Be aware that the rooms in the pictures are faaaar from reality! We were given a room where the toilet and the sower is in the bedroom! the toilet was separated with only a curtain whereas the shower was next to the bed! I've never saw a room like that in a hotel before! We wanted to exchange rooms and luckily we could without any discussions. Unfortunately, the new room wasn't better. The bathroom was separate but the hygiene was more than bad. The floor of the bedroom was dirty, there were undefinable stains on the closets and nightstands. We decided to cancel our reservation and to look for another hotel which was the best decision ever. It is a shame that the hotel promotes pictures that are far away from the how the bedrooms really look BUT the hotel is really central. That is the only positive aspect.

Sitting in the hotel room as I type this, using the free wifi. Modern conversion of classic 4 floor building, well placed in centre, very friendly staff and affordably priced. Worth booking the rental bikes from the hotel for half day tour of city if you are up for it - head along river park to the beach for pleasant traffic free cycling and paella.

Great service and nice affordable rooms! We forgot a jacket in the hotel room, and the recepcionist helped us to get it shipped back to our home! Thanks Stephanie!!👍👍

I didn’t like the service

Cheap and cheerful - tiny rooms and a bathroom that became awash with water when one had a shower. No safe. Very nicely situated and if you are only wanted a place to rest your head, good enough.

This was our second time staying here, and standards are good overall, daily cleaning service is great and the location is truly unbeatable. Our greatest issue was the door between our room and the room next door - we could hear everything that was said in the next room, and it was very annoying when it got noisy in the evenings.

Great location! Clean rooms and friendly staff

We booked a 4 night stay here as part of a tour of Spain, we initially struggled to find the hotel as it is not clear from the street. We paid for a “deluxe double” however it was very unclean and small, there was a stone “bath” right next to the bed which was unclean and smelt damp, the shower was difficult to moderate the temperature. There is a lot of street noise as it is VERY central (very good location) and could hear the guests above walking around and having a shower. when we got to sleep we heard dripping, on turning on a light we found out that the ceiling was leaking from the above guests having a shower. The water started to leak quite quickly on to a light fitting and plug sockets and on to the bed. On complaining we were moved to another room with a roof terrace, but the room was even smaller than the first. In the morning we were told that we could not stay in the roof terrace room, and could either move to a SMALLER room, and return to our room the following night, or move to an alternative hotel in the chain. We chose to move to the alternative, cosy rooms embajador. The staff were very helpful were quick to sort out the room change both times, and assisted us in moving our luggage to the alternative hotel, and they had the room ready in half an hour. We were given a very large, clean room with a balcony. Still very central and would recommend booking at this building instead of the Tapineria building!

Good: - location - smooth check in Bad : - dirty, especially bathroom - required to be renovated, or at least freshly painted - no sound isolation at all, especially with neighbors rooms - no safe separate room/lockers to leave your luggage in case you would like to walk in city after check out . Lugagge could be only stored near check in desk in the space available to all guests or visitors

December, 2012. Being a Hostel, it is a very good place to stay and visit the City of Valencia, Spain. Friendly employees, clean rooms, small but modern and nice. For the price I will give it a "very good"

Rooms are nice and clean, good size, comfy beds, cleaned regularly. No fridges, fans, air con or safes in the rooms, just a view of a business building opposite my balcony.

Black mold inside the room. They showed us another "more expensive" room that had even more mold than our original one. I got towels to shower from housekeeping and all three had someone else's hairs on them. Not a few... ALOT. Disgusting place that I'm sure violates many health codes.
