disaster!

NOT
book

pay
anything
online
in
advance!
My
booking
for
a
Jet
Ski
was
supposed
to
be
a
present...
well,
we
arrived
there
in
the
morning
on
time
(25
minutes
before
the
planned
start)
to
find
out
that
our
reservation
(confirmed
via
e-mail)
was
not
valid.
The
instructor
was
not
there.
And
the
employee
on
site
was
too
busy
discussing
private
matters
with
a
friend
of
his,
basically
ignoring
us.
Very
rude!
Anyway,
after
some
negociacions
we
were
offered
a
spot
at
a
later
time
and
asked
to
fill
out
the
contract
online,
using
a
QR
code.
Well,
that
did
not
work
either.
We
tried
on
two
phones,
the
registration
page
had
errors
all
the
time.
More
than
that:
an
error
on
the
registration
page
allowed
us
to
see
personal
data
of
OTHER
clients...
No
protection
of
client
data
whatsoever!
This
is
scandalous,
since
you
must
enter
very
sensitive
data
in
the
system
like
your
ID
number,
where
you
live,
your
phone
number
and
so
on.
I'm
probably
going
to
file
a
complaint
to
the
European
Data
Protection
Supervisor,
since
this
is
a
serious
infringement
of
data
protection
laws.
The
whole
story
on
site
ended
with
the
employee
NOT
wanting
to
refund
the
amount
payed
online.
He
said
I
should
write
an
e-mail
to
whatever
e-mail
adres...
Yeah,
right.
More
than
that,
he
wanted
to
mark
in
the
system
that
"thr
client
did
not
show
up"
(in
Spanish,
of
course
-
too
bad
I
understand
Spanish
more
than
he
thought).
Well,
he
got
the
wrong
person
here,
for
this
rudeness
and
lack
of
respect
I
am
going
to
go
as
far
as
it
is
necessary
to
get
my
money
back
and
to
make
sure
that
they
take
the
client
data
protection
serious.
