place
very
highly
due
to
the
service
provided
at
time
of
treatment.
However,
dealing
with
them
for
an
error
with
insurance
is
an
absolute
nightmare.
I
asked
upon
arrival
if
they
take
my
insurance
and
they
assured
me
they
did.
Later,
I
received
notice
that
they
are
not
covered
by
my
insurance:
I
called
their
main
billing
line
and
was
told
I
had
to
speak
with
the
location
directly.
I
called
the
local
office
and
was
lucky
to
speak
with
someone
who
manages
their
contracts
with
insurance.
She
assured
me
they
do
have
a
contract
with
my
insurance
and
she’d
take
care
of
everything.
Another
month
later,
I
start
getting
bills
from
the
urgent
care
that
I
shouldn’t
have
to
pay
(adjusted
but
still
more
than
supposed
to).
I
have
called
the
local
office
several
times
and
nobody
will
call
me
back.
Their
main
billing
department
also
promises
to
investigate
but
then
they
don’t
call
back
either.
Do
yourself
a
favor
and
do
not
visit
this
place
unless
you
have
verified
with
your
insurance
that
this
location
is
covered.
Otherwise
you
will
get
a
lot
of
unnecessary
stress
and
runaround.
Just
bad
business
practices
plain
and
simple.
