This McDonald's is really great. They get your order right when you ask for deviations from the normal prep. It is clean inside. The fries are fresh and doesn't have that old grease taste. Their buns are not stale. They do a great job. This should be the model McDonald's for training purposes.

Extremely unprofessional. Online and on the door it said they close at 12am. I came at 11pm to find the doors locked with an employee still inside and the drive-thru open, just to have the employee ignore me asking about hours and hang up on the phone. Do not come here if you actually want good service.

While service and setup at this location is very good, but I gotta warn you that the price is a bit high compared to other McDonald’s restaurants. I ordered the number 10 breakfast meal, the egg cheesesteak and bagel, with small coffee and this place charged me $1.24 more (after tax: $7.14 vs $5.93) compared to another McDonald’s location. When I asked manager why, he couldn’t give an explanation other than indicating “it’s what’s in the system.” For that, I’m giving it only 2 stars.

CLEAN LOCATION, CONSTANTLY CLEANING, FRIENDLY STAFF, LOTS OF ROOM AND GOOD UPKEEP. WALL TABLETS FOR KID GAME PLAY. MANY MOBILE ORDER CAR SPACES. DOUBLE DRIVE THREW ORDER SCREENS.....

So, I visited at about 6:30 am on a Thuraday morning and ordered one item: a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit...easy right?....no drink, no hash browns, no dancing bears or toys. I had hoped to put in my order with a human. But, if you have been to any McDonald's recently, they have moved to automated tellers that are usually without paper, so you can't even get a receipt. The place was empty, and so was the drive thru from what I could tell, so it was disappointing not to be able to find a human at the register considering there were no patrons present. But, when the nice human came out and brought me my bag and single item with the friendliness of smiles, all was right with the world adding a star to this review. But, when I got to work and open up my item and find that they forgot the egg. I checked the tag on the bag and it was ordered correctly, so I'm not sure where the error occurred. At any rate, I guess I should have checked the item inside of the paper. But. Nevertheless, I can't really see a higher rating than a 2 star based on this experience.

Fast service, friendly employees, extremely clean and fancy lobby with cute Christmas decorations.

Avoid this McDonald's at all costs. Food is terrible and never correctly made. Items are usually wrong and employees are rude. If you want McDonald's I would recommend either the one on Old Keene Mill and Lee Chapel or the one on Rolling Rd just before the car wash. Customer service is great and food is usually done exactly as requested and is fresh. No hard crusty buns or burnt husk like fries and Items are all included right down to the number of ketchup packets you ask for. It's worth going a few extra minutes down the road to avoid wasting your money on bad food and surly employees.

Order took way too long. I ordered online 20 minutes ago and they were still not done with my order.
