The food aesthetic is all things Mediterranean with a heavy focus on providing fresh ingredients that can be customized in the form of a pita or a bowl. They even make their own hummus in house! I had the opportunity to try Taim’s signature entree, the O.G. Falafel Pita that was stuffed with hummus, pickled cabbage, tomatoes, cucumber and tahini sauce. This is definitely a winner in my book. The other standout for me was the house made fresh ginger mint lemonade. I unknowingly drank three glasses before I even tried the food. Hopefully in the near future they will sell jugs of this addictive drink.

Food was tasty, the bowls were really good and tasted fresh. The staff was patient at my first visit to place order. The atmosphere was pretty but clean, I would definitely recommend to go to Taim, but check your order to make sure your order is complete and given you everything.

I cannot even begin to explain how bad of an ordeal I have experienced with this establishment. The worst part wasn’t that the chicken in my order raw, it was instead the lack of accountability and deceit I received from the staff. Not only did they refuse a refund, but they lied and claimed that a ‘manager’ had to process it the next day. I went the following day, and the manager on duty straight up refused a refund again, before also refusing to provide a corporate or customer service number, saying “you can look it up yourself online”. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and advise potential customers to be very wary of their terrible attitude and service. Wish there was zero star option.

Way to go for an opening, the fries was so greasy, I just left it there. I told to one of the staff about it. The falafel sandwich was actually a salad sandwich. Tiny falafel inside the pita bread. I think the pita bread was a left over from previous days. The pictures is self explanatory.

I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about, this place is great. My family has taken out from here a few times, and have found the food to be excellent, the online ordering and pickup easy, and the value completely there. It's a fast/casual Mediterranean place, and it delivers on that mission. The food tasted fresh, wasn't over salty, and hits the expected notes (not comparing it to a 5 star restaurant or actually dinning in a Mediterranean country). As vegetarians, this place gets high marks for options as well. When we're craving hummus and veggies for an easy pick-up dinner, this is our go-to.

Visited twice for lunch. Good location and staff was very helpful with my orders. But the fact that the bowl assembly goes on, in the kitchen “unseen” by the customer, feels a step back from the CAVA experience just across the street. I also found the prices relatively high for similar food at other Mediterranean/Middle Eastern restaurants. The food tasted good and the store was clean, so it really deserves a 3.5.

The food was pretty good, but the wait was 31 minutes. Fast casual should be much faster. Detail: We ordered at the restaurant in person at 6:13pm, food arrived at 6:44 missing a few items, and order complete around 6:47. There were 5 mobile orders ahead of us on the queue, which we saw on a kitchen screen visible from the lobby. The place is new and staff likely not fine-tuned yet. They were polite but overwhelmed with the rush. Prices were medium /$10-14 per entree, $53+tax/tip for a group of four. There is some outside seating, 6-7 single stools, and 6 four tops. The place is comfortable and clean, but the wait is unacceptable. We were there at the busiest possible time with several diners in the 25-35 minute wait range. We will try again in a few months when things smooth out for the staff, and we will probably try a weeknight when the crowds clear.

While the food was decent (build your own falafel bowl), the service was so bad, we almost left before even ordering. We were directed to use a kiosk to place our order and when the manager/employee saw us struggling, he didn't offer help. We were the only customers in the restaurant and the employee couldn't even walk the 10ft to bring the food to the table. He had us get up 3 separate times to get all of our order. Not worth going back. 2 stars only because the food was decent. **Edited to add: someone from their NY office did reach out to me which I appreciate. While it doesn't change the above situation, I would consider giving them a 2nd chance.
