We had a such a wonderful experience! The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere that creates coziness and only good vibes. Speaking about the food, we could not be more satisfied with the deliciousness of the dishes. From the salad to the dessert, we enjoyed every bite of our dinner. Me and my family ordered different dishes and each of them was 10/10. It became obvious to us that the food was made with love! And this amazing experience is thanks to the very friendly and hard-working owners and staff who made us feel like home. We are amazed by their kindness and professional performance! Perfect! Me and my family visited couple of other famous restaurants in the city but there is no doubt that “Giardino del Carmen” was the best! I strongly recommend the restaurant to everyone who is visiting Valencia. It is definitely a must-see :)

Walked in for an early dinner, staff was kind and welcoming, and able to accommodate us without a reservation. We had the chicken salad, the potato gratin, and two glasses of the local wine. Portions were generous, and all the staff that took care of us were lovely. Everyone spoke English, and was patient with my lack of Spanish. There was AC, we sat next to the window, where we could see the courtyard. Definitely lots of tourists, nearly everyone in the dining room was English or Dutch.

I contacted the owner on Google Map the day before to make an appointment, and they responded quickly. The decoration style of the restaurant is very beautiful, the vase on the table is filled with various pasta, the small details are very nice. The dishes in the restaurant are exquisite and taste very good. It's worth going for the second and third time...until all the dishes on the menu have been eaten. The service attitude is also very good, the waiters can speak English. The only small regret is that I personally feel that the grilled octopus tastes slightly dry. The dessert fig jam and cheesecake are also great. ps: Thank you the owner for preparing candles for us

Exceptional food!! From the ambiance, through the incredible dishes...wine....just amazing. The chef came personally to our table and everyone’s table to make sure all is good. The waitress was so kind with her recommendations. Will definitely be back! Oh and the prices really reasonable for such high quality food!

The best freaking food! The stuffed pork chop and stuffed shell pasta were phenomenal. The best service to exist in all of Spain. Would 1000% recommend.

Very very very good food. Best grilled octopus I had. The waiters speak English, too. PS: the menu is seafood-based, so if you're not a fan of it, check the menu in advance to make sure you like the other few dishes.

Third time at this cozy place…the weather in Valencia definitely helps with sitting in a sunny terrace BUT the food…SO good. This time we tried 4 different kinds of pasta just incredible! And the stuff… I can’t believe how much time they spend talking to us making sure they get what we truly want!!! Some of the best Italian dishes we got and delicious Sprits! 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a fantastic find ! Beautiful food, ambiance, and service. The swordfish carpaccio was excellent and almost melted in our mouths. The chicken I ordered was excellent and perfectly seasoned, the veggies were bursting with flavor. My daughter's baked pasta was amazing as well....not too cheesy or greasy. The spaghetti with seafood was beautiful as well , the pasta was al dente and had copious amounts of mussels and shrimp. The walnut chocolate cake was delicious. A beautiful meal. Dying to go again. Has to be the best Italian in town.

This is an Italian restaurant serving pasta specialties. We were impressed by the pictures of food and decor and booked a table. While the food and service did not disappoint, the atmosphere and feel of the place just didn't really do it for us. Having said that, it's definitely a great food experience with incredible desserts too.

Wonderful experience! It has a great decoration and great atmosphere. All waiters are friendly and work with passion. We ordered a pasta and prawn and ask for other recommended starter. The waiter suggests us to order the eggplant with sweet and sour flavor. ALL DELICIOUS! We had a perfect meal and make our day

Had dinner here twice, and always had the fresh pasta that weren’t on the menu, and always satisfied, tasted so good. So you should ask for special pasta today since it’s not on the menu. Staffs speaks English and good service. Reasonable price, good portion of each menu, good quality of foods. Dessert was ok, not my favorite, or probably because I’ve been full so I didn’t taste to the fullest. Terrace is not big, but cozy. Overall very great experience. Will be back again. And oh, best olives I’ve ever tasted!

We went here yesterday and it was amazing. Friendly and helpful waiters and waitresses with knowledge of hospitality. The food was also very good. I eat vegan (however I do allow pasta to contain egg) and when i made the reservation they communicated friendly and quickly what their options were. They hax four options and I had a delicious ratatouille and a pasta with mushroomd. It was much but I wanted to finish it because it was so good. I was very satisfied. My companions (one ate the pasta with seafood and the other a ravioli) were also very glad with what they ordered and also thought my vegan pasta was very good. Would definately recommend! We really want to come back :)

One of the nicest restos I have been to, beautiful déco and an eye for detail. I loved the little fork that came with the huge sangria to eat the fruit. And the fleur de sel at the corners of the grilled meat plates took the meat to another level! The stuffed pork chop is to die for! I am not a big fan of potato gratin but theirs is fantastic. Couldn't be happier that I waited until 22.15pm (only time a table was available) to have dinner! Staff was super nice too. A must in Valencia!

Delicious food at reasonable prices. The servings were generous and we almost gave up on the grilled octopus main dish. I’m glad we didn’t as it was divine. The pasta dishes and starters were all top notch as was the service!

The best Italian restaurant in valencia. But who doesn’t eat seafood better not to go because most of the dishes contains the seafood. I love it very much, this type of Italian food I have never tried.

We felt like having Italian and this place was supposed to be the best one in town. We were not disappointed. We could only get a table outside and it was a bit cold, but we didn’t mind. The food was priceless! The wine was also a great surprise.

Smiling waiters and waitress, Italian speakers (we are Italians so this is a bonus point too lol) and the price is ABSOLUTELY WORTH the dinner! Low price compared to the quality and atmosphere that this place offers! Great job guys, would love to see a second point of yours somewhere in Italy. We would be visiting there too!!

One of the nicest places in Valencia with the best service and friendliest staff! The waiter was very professional and the owner came chat with us after dinner. All the food I have ordered here the times I have been was amazing. Starters, main and desert. I can highly recommend the chocolate cake!
