Almost scoring 5 stars H y H is a great little place that I'd thoroughly recommend. The food quality is high, the service is exceptional and the touches of difference compared to most restaurants elevate the experience. The absence of a menu is fun and interesting (although not for everyone so be warned) and if you're happy with being served whatever the chef is making then you won't be disappointed. It's individual and being different from all the other offerings is a big plus point. The price charged is also a fair reflection of what's on offer which is great. Overall this is a great experience and one which is well worth doing.

Definitely the best gastronomic experience in Valencia. The whole menu was a surprise from the exquisite chef Lucas. Both him and the amazing waitress Stella made sure that we enjoy the whole meal! What an amazing experience! A suprise menu of 3 starters, 1 main and dessert that not only catered for me being a vegetarian, but excelled in using an abundance of perfectly blended flavours for evet single dish. The waitresses were super friendly and attentive and the chef (owner) came to speak to us at the end about his concept and menu designing. A crafty and unique restaurant where the chef decides what the menu will be based on what the best fresh items are at the market that day. The flavors they create are amazing. For example, one of the 5 courses we had was sea snake. It was delicious. The prices are more than reasonable and the customer service is top notch. You must go there.

We had dinner in this restaurant last week and we have to say, it was delicious!! We had a 4 course menu and each course was extremely good and tasteful. Also a wide range of variety in the dishes. We had a lovely dining experience at this wonderful restaurant last night. Every single course was so fresh and full of flavour, and it was exciting not knowing what the next dish would be but just completely trusting the judgement and creativity of the chef. The woman serving us was warm and friendly, as was the chef (her husband), who came to say goodbye to us and shake our hands as we left the restaurant. I 100% will be coming back for more of the delicious food here and fantastic service!

very very delicious food, great staff and amazing chefs! I’m allergic to many things, and we didn’t have a chance to inform them in advance, so in the beginning there was nothing available for me in a surprise menu because of the ingredients. But after some time and many apologies (though it was completely my fault!!) the chef cooked an amazing dish especially for me, considering all of my allergies, which I find almost impossible! Very very grateful and totally recommend this place!

Having read the reviews we were really looking forward to experiencing the Huerta surprise. The food was ok but a little lack lustre. Flavours were almost there but not quite. Fish was fresh and well cooked, but the sauces seemed a little tired and too much, overwhelming the fish. Maybe just a bad day but it was not what we had expected and we left disappointed. Pricing was good.

First off, the ambiance is perfect. We went for lunch and dinner and both ambiances were perfect. They change the lighting and table set up to accommodate the time of day. It’s not too fancy but nice enough that you know it’s special. Second, the food is so good. So much thought and creativity goes into each course. Ramonet (the owner) and Eduardo (the chef) execute each course perfectly. If you choose to do the wine pairing as well you won’t be disappointed. The pairing is truly precise and delectable. You can tell Ramonet is in it for the experience of his guests, not for the money. If you have a good palate for food, this is the place to be. Cannot wait to go back the next time we’re in Valencia. Liver and rabbit (and other meats) are pretty pronounced in Valencia, we did tell Ramonet we would prefer to avoid, and it was no issue. A lot of the dishes have a fishy taste, but València is a city by the sea. We loved it, but something to be aware of if you don’t have a diverse palate. Again 10/10 for quality, service, taste, experience.

We have now eaten here 3 times, which is saying a lot in a city with so many restaurants. Our second and third visits were better than our first. Fun and varied dishes, some with a nod to Valencian dishes. So glad we had the opportunity to enjoy the food here. And everyone working here is lovely. I hope they enjoy a long successful run!

Absolutely incredible meal. The chef Ramonet buys all the fresh ingredients from the local market and cooks up ingenious creations with it. His passion for food comes through very clearly. I don't want to spoil the secret, but our courses included nan's special calarmari, pigs cheek, and *blue* spirulina. I'll never forget this night. Thank you so much!

Con helado de mango. Por dónde empezar… es que todo era otro rollo. Todo era un mezclote de sabores que encajaba a las mil maravillas. Una locura, real. Pero es que además Ramonet y Jorge no pudieron ser más majos. Si cualquier plato no te gustaba te lo cambiaban por otro distinto (no fue necesario). Nos contaron que a clientes que ya han ido más de una vez les suben el listón y se vienen más arriba todavía con los platos.
