, but my husband did. It's like, how nice that she remembers our conversation and cares! When I thought back about it, it was when I was in the dressing room talking to her about my pants and the issues I've been having finding the perfect jeans that are cut for my body. Anywho... Lovely place, lovely people, great products.

Cool place. Imagine harbor freight, mixed with Cabela’s, mixed with a local feed/hardware store. A bit messy though. Some isles looked like a hurricane went through the store.

Extremely rude staff at the gun counter. Same experience both times I've come in. Definitely never going back or spending my money here. Too bad! Looks like they have good stuff.

Brought a pair of boots in to return due to them being uncomfortable and unwearable - they were only worn one time to a wedding. The manager called me a liar and refused to return them. Train your managers on better customer service skills.
