My personal highlight of two days in Valencia. You should get here between 30 to 60 minutes before the show starts. This might be only true for off-season though! In my case I came around 21:15 for the 22:00 show, waited in line and the place was already filled 3/4 once I entered. Price is 15€ and includes a drink (beer, wine, sangria, martini, so rather "small" drinks). I never really liked dance performances, but todays group changed my mind. I couldn't stop myself from being fascinated, it was absolutely stunning. The music, the steps, the turns, the voices. I didn't understand a word and still got a feeling what all of it was about. I absolutely recommend!

A small, climatic 'Cafe' which looks like a bar with real and authentic flamenco dance on a small stage. You've got a chance to 'touch' sth just from here, presented in a nice and dynamic form. It's open usually from Thursday to Sunday, but up to the season it can change. Shows start at about 9.00 p.m.. As the place is small just for about 70-80 people come at least half an hour before. With the ticket (15€) you get a drink in the price: beer, a glass od wine, or Sangria. The performing group is 'Great' - the leader- a singer, the classical quitar player and two dancers, they really try to do their best!!! The performance full of emotions and it's really superb experience. The staff of the Cafe very nice and friendly. The show lasts just about 50 minutes. Being in Valencia it's definitely a must-see.

Best place to experience flamenco in Valencia. Get there early! It's first come, first served, and the experience from the front is the best. There is seating for only about 50 people, so it's very intimate. The performers were all incredible. We had a wonderful time here.

Great show, much soul in the performance, great athmosphere. The only complaint I have is that your schedule on the website was listed at 22:00 but the show started at about 21:30. We ALMOST missed it (that would be a shame!) although we thought we came 40 min early. Please list your schedule correctly. Otherwise we had an awesome time!

As it was 38 degrees outside, I thought there wouldn’t be too many people but the place certainly filled up! Met some delightful people in the (short) line and ended up sitting with them. Got great seats as we were nearly the first people there. Yes, doors open one hour before showtime. So enjoy your included drink and meet the people around you! I always thought flamenco was about the female dancer. But tonight I was stunned by the guitarist, the singer, the male dancer—it was all amazing. There was a family there with two-year-old twins and six year old girls and they were all completely mesmerized. Remember there is no food served here. So don’t come hungry! I live in Valencia and will definitely be back again.

Loved the flamenco performance and the atmosphere, highly recommend if you are in Valencia. Shows' time and details are on the website, recommend to line up 30' before doors open to get a seat.

The Flamenco show was amazing (though the word is too simple to describe how good the show was), and the Sangria made at the place was very delicious. I am so happy that I managed to put my hand on two seats (they don't do reservations. You need to get there early and ask if they still sell tickets for the show - schedule to be found on their website). The space is not huge, but this will help feeling closer to the other spectators:D

Incredible Flamenco show. Extremely intimate venue. The dancing was amazing, and the singing was so moving. But I especially loved the guitar. Must see in Valencia.

Watched the flamenco show. 15 euros for entry and it included a drink as well. Nice setting with good flamenco performance. Performance started at 9pm

I recommend going to Del Duende over other flamenco tablao places in Valencia because they have fair prices and a good business model. Other tablaos inflate their prices by adding a mediocre dinner for an exorbitant price. Del Duende only serves drinks and that’s it — which is a very good thing! The place definitely has a speakeasy feel to it — which makes it unique compared to all the other flamenco tablaos in Valencia. Line gets very long, very quick — I recommend going to the place at least 30mins before the scheduled show to get decent seats! Highly recommended!

We attended a Flamenco show here and it was the most incredible experience! This show was directly recommended to us by a local restaurant owner. She said it was her favorite show in all of Spain. Nonetheless, we were blown away! Your ticket comes with a free drink as well. Be sure to get there 30-40 minutes before opening as to get a good seat. The place does fill up and they put people wherever they can for the show. You will be seated next to strangers as well at a table, as we were. We enjoyed getting to know the other tourists attending the show and the overall atmosphere. The show itself was a fantastic experience and will keep you on your toes the whole time. Don’t forget to throw your rose at the end!

One of the highlights of our visit to Valencia. Very good value for money: The €15 covered the entrance fee and one drink. Further drinks were in the €3.50 price bracket. VERY passionate dancers and musicians that made for a highly enjoyable evening. I would recommend queuing up early, maybe around a quarter of an hour before the doors officially open to make sure you're first in line for the best seats.

Fantastic night with beautiful music and passionate flamenco dance. We fully enjoyed it. Never had either of us ever been to a performance, but this was such an experience in an intimate setting. Highly recommend.

Very authentic and passionate flamenco, small cousy atmosphere. Reasonable and friendly pricing. Come early (better 1h before the start) to get tickets and better place to sit. Enjoyed a lot, would return again next time we are in Valencia. Muchas gracias!

We visited the incredible Café del Duende, and experienced the historic art and story telling of Flamenco literally up close and very personal. Only 15€ for entrance includes a drink. • This was our 7th visit here over the years, always bringing along guests that may be visiting. This year we do not have visitors but we had a great time at our front row table of 5. We sat with a lovely Turkish/Kurdish couple and a sweet young woman from Kviv Ukraine! All strangers when we sat down but left feeling like once again, we have new friends. All over the magic of FLAMENCO! • Tonight we were treated to the amazing Flamenco dancers, Irene de la Rosa & Rosa Sanz (we have seen each perform in different venues in Valencia), the stunning voices of Javier Calderón & María Briones and wow, Manuel Reyes on his magical guitar! Can you believe they perform four nights a week. Thursdays through Sunday. I think we can all say that Flamenco should be woven into our fitness routines! To be able to move and sing like this, the passion is so intense. Absolutely LOVE IT! • And the staff at the door and serving are so friendly and kind. We had so much fun picking out special Christmas treats from a tray of goodies being passed around. The lady at the bar was a sweetheart and we loved visiting with her after the show (thank you for your kindness since we have very poor Espanol). • Thank you all for keeping this Spanish tradition alive and offering it to all of us to enjoy a piece of your history. We are blessed to be able to share it with you!

Since dance performances weren't high on my list for a short visit to Valencia, I've attended the show just to be supportive of my team building colleagues. Have I been proven wrong to the fullest! EXCEPTIONAL in every way! Space and hosts give you feeling of "my friends invited me in their home for a small get-together" and the artists then take it to a whole different level. Energy, voices and music tare the roof off but yet the ansamble honest smiles between the dances and few words exchanged amongst themselves put you right where you should be - in front of a poor shed on a sandy spanish coast, origins of the flamenco. This is how these 5 people, dancers, singers, guitar players, actors even, leave their mark in others' lives. No souvenir from Valencia will last that long. Emotionaly pulled into their story you will just have to smile, clap and shout out. Sometimes even looking painfull, this dance and song you will have to pay costly at the end, with a standing ovation. If not, then there is something wrong with you. "Del Duende people" of café and art group, you have started something stellar now and it's yours never to give up on. May you have nothing less then fame and fortune on your path. For the rest of you that plan a visit to Valencia - allow these artists to lift your spirit so up that you will have to go into the night partying. We did.... Muchas gracias! Due to covid, patrons numbers have dropped and prices have gone up to 15 euros including a drink. But its still worth supporting as the small stage, cosy atmosphere allows one to enjoy the performance up close.

So far the most potent, passionate and authentic flamenco I have seen. The compact size of the club means that everyone has a ringside seat …. All the better to soak up the drama, the energy and the sheer physicality of this powerful dance

A lifetime experience. A must thing to do in Valencia. We are 40mints early to get the best seats and the wait was worth it. One glass of Sangria is complementary and you will enjoy the performance with it. I haven’t understood a single word of the songs but could feel the pain and passion throughout. Highly recommend it with the price it’s best option.

I visited this bar to feel the spirit of Spain trough it's traditional flamenco. I got much more than I expected. Pure destilated emotion eventhough I don't understand a word in Spanish. I'm very happy for this recommendation I got from local people. Don't miss it!

Authentic, wonderful, small and intimate Flamenco show that you cannot miss. Tips say to get there early but get there on time and you can sit at the bar actually having a higher/better view on the dancers. The sangria was surprisingly good as well. Absolutely recommended!

Great! Amazing Flamenco performance! Both the dancers and the singers + the guitar! It was a great show. Went on a Sunday for the 20:00 show. Got there at 18:30 and it was already getting full. At 19-19:15 it was full so you better get there minimum 1 h before the show starts so you ca get the perfect view!

Show was very good dancers and singers excellent. But guests were packed tightly into a very small area. In current covid times felt very unsafe with everyone in such close proximity.

It was an AMAZING experience! The performers were thrilling and I got chills watching them (v duende), the atmosphere was very close knit and the room had great acoustics so every beat really hit every person in the room. It was stupendous value for money. I would actually say - I think they should charge more for entry based on how singular the experience is. The opening act was also very carefully thought out and apropos. Tip: go early (at least 1 hour before doors open), the seats fill up quickly and it's first come first serve. We got there exactly one hour early and we were sitting in the back (still good we didnt miss much but I would prefer to sit closer to the performers next time).

Amazing atmosphere, charming and genuine place to visit a flamenco show. The place is quite small (which only adds to the cozy atmosphere) and popular so i advice to come in time if you want to get in.
