Italy in València. This restaurant is awesome! The food is so authentic, everything is hand-made by Pablo and Maria. I've been twice, two consecutive days and had the same Pasión menu because it was just so faultless. I'm a foodie and I've been to some to some top restaurants and this restaurant is right up there. They have a lot of organic wines and lovely wines by the glass. Not your bog-standard wines that you find all over. So much love goes into what they feed you, I simply love this place.

I have never eat such a delicious, homemade, well prepared pasta. Service with lot of care, very kind and willing to explain and introduce their cuisine. Fenomenal desert guys. Cheesecake was still warm, taste really balanced. Love this place. For good price amazing taste and very fresh.

Had the most exceptional lunch here. For the price I'm not sure I've had better, the wine, food and service were all extremely memorable. The wine list (by the glass) is so interesting, well have to come back to discover more.

Going/finding this restaurant is the reason why I love Google Maps reviews so much and completely rely on it when it comes to finding new places to eat. The restaurant is located in a tiny, slightly dark street - I wouldn't have found this place or would I have chosen to eat there, just based on the tiny, dark location. But luckily I did find it. The food was absolutely delicious and the patron (owner) awesome. You could feel that he loved what he was doing. 10/10 perfect!!

Very delicious and exquisite meal. You can tell and taste the amount of attention and details they put into their food. We went for the tasting menu and each dish was kindly introduced to us by the friendly staff. The only problem I have with this restaurant is they are closed on Sundays! Otherwise, what an amazing experience, will visit again.

Italian food made with passion and served with charm and hospitality. We had diner here yesterday, attracted by the raving reviews. We were thrilled and van assure you that this is really, really some seriously exquisite Italian cooking. We especially loved the octopus with vegetables and ginger cream. But everything is delicious and well presented. The owner and his wife (who is the cook and designer of all these lovely recipes) are originally from Italy, Piemonte and Milano. Highly recommended. We will certainly revisit next time.
