The waitress prefers to play with the dog and talk with friends instead of coming to our table To ask for our order. We were waiting there 10 minutes with 4 other people. It is a good option for vegans and vegetarians We ordered daily menu, the curry was the most tasty meal from it, I would also recommend the carrot cake, it had very nice rich flavour . Spanish Tortilla was a bit dry. Restaurant has a good atmosphere It is a good value for the price but the girl waitress was not very attentive and a we had to wait quite long to get coffee, desserts and got pay at the end.

AMAZING! I couldn’t believe the tortilla de papa was vegan, it was better than many of the non-vegan ones I’ve had and was made with chickpeas instead of egg! The apple crumble and lemonade were also tasty, but the tortilla stood out the most. Wonderful service and lovely cafe, affordable prices as well. Will be back!

Lovely vegan food in a quiet little spot, with very friendly staff. After a hot and bothered march from the train station, we found this oasis of calm and delicious food. An all vegan menu, but food that anyone would enjoy. Our waiter was lovely, was able to communicate with us in English and helped us with our Spanish pronunciation. Delighted to have stopped off here on our trip.

Lovely to see a vegan cafe in Valencia! We had the Spanish Omelette, Bruschetta, Chilli and Faux gras. Considering I was the only vegan it really impressed my parents and boyfriend! Only thing was the cookie was a bit dry, but maybe because it was gluten free flour? (But good they offer gf things 😊) Lots of options, friendly staff too who offered to speak some basic Spanish with me as I’m learning (really appreciated that) ☺️

We found this place on HappyCow while walking through Valencia and decided to stop for breakfast, the menu is fully vegan with a good selection of choices and coffee or tea at a very nice price. Also a great selection of cakes and desserts on the bar. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food and coffee was delicious.

The quiche was AMAZING!!! Everything was delicious and well done, friendly service and amazing prices (you can only dream of such prices in Germany). I will for sure come back. A gem in Valencia for those who want some delicious vegan food.

Wow, the food here is delicious!! So reasonably priced and the staff were lovely and clearly very passionate about good vegan food. Can’t wait to visit again.

I love fully flavored food in particular when the flavors are balanced and in support of each other. That said, the red curry with chickpeas and pumpkin was outstanding. In fact everything was delicious. The vegan quiche had me puzzled but the egg substitute was spot on and the smoked tofu packed every bite with flavor while the crunchy acidity of the side salad added texture and freshness. The lentil hamburger came without buns, tasty cashew veganese, a bit of veggies and a hint of side salad, which demoted the burger to a low calorie snack. An apple tart with whipped vegan cream had to add the missing calories to make the burger a meal. The fast, English-speaking service is an additional plus. Make reservations.

We went here because it is open during the siesta and offers food for vegans and vegetarians. The food there is amazing and we can totally recommend it. The menu is also available in german and english.

Great vegan food made with care. We ordered “menu del día” for 13.5€. That included a starter, the main course and a coffee/dessert. The curry was amazing! So was the apple pie. I’m definitely coming back for more. Plus the service was great.

Incredible. Best price/food quality out there. The food was so tasty and the price for the menu was just wow. The portions are not too big, but that’s okay! The tortilla blew my mind- incredible how they can make that vegan :) the cheesecake was not my favourite but good, I’d choose another desert next time :) absolutely cannot recommend this place enough

Delicious food even though a bit pricey but might be affected by the vegan label and the area it's located in. The service was quick and friendly. The curry rojo was delicious but nothing special. I still left happy and stuffed. Thats why I have no reason to complain, I got used to vegan places being a bit pricey. They also have a selection of beers. Would recommend and visit again.

Everything was delicious. Had the chili and the curry and the quiche and none of them disappointed. really great all around. Highly recommended. Easily as good as any Vegan food I have had in Los Angeles or San Francisco.

The food is fresh and tasty, the vibe is chill but colourful and the staff are particularly attentive, friendly and humourous! We had the vegan chilli, Spanish omelette (AMAZING), lentil burger, the homemade lemonade (PERFECT SUMMER DRINK) and the coconut cake. Everything was great, and I can hardly say that for most restaurants. Plant-based diets are hard to find in Spain, so I'd say Madigral is THE place to go in Valencia for anyone looking for vegan food.

Lovely, vegan restaurant. Till 1pm you can get tortilla and cafe con leche (almond, soy or oat) for only 4€. They also offer a lot of main courses like chili sin carne, hamburgers, curry... Staff is very nice, too :)

Really nice cozy place with the most delicious vegan food!! The aioli was the best I ever had and the tortilla tasted just like a real one!! We also had the curry and chili which had an amazing full taste!! 10/10 totally recommend!!

What an incredible find. Went there for lunch and went back the next day for dinner. Food, staff and vibe were wonderful on both occasions. They do a daily lunch time menu - have it! 3 fantastic courses and a drink for 13€! The food was truly excellent. It’s also in a vibrant neighbourhood. Go. You won’t be disappointed. We went here several times during our stay in Valencia. Loved that everything is vegan and it was right around the corner of our hotel. There was always available seating outside on the terrace. I can’t recommend Cafe Madrigal enough! Many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They’re open all day, every day. Service was good, really nice people and fast as well. And very affordable compared to other places for what you get. Definitely try the tortilla, curry and German potato salad!

Nennt sich zwar Café, bietet aber eine gut gefüllte Speisekarte an. Der Inhaber war gut gelaunt, hilfsbereit mit dem Welan und bei der Auswahl der Gerichte. Das Team hat mir genügend Zeit für die Vorspeise gegeben, bevor die Hauptgerichte serviert werden. Uns hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist auf jeden Fall angemessen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We visited here several times during our stay in Valencia and enjoyed every visit! The staff was kind and patient and made an effort to let me get through the order with my broken Spanish rather than giving up and switching to English right away. Every single dish we tried was tasty and plentiful - especially their aioli that came with the tortilla and their vegan pâte! Can highly recommend this for vegetarian or vegan tapas as well as their croissants and various cakes and bakes!

Such a lovely cafe! I had the Tortilla de patatas and Ensaladilla alemana with fresh orange juice. The German potato salad was amazing, I will be making my own potato salad like this from now on! The menu has plenty of good dishes and is a great change from the fast food & burgers that you can get in most of other vegan/vegetarian places in Valencia. Staff is super friendly and speaks good English. We came here twice during our stay and would definitely come back again!

We found this little gem of a cafe as we were passing through Valencia on the way to the airport. What a delight for vegans and non-vegans alike. The menu, from which we tried almost an embarrassing number of dishes, is truly whole-food prepared with outstanding flavour profiles. The service was great as well. Overall a wonderful experience that we will remember for a long time. We just loved it.

I like food here very much and I’m not even a vegan! The portion was decent and ingredients fresh and very well prepared! Food is tasty.

Best vegan quiche, perfect blend of sweet and salty (spinach, vegan cheese and raisins) the carrot cake was the knockout - honestly super delicious and light, far from boring, lovely ambience! Gracias
