Not the experience we expected, given the high rating of this place. The food is nothing special and definitely not worth the price. We got the combo amigos (the price was not displayed, but the reviews said that it was 20 euros a few months back). We ended up paying about 30 euros for it, and it was surprising to me that basic things in a burrito like beef and guacamole were charged extra. The staff was very rushed and not willing to help with recommendations, they just seemed to want to be done with us ASAP 😅. They also forgot to bring the drinks - we had to remind them two times. Overall, an experience I wouldn't recommend.

Very generous portions, but it was soo delicious I could finish it. Staff are really nice. Big plus, that the beer glasses come from the freezer, so your beer is always super chilled. Would recomend definetly. 10/10

We were helped by an incredibly kind worker who let us pick and choose all of the specific ingredients that we wanted to make the perfect burrito!!! They also have 2 vegan protein choices (nuggets or guacamole) both of which were delicious! Really reasonable prices also, best burrito I’ve had in Spain so far :) 💛 thank you!

Very nice place! Friendly people and Excellent burritos! The kids really enjoyed it! Also the margaritas were very nice and they have the proper beer: Estrella Galicia. Good price and quality of food, and service! Very friendly service!

We ordered the Vegan version of Combo Amigos, got so full could barely get up from the table. Tasty, affordable, vegan ready, kind staff.. would recommend!

Loved to see the soy nuggets from Heura in the selection ❤️ you can totally put together a 100 plant based burrito that tastes really fresh and is comforting and filling. I'd love to see even more vegan options like the chunks from Heura for an healthier version of the protein option for vegans which is not fried

If you know the chain Chipotle - well this place is better in every way. More flavourful, better quality! Such a satisfying and hearty meal.

Very helpful staff. When I didn't know what to get she explained everything and gave me a recommendation. The burritos are HUGE. I ate half of it and I was already so full... They don't look big but you feel full really quickly. The burritos are very good. I definitely recommend this place.

The food was amazing but one of the waiters, with non spanish accent (I am writing this for identification purposes only, because we didn't ask for his name) was very rude and had a preppy attitude (our accent is not Spanish either) we were never rude to him, we just wanted to ask for information about a promotion they had on display outside. He didn't even let us speak or explain ourselves, he just repeatedly tell us we were wrong and continued preparing the food with a preppy attitude. Very disappointing since his colleague was very nice and the food was great. This was the first time in Valencia we were not treated properly👎🏼👎🏼

The vegan tacos were too good. It's like he made them with all the absolute love (thanks Lugo!) Also had the mojito (forgot to take a pic) and it was delicious! We were out on the terrace and the vibe was great. The music was good all night long! If you're in the area and looking for a delicious and quick bite (vegan or not) this place is great! Recommendation: Heüra offers better products to include in burritos than the nuggets! I'd love a vegan beef burrito💛

The food was good, but nothing special. The portions were OK as well, neither small nor 'huge,' as other comments suggested. Lemonade was awful, extremely sweet, and fake lemon flavor. The service was a little uncomfortable. For some reason, they had an "I want to get rid of you" behavior. They don't take the time to explain anything, and they were really pushing to get things done right away even when there was literally nobody behind us, so I don't understand why they were rushing so badly, it was even kind of rude.

Me and my wife arrived immediatly after opening. The food was ready and everything looked fresh and delicious. I liked the fact that you can customize your tacos/burritos with your ingredients of choice. The staff is friendly, professional and the prices are affordable. 100% reccomend.

Amazing authentic Mexican food at very affordable price. You pick all your own ingredients and they prepare it for you on the spot. Friendly staff and nicely decorated dining area.

This is a good burrito place. It's small, more like a fast food(order at the counter and eat at the tables) but the burritos are worth it. Really big and tasty portions. We stopped here on our way to the museum of sciences. It was a good choice. Hint for travelers, you can grab the burrito to go if it is full inside and eat in the parc near the museum, before going in.

Perfect good quality burritos at a good price. Only suggestion we would give is to maybe try to find an alternative for the tin foil as it isn’t the most environmentally friendly option especially since we ate in the restaurant. Would 100% recommend.

Me and my friend where intown for a day and found this place right down the street from our hotel. The staff are really nice and helpful and the food is amazing. I really recommend Burritos and I can't wait to go back!

We are in Valencia, visiting from Belgium, where they have pretty much no good Mexican restaurants. We were so thrilled to find this wonderful restaurant, which reminded us of Chipotle and Moe's in the United States. The food was so delicious and the service was so excellent-- they are so kind! We loved our burritos, nachos, burrito bowls and especially the granizado de limón!!!! Highly recommended!
