Sublime
I
recently
had
a
session
of
yoga
with
Sati
and
felt
that
I
had
to
write
a
review
about
how
great
the
experience
was.
I
have
for
some
time
been
attempting
to
meditate
without
success
and
thought
that
I’d
give
yoga
a
whirl.
Firstly,
the
session
was
held
in
the
Centro
Semilla
in
the
bohemian
quarter,
Rusaffa.
You
walk
into
a
very
tasteful
reception
and
are
greeted
by
Robert,
a
super
chill
warm
guy
who
will
put
you
at
your
ease
and
explain
about
the
centre.
You
then
walk
down
an
intimate
little
corridor
to
the
yoga
room
which
helps
with
feeling
of
transition
from
outer
to
inner
world.
In
the
yoga
room
you
are
greeted
with
the
beautiful
smell
of
high
quality
incense
and
all
mats,
blocks
and
cushions
are
neatly
laid
out
for
you
in
preparation.
Once
positioned
Sati
starts
the
session
with
very
clear
and
encouraging
instructions…all
in
a
very
soothing
and
calming
voice.
She
is
always
very
present,
very
calm
snd
encouraging…you
feel
completely
un-judged
and
free
to
let
yourself
go….I’m
not
entirely
sure
how
she
does
it
to
be
honest…and
I
kinda
don’t
want
to
analyse
it
too
much.
The
yoga
is
also
accompanied
by
beautiful
singing
bowls
played
by
Robert,
(no
recordings
here).
I
have
no
idea
quite
how
it
happened
but
very
quickly
I
found
that
I
was
dipping
in
and
out
of
what
I
would
consider
to
be
a
meditative
state.
I
don’t
know
if
it’s
a
mixture
of
the
incense,
the
singing
bowls
the
general
atmosphere
of
calmness
and
acceptance…but
it
was
one
of
the
best,
most
calm,
couple
of
hours
I’ve
ever
had.
If
you’re
dithering,
you
really
shouldn’t….it’s
the
most
fun
you
can
have
whilst
keeping
your
clothes
on….book
your
class
today!
