Perfect location in the heart of the city. If you get there by car, they will offer valet parking. The building is absolutely gorgeous. Keep in mind that since it is a old palace, it's a protected building. So you will not find any Spa, pool or gym. The breakfast is at the beautiful restaurant La Perfumerie. The ofer is a la carte with an excellent quality and service. The rooms are a dream. The marble bathroom with the double shower is so cool and elegant. The views to the plaza from our room and those from the terrace were fantastic. The whole hotel is beautifully decorated and stylish. You can see the attention to detail everywhere. All and all a perfect experience!

This hotel… where do I start? Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Europe. Some context: I only stay at 5-star hotels, so it’s quite unique in my opinion for one to stick out above the rest. The basics: 24h room service, incredibly convenient location, soft and comfortable bed, blackout shades, etc What stands out: the staff is 100% devoted to giving you a “home away from home” experience. From check in to check out, I felt like I was coming home and felt true relief each time I returned to the hotel. Davinia, Romy, Walid— just to name a few, are some of the best staff I have encountered in my travels. Thank you for a lovely stay! In addition, the location is superb and you really cannot go wrong with this hotel.

I was delighted with my choice - this really beautiful hotel with a shining interior is located right in the city centre. Shopping street, restaurants, spectacular sightseeing - you can reach all on foot right from this place. The hotel has a charming rooftop, highly recommend to visit it, their staff bring you there whatever you want. In addition their breakfast in the restaurant is nourishing & delicious, there is a menu however you can do any changes in your dishes. Stable WiFi but no parking.

This is a beautiful property. 1- the building itself is gorgeous, outside and inside. 2 - the location is unbeatable: right in the center of the old València. 3 - THE staff: professional, attentive (they know how to make you feel welcome at anytime of the day and always available - thank you reception team) and adorable! Special mention to the breakfast team ladies (sorry guys) as they help you start your day in a such positive way, with the right energy! Great service, very efficient. We laughed a lot. The housekeeping team is just a dream: discreet, always with a smile and the hello much appreciated. Our room felt always fresh and new after they performed their magic. Well done. 4 - the bar is very cozy, not huge, with great cocktails and atmosphere. Nice dinner at the restaurant with high quality cuisine and excellent wine, but the service could be improved a little bit. The breakfast is another jewel of the establishment. All you need to start your day is there: the team - yes again, see above - the food, fantastic and organic, with great choices, and an original menu served in a relaxing atmosphere, very comfortable. Perfect. 5 - The design of the property is original and refined, and luxuriously decorated throughout. It is just a delight to the eyes. Our room was beautiful and very well appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom elegant and very spacious. The lobby is gorgeous and the luminous central staircase leads to an impressive rooftop terrace with quite a view of the surroundings: perfect for a drink. 6 - WiFi works flawlessly (we had some zoom work sessions with no issue at all), and we really appreciated how everything runs smoothly in this hotel. EXCELLENT Service, EXCELLENT Facility and EXCELLENT Location to experience the whole city. The wife and I had an amazing 3 nights and 4 days at Palacio Vallier. We received excellent service from the entire staff but mostly interacted with Juanan, Mark and Romy who were very helpful and made our stay exceptional.

This is the place to stay while in Valencia! The fact that it’s a five star hotel speaks volumes. It’s easily one of the best places I’ve stayed at in a long time. The staff is helpful and suggestive of where to go. They are great and I will definitely stay here and bring my family again.

It deserves far more stars! Our recent stay at Palacio Vallier was stunning. The staff is excellent- extremely professional and very friendly on top. Our car was received right away and someone to unpack was there as well. Reception was smooth, and they have a little bubble detail to our son, but still asked for permission ahead. Our room was lovely and so generously prepared with delicious chocolates on our pillows, amazing amenities+ free water and soda in the mini bar. Our sons crib was simply incredible….little slippers for him, towels and petit prince amenities plus a coloring book and pencils. So thoughtful. We had dinner at their la perfumeria restaurant which was very delicious. Absolute fine dining. I can’t say anything less about the breakfast. Superb! If you have kids- forget the oceanografic and go to the bioparc. The reception staff was very helpful to organize our tickets so we don’t have to cue. We were able to leave our luggage there and the car was ready at set time for us to leave. Absolutely perfect and highly recommendable

We visited cocktail bar on several ocasiones and always had a great service and delicious cocktails. Vanja is an excellent bartender and always very welcoming, we love her cocktails and a friendly manner of customer service. We'll be back for sure :)

The hotel is right in the Old Town. The valet, reception desk and everyone there were super friendly. The hotel is immaculate with a gorgeous stairwell.... looks like it came out of a movie. We were only there for a day, but had a great stay. I would definately stay at this hotel if I was coming back

Palacio Vallier is one of the most stunning hotels I've stayed in. The interior is beyond beautiful, everything is super clean and modern, breakfasts — though not cheap — are totally worth their price. And that view over Valencia from the rooftop — it's priceless! But the real gem of the hotel is the Team. I'd like to specially mention Gemma Padilla who is not only super professional but a great example of Client Excellence — always very positive, friendly and so helpful. Gemma is really the best. Vasya at the reception and Valeria at the restaurant — you are amazing! These are the people who make the stay at the hotel really unforgettable and guests will always come back and recommend a place with such a devoted Team. Absolutely stunning. I visited during a quick lunch break at La Perfumería the restaurant attached to the hotel. This is one of the most elegant and refined hotels I’ve ever seen. And so beautifully designed.

Amazing! Beautiful location, great drinks and prices. Best of all, their staff. They have the friendliest, kindest, most honest and nicest staff of all Valencia. In the reception, Patricia, was absolutely helpful, sweet, honest and friendly. Such a sweet and honest person. In the Lladro Lounge Hector was the kindest and caring bar tender I have ever har. He made sure our drinks and our experience was 5 stars. Both Patricia and Hector made our experience so amazing that we will return and I recommend to anyone!

We have travelled a lot and this is the best hotel where we have ever been! The service from the staff is perfect. The breakfast is delicious. The cocktails in the lounge were also one of the bests we ever had. En the room was beautiful. We would love to come back again!

What a magnificent hotel right in the heart of Valencia. Although a very tiny hotel, everything about it screams luxury and 5-star’s. It’s obvious every worker cares about their guests and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone gets what they want and need. All the popular bars and restaurants are within walking distance (~25 mins or less); no taxis needed, unless you’re going to the airport or venturing outside the city. Their rooftop terrace is stunning and their restaurants are just as beautiful. Rooms are gorgeous and elegant, but on the much smaller size. Very expensive, but you can see it as saving money on taxis everyday because of the close proximity to everything. Highly recommend.

A real 5 star hotel with impeccable facilities and service. Rooms are of course on the smaller side, as it is a historical building, but they went over the top on finishings and design. Service is impeccable, helpful and friendly but non intrusive. Terrace is spectacular, as it is the restaurant.

Great location in the centre of old town Valencia, although a bit of a maze if you're driving with a rental car. Staff were very helpful and room was immaculate and beautiful. The restaurant was also beautiful and had amazing food and coffee!

This is the best hotel in Valencia! It was so luxurious and our first stop in Spain. Coming off of 20+ hours of traveling and feeling and looking quite dusty, the staff treated us like any other guest and made us feel so incredibly welcome. We only stayed for one night but would go back for many more. The hotel is as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside and in a wonderful location. We reserved the most basic room and it was incredibly comfortable with all the standard amenities one could wish for. We didn't want to leave!

This is a long overdue review for the BEST luxury hotel in Valencia! What a memorable hospitality and amazing staff, in literally every department in this stunningly decorated hotel in the heart of Valencia. They have all ensured a service perfection that not only met our expectations, but completely exceeded them. We have not experienced such caring and heartfelt service and such attention to details like at this hotel. CONGRATULATIONS!!! We arrived well past midnight on 21 July due to our flight being delayed. But as soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by Romy with her huge smile and lovely personality. Although we hardly ever saw them, the Housekeeping team did a fantastic job. Our room was beautiful, super comfortable and was always cleaned to perfection. When we checked in to our room, the pre-ordered bottle of Champagne was already in the room as planned, well-chilled and ready for us to celebrate my birthday. The morning after, we headed down for breakfast and were served by Andrea and Valéry. Fantastic service from both, very helpful, attentive and courteous. Furthermore, to my pleasant surprise, since it was my birthday, Valéry arranged a birthday cake with a candle for me after breakfast. We came back to the hotel for a super late lunch at La Perfuméria, since we could not find anything suitable to our tastes in the city at around 3 PM. We were welcomed by the charming restaurant manager, Carlos, who also served us lunch with Andrea. He gave us fantastic recommendations and we took the smoked beef tartar, amongst others, which was just amazing! Later on in the evening, upon returning to the hotel from dinner, we also received a personalised birthday card and a bottle of Cava, kindly organised by Romy - compliments from the hotel. WOW! This much attention to detail and care really touched my heart. Thank you very much - she is definitely a huge asset to the company. We also visited the bar on several occasions, where we learnt about the Valencian cocktail, Agua de Valencia, from Gino, the bartender. Since he comes from Belgium, where we come from, we had a nice chat with him. All his cocktail creations were top notch! All-in-all, we had an amazing stay at this hotel. It is rare nowadays where a five-star hotel is not just architecturally beautiful, but the staff's efforts in delivering an ultra-personalised service to ensure guests' expectations are met and exceeded are just beyond anything. I am sure it is also thanks to the excellent management and the training and care they gave to their staff - they all look so happy to be working there. We are looking very much forward to coming back to this hotel again when in Valencia - it is the ONLY hotel we will stay at in this city.

Excellent hotel. Stayed for a week and loved nearly every aspect: perfect location, beautiful rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds, etc. However, guests should be aware that there are vast differences in the size and features of the rooms. For example, we started in 405, which is one of the most beautiful rooms I"ve ever seen with a 2m bed, massive bathroom with two showers and a gorgeous living room area. However, the bed is next to a widow that gives onto a courtyard with lights on all night as well as a door that leads to several other rooms. It was really hard to sleep. They kindly offered as another room (401) in the same category but it was considerably smaller with a smaller bed, a tiny bathroom but quieter and darker. Room and bed sizes therefore vary considerably with categories. Other than that, would highly recommend.

Things to do and see close by. Helpful front desk. I think the valet washed our car and buffed out a scratch we got traveling prior. Some noise outside our room but expected on the first floor. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Hotel Palau Vallier was amazing. The staff, room, location and overall experience was top notch. We celebrated our engagement at the hotel and all the staff made it extra special. Highly recommend, a true 5 star hotel in the heart of Valencia.

Fantastic hotel! Looks beautiful with marble and black wooden doors, very luxurious. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Also good knowledge of allergies (gluten). Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Oh my goodness, this is a fabulous hotel! We got upgraded to a junior suite and the room was gorgeous. When we checked in, hot and tired during a heatwave after a long train trip, we were offered a welcome glass of cava or iced beverage. The service was fantastic -- friendly, welcoming, and well-informed. Location is superb. Don't forget to check out the rooftop terrace. One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever been in -- can't wait to return and stay longer!

This place was a home away from home. I booked it through a work travel site for a conference and I absolutely blew my industry friends out of the water on this one. Blissfully quiet, centrally located near excellent restaurants, with incredible drinks and room service. I would visit Valencia again just to stay here once more! 10/10, best hotel I've ever stayed at.

Palau Vallier is a "must try" hotel in the heart of Valencia's old town. The location is spectacular. Mere steps to most of Valencia's old town treasures and popular restaurants. It's a busy area for tourists and locals alike. So if a little street sound offends you, this is not your spot. The service was sincere and very engaged. Not super polished like the bigger, fancier hotels. But very personal and thoughtful. The room was great. But please note, some rooms on the fourth floor have oddly low ceilings due to the roofline. At 6'3, a good portion of my room was way too short to stand. But the beautiful decor and comfort of the room made it a non-issue for our 4 night stay. The 5th floor deck is nice. We did not try the restaurant or the bar, but the bar looked popular and cozy. We plan to return for Las Fallas next year!

If you're debating between this hotel and another, this is the one. I was absolutely blown away by how attentive, passionate and friendly the service was from everyone we encountered at this incredible hotel. We had a meal in the restaurant and it was by far the best food we had tried in Valencia. The service once again was absolutely impeccable. The staff here clearly have a vast knowledge of their offering and are more than happy to make talk you through the menu and make recommendations. If I could take home the lady that worked behind the cocktail bar I would have. Quite possibly the best dirty martini I have ever had (ask for it to be made with local Valencian gin - her recommendation - you will not be disappointed). I honestly can't speak more highly of this hotel and the staff who work here. If you stay here you will not be disappointed.

Bathroom way too small no Gym you have to go out side.. staff are great but room service is very Limited on times. Parking is a pain but they have a place. Restaurant over price outside food is way better.

We really struggled to find any faults with our stay. Staff were so attentive, rooms were always spotless and the location is amazing. We will 100% stay here again when we're back in Valencia.

I had high expectations on this hotel and I didn’t have the best experience. The room was very small and not well lighted at all, overlooking a wall. No space for the luggage and not a five star service.
