Easily
one
of
the
worst
experiences
I’ve
had
at
a
hotel.
First,
we
had
to
pay
a
pet
fee
which
we
were
unaware
of
until
we
arrived.
Second,
the
room
was
empty,
like
BARREN.
There
was
no
bedsheet
for
the
couch
mattress,
no
silverware/plates/cups
so
we
had
to
pick
them
up
from
the
front
desk,
and
I
found
a
BED
BUG
in
the
bed.
When
we
called
front
desk,
the
first
thing
they
offered
was
to
have
someone
come
over
and
clean
the
bed/remove
the
bug.
I
will
say
it
was
5am
when
we
found
the
bug,
but
still.
No
way
am
I
expected
to
STAY
in
a
room
with
bed
bugs!
We
changed
rooms
and
the
new
one
was
dirty.
The
table
was
stained
and
the
floor
was
sticky
like
someone
spilled
something.
When
we
spoke
to
the
manager,
John,
about
the
bed
bugs
and
a
refund,
he
immediately
became
defensive
and
denied
all
claims.
He
refused
to
give
us
a
refund
even
though
we
have
photo
proof
and
the
rest
of
his
coworkers
told
us
we’re
eligible
for
a
refund.
Then
he
brought
up
another
man
who
came
in
complaining
about
roaches
and
how
we
didn’t
tell
him
about
the
bugs
till
5am.
We
can’t
predict
when
bugs
appear,
but
bed
bugs
are
a
clear
health
violation.
NEVER
go
here.
It
may
be
the
cheapest
option
but
it
is
not
worth
the
hassle
and
lack
of
maintenance
and
sanitation.
Surprised
they
haven’t
shut
down.
